I like to read the other reviews that are posted, just to see if my opinion matters or anybody else's is completely insane. And the majority of them are exactly the same as mine, really good pizza at a great price, but some just don't make any sense at all!! Example, a couple complaints were about " ordering several times and the toppings are always more or less." Well that's not exactly correct because every single topping is put into cups, measured and scaled. People complain about the dough, most of the dough is the same with the exception of the gluten free and you are usually the one that is given the option of picking that too!! Last but not least. Some have complained that employees are " rude or, not friendly.." That has got to be so far from the truth it's past the point of insanity!!! I have been to several states and have been to so many Papa Murphy's that I should own stock in the place and I have never encountered a single rude employee yet! Most of the time they concentrate on making your pizza and moving on to either the newest customer or the next order.. I'm not trying at all to hype anyone up or shame another, but they are working under different conditions just like everyone else these days too. Good pizza and cool employees

Everyone is usually very friendly there, however... I like to go in once or twice a month to use my EBT card to get pizza. The first time I went in, he swiped my card and said that the EBT system was down and that it was on their end. I had no other form of payment and the manager comped it for me. I felt really bad about it, but he insisted. A few weeks later, I called and asked if they took EBT and if their system was up. The answer was yes to both questions. So I came in and ordered and when they swiped my card, they said it was expired. I told them that was impossible as I had JUST bought stuff at Albertsons. He said well maybe your balance isnt enough. I said there is plenty. He said sorry but your card isnt working. I paid with a debit card. A few weeks later I went in and placed an order and told them that I wanted to pay with EBT and I wanted to pay before they made the order (to avoid not being able to pay). He swiped my card and said it was expired and asked if I had another way to pay. I did not and left! It is embarrassing enough to have to use an EBT card in the first place, but the judgmental looks I got from the employees, as well as the other customers was a little humiliating. You guys need to get your system fixed. 3 visits over 2 months is enough time to fix your EBT system. If I could afford another form of payment, I wouldn't have an EBT card!

Whoever owns this store needs to figure their life out. We started ordering from the store on Centennial because they actually have your pizza ready when they say it will be ready. This store, we’ve currently been waiting 45 minutes from the time we were told to pick up. Another guy here has been waiting an hour. Seems to be no rhyme or reason to the order in which they are filling orders, except that everyone who came in and ordered in person has been served before us. It’s super strange. It doesn’t look like they’re understaffed, but everyone is just all over the place. They need to actually train this staff completely over or something. When service is this bad, you can’t just blame the staff, you have to look at the management. Now I just heard someone tell one of the workers she’s here to pick up an employee who was supposed to be off an hour ago? Another employee isn’t on schedule, she just came to pick up a pizza and stayed to help because it was such a mess. And there’s still an hour+ wait for everyone who ordered? Whoever is running this place absolutely should not be if this is how they’re willing to let things go. It’s been over an hour to make two pizzas and a breadstick, and they’re not even cooking it.

The last handful of times my husband and I have ordered at this location (over the past couple of months), the cutest little 4foot something Hispanic girl, Mariah, with the prettiest eyes works the front (Checks us out and makes the pizza). She absolutely adorable, however, she does not belong in the customer service industry. She, maybe once, handed my husband the pizza, but all other times she lets us know it’s ready, puts it on the edge of the counter, and walks back up to the front. Now, don’t get it mixed up, there is no one else in there so don’t think she is just so busy... she never once has opened the door for us (or anyone else we’ve seen her finish pizzas for) while carrying out. Sure, not a huge deal right? Well, it’s to my understanding that it’s a Papa Murphy’s thing to hold the door open with the pizza in hand for you to grab. Is it not? Every other person there and at every other location I’ve been to has done this. When she puts it on the counter and walks away or just passes it off to you when everyone else gets the door treatment, it makes it seem like she feels she’s ‘above’ that. It’s little, but it definitely changes the atmosphere.

I just wanted to write a review in hopes that I get a refund my pizza was supposed to be ready at 5:30 and I waited until six and I only got a third of my order I needed to leave. I don’t think that the store was understaffed, but I do think that they probably allowed too many online orders for Halloween night however, your staff at their Papa Murphy’s was moving at the speed of a snails. Literally they didn’t have an ounce of urgency in their bodies. Granted they’re all young, but they just seem like they were miserable there. There was multiple people missing orders multiple people coming in multiple times for their order and there was no sense of urgency in any of the people there. . I ordered to New York style cheese pizzas 114 inch veggie pizza to garden salads and one garlic monkey bread. I only left with the veggie pizza and one New York style cheese pizza.

Pizza is great. We get the Chicken Bacon Artichoke thin crust. SAME price regular or thin crust. Thin crust you get LESS toppings due to weight. Add tomatoes they charge EXTRA. You reduce the amount of toppings, not the price, then charge for extra topping? What about the weight? This additional topping was basically replacing what you originally took off. If you don't offer the same amount of topping due to crust you shouldn't charge the same price. According to Dominique it's costs the company for the extra toppings. In the case where the customer doesn't add an extra topping the company is basically ripping off the customer. Maybe charge less for the thin crust

A large variety of options to choose from. Even though you take the pizza home and bake it yourself, it tastes wonderful. Especially good if you are busy and need to put it in the fridge for a while before you cook it up. Their gourmet vegetarian and gourmet chicken garlic are our favorites.

My husband and I love Papa Murphy's, however they messed up our pizza order last week. I wanted 1/2 meat and 1/2 veggie. The meat half was fine but on the veggie half they decided to give me their new Rustic Veggie and that's with garlic cream sauce and artichokes and zucchini....not at all what I wanted. I wanted red sauce with regular veggies like onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic and tomato. Next time I will be more specific but they should have asked me what type of sauce I wanted and what kind of veggies I wanted and not assume.

We are new to the neighborhood. We were regulars at Papa Murphy's in our previous neighborhood. We've tried this location several times to give it a fair shot. There is no consistency in the pizzas. Sometimes the thin crust is thin and other times it's slightly thinner than regular crust. We've ordered and paid extra for extra toppings only to receive light amount of toppings. No leadership seen at the store. Often the kids working are understaffed. Good luck when ordering from this location.

Worst papa murphys ever, everytime I go something happens. Either charged too much or pizza are all wrong. Today I stood there for 30 min while the guy made 4 pizzas. Even when my daughter called and asked where I was and I said out loud I know I'm late picking you up from school I'm waiting for our pizzas. He stood there and patyed the cheese for about 30 seconds! There were no other customers in the store at all. And no other orders he was working on.

Everything was kind of good service is really good food is excellent the only thing I really didn't care about was they close so dog gone early at 9:00. I got there at 9:05 but they stayed open made me a pizza anyway koodles to them.

Pizza crust was delicious and the pizza s'mores was better than you'd think. The employees don't seem like they have much to do but the food was really good, and was priced very reasonably. Better than any frozen pizza you can buy.

I Guess it’s in the name but I’ve never heard of this restaurant before so when I got a raw pizza I was taken aback. That being said, it was all delicious and the staff was very helpful in making sure all our items were dairy free

The wait was almost 1/2 hour but the girl was really nice and she had a great vibe and personality. Great customer service skills. And it's been a yr since I had papa Murphy's great job would definitely recommend this place

You will get better service if you come in instead of calling your order ahead of time. For some reason it seems like the prep time is much less if you are standing right infront of them.

Good location and nice service from the employees. Not very fast but the food was good so it's ok. Haven't had any problems with this location and it's conveniently close, so far so good.

The young lady who worked tonight (9-26) was personable and made a fantastic papa's favorite pizza for us. I didn't catch her name.

The staff was so friendly and easy going. I made a mistake on my order and they were so nice fixing it for me. Papa Murphy's is amazing! Their Chicago style pizza is so yummy!
