Update 5 stars down to 1 I called my special order in this afternoon. I asked if they knew what an Italian crust is because many of the other Papa Murphy's use that term. The young man in the phone said no ma'am I don't. I said I'd like a large crust stretched into a family-size pizza so the crust is thinner than normal. Then I would like pepperoni on the whole pizza, pineapple on half black olive on half. I'd also like mozzarella instead of the mixed cheese topping. He asked me if I wanted pineapple and black olive together on half I said no just half pineapple half black olives pepperoni on the whole thing. He read it back to me saying pepperoni all over black olive on half pepperoni on half I said no it should be pineapple on half he said that's what he meant. He was very courteous young man. and told me it would be 20 to 30 minutes. I arrived 40 minutes later paid $17 for the pizza noticed and commented it was a large not a family-size he said this is what you ordered. I said no I wanted a large crust stretched to a family he said I took your order no you didn't. So I said I'm sorry you don't remember me asking you if you knew what an Italian crust was and that I wanted a large stretched over to a family ? His reply was no that's not what you ordered. So what I ended up with is a normal crust on a large pizza pepperoni on the whole thing black olives on half pineapple on half topping cheese over everything and extra mozzarella over the pineapple. Now if this individual had said we were very busy I'm sorry I messed up the order or I'm sorry I forgot I'm sorry the mistake was made, anything like that I would have said no problem I totally understand how busy you were, after all they usually don't have a 30 minute wait . It wood have been no big deal. Instead he called me a liar and I know without a doubt and for a fact that he is a liar. It's extremely sad to me that the younger generation being raised today will simply lie through their teeth rather than acknowledge that a simple mistake was made. So I now make my decision and that has to be that I can't trust a store with an employee that's incapable of telling the truth they can't be trusted with my credit card information if they can't be trusted with something as simple as the basic cheap pizza order. It's too bad because I much preferred this store to the one closer to my home and drive out of my way to go there but I won't be doing that anymore

Worst customer service of any fast food store in the area. Christopher “kid wearing the manager badge” was the most insolent staff member at this location to date refusing to provide a point of escalation for an issue in store where I ordered an item which there were at the time out of the size and crust ordered so he took it upon himself to punch in the next best thing which was apparently what the computerized till defaulted to. I believe I should have been part of the decision of what I was purchasing and paying for and once that issue was straightened out the order wasn’t even made properly which I had refunded - Back to the smart mouth kid that was king of the pizza store for the day The customer is always right, they provide you with your check you work for them If this kid was the face of my business and I watched this experience as his employer it would’ve been his last transaction representing my company

I love going to this location. Their products are fresh and they are very quick getting your order ready. One of the employees named Todd is very kind and polite making a extra effort to ask my name and address me with a wonderful manner. The other employees are quick to get all the orders up and ready for all the other customers. Wonderful staff.

Called in an order for a pizza and asked about a coupon that I had from doing a previous survey for them that was going to give me $4 off a family sized pizza. The guy on the phone asked if I wanted the pizza a large or family. I told him that the coupon was for a family and he asked which size I wanted. i asked him if i could still use the coupon even if I did do a large and he said yes. when I went to pick up the pizza I gave the gal at the window the coupon and she told me that it was only good on a family size pizza. I told her the conversation that i had with the guy on the phone and she went and asked him. She came back and told me that he said he did not say that. So I asked her to have him come over and tell me directly that he did not say that and she told me that it was my word against his. So due to the poor attitude that I received from them I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere.

Went in today about 15 minutes ago and experienced some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. For one thing the girl opened the window not saying, "hi...how are you... or anything". She only asked what was the name on the order, took my money, slammed the window in my face, grabbed the pizza opened the window and gave it to me. They weren't busy don't know why she felt the need to be so short and rude. Anyway my pizza was sloppy and they charged two dollars more for the pizza than the last time I was there. Not sure if all papa Murphy's have a price hike or not...their customer service isn't good and their prices are high, just as high as an already cooked pizza at pizza guys would be and the food looked sloppy when presented, I advise you to go somewhere else. I've been going to this location for years, but I'm done going to this Papa Murphy's.

Love this place. My go to pizza right now. Use the coupons you get in the mail. Go on Tuesdays as they have any large pizza for 12 dollars. Fantastic!!! Set the temp right on your oven and rotate at 6 minutes. I take the pizza out just around 10 or 11 minutes I think. Let it cool and use a big knife to slice it. (i have to use a separate oven thermometer because the temp goes way higher than I what I set on my oven.) Pictured: large on original crust. Half red sauce half garlic white sauce. Extra cheese, pepperoni, salami, Italian sausage, light black olives (ordered regular olives and plucked to my preference.) Fantastic staff! Josiah I think is his name is always a pleasure to work with. 5 stars every visit.

We've been to this Papa Murphy's many times, but we usually order ahead, and we get our pizza and go. This time we walked in and ordered on site. You could tell they had a lot of pizza orders they were working on and the line had lots of people making pizzas. Even with that the staff was courteous and helpful. The cashier even helped save us money, by upselling us a soda to get a discount on the cookie dough. After that she offered small lollipops for our kids to have while we waited for our order to be ready. We had the kids watch the pizzas be made, and it all went so quickly and efficiently. We will definitely keep supporting this business!

I cannot tell if i was lucky that day or the little stoned teenage boys decided to hook me up. I walked out with a family size pizza for 21usd and i was astonished by the sheer weight of the pizza. It was by far the largest and most covered in toppings from any papa Murphys i have received, it was so caked with toppings. I had to cook it for a additional 5 minutes than the reccomend instructions for how ludicrously generous they were with the toppings.

Terrible customer service, I walked in wasn't even acknowledged. I decided what I wanted, grabbed some crushed pepper blend and stood at the cash register for several minutes, with still no acknowledgement that I was even in the store. Meanwhile some kid was explaining what comes on all the different pizzas to the guy in the drive thru while he was deciding what he wanted to order, when you are supposed to order ahead to go through the drI've thru. Just terrible and yes, I walked out, with never being acknowledged and without pizza.

The pizza is always good and the staff is always friendly. The prices are sometimes too high but then they have good sales. I love that they have a keto option as well as dairy free option. Price on the crustless pizza is ridiculously over priced. It takes less ingredients and less effort... So, why?!

I haven't had Papa Murphy's in over 3 yrs, so glad they still had my favorite.. Chicken Garlic! Yummy. Wish there was recommendation for baking in a non-standard size i.e... motorhome propane oven. So unfortunately it was half charred on the bottom and slightly doughy in spots on top. We were pulling it out and checking on it infrequently, but it must just be about pulling it out the perfect moment. Because a few unforgiving seconds later is when it decides to blacken! And .... It went quick. But what wasn't ashy was yummy!

Always so nice. It is a pleasure going here because I know if I am having a bad day that their smiles will always be there when I go to this Papa Murphys. And if I'm having a good day I know upon walking in that they will only make it better. Keep up the positivity guys. I love going here. There are no dirty looks even if someone comes in being slightly over the top or just plain extra and deserves a dirty look. They still treat the person with constant respect. It humbled me seeing how strong the team was here.

The way the pizza is made is better than a delivery and a frozen. It’s the next best thing to making a fresh pizza in your house and often times it’s actually cheaper when you tab it up. I’m increasingly let down by big chain pizzas. Here in Portland we’re spoiled. There’s tons of of places you can go out to grab a quick slice. I was really disappointed to find out that even if in the ads the pizza looks cooked, they gave you a raw pizza that you have to go and cook in your own oven at home! IDK maybe I am just not used to that method! And I don’t know if I really like this idea of them saving money not cooking my pizza and asking for $21 dollars for a pizza.

I was an assistant manager at another papa Murphy's for 5 years and this was by far the worst store I've ever been in. The make-line was distuging. Nobody working actually even acknowledged my presence besides the guy working the the register (they were not busy at all or I could understand) the manager never once said a word to me. The floor in the front was covered with food. The guy making the pizzas obviously did not know the portions. I will NEVER be back.

This store is awesome. Online ordered is convenient but still needs work. coupon values don't show through the logic. so i end up will 2 or 3 separate orders to get specials or coupons to work correctly. Also it would be nice to add toppings to any pizza online. I normally just call the store if i want some thing that the site will not allow me to do(so note my score is for this location not Papa Murphy's corp).

Definitely coming back, Christopher and Elyse were super amazing! Phenomenal customer service, I have religious dietary restrictions and they were super respectful of them. Definitely ordering food from them again in the future!

Dont order online. I ordered at 3pm for a pickup at 430pm for a birthday. We pulled up at 429pm and it wasn't ready. We then waited until 450pm. Walked in to say i wanted a refund and it was finally done. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely wont ever come back to this location. The woman at the window was nice about it but that was completely ridiculous. The guy on the phone was a bit lippy too.

Always a pretty decent experience. I mean, it is just take and bake pizza, right? Occasionally, the wait time through the drive through is longer then expected or the order isn't ready at the pick up time. This is not that big a deal. Pizza is good and an extra 5 to 10 min wait is not that big a deal for the convenience.

We eat here every Tuesday when they have their 5 ingredient special. Just thinking about it triggers a Gutzilla type howl from my abdominal region. Picture as a feast for your eyes, pineapple, black olives, pepperoni, crispy bacon and onions. After you have had one, every time you think of one after that you stomach will be all gut hurt until you go and get one for it!

Pizza is as expected you take home and show off your pizza baking skills or lack there of. On the twist is the inside where normal orders would be placed are not open anymore. You should place and order by phone or online listen for cook time estimate given by employee and simply pick up your order through drive through window.

Not only is Papa Murphy’s the greatest pizza, this is also the greatest location. Always friendly and kind staff. One of the dudes at the window knows who I am and has my order at the ready. When does that ever happen nowadays?!? Place is always clean. Food has never disappointed, and our family orders WAY too often. More

Pizza was good but the drive thru worker didn't have gloves on, given the current time is probably not the smartest thing. Also we had the wrong sauce on both our pizzas, we got garlic bread we didn't get marinara for it, and we asked for substitution on one of the meats and didn't get it subbed

I can tell they have new management..I came in for superbowl on Sunday and the manager was smiling, chatting to all the customers, and my pizza ready and looking perfect. The staff looked happy, the store was clean and everyone was satisfied. I will be returning.

This location wont do the go blazers deal when its suppose to be in effect, so i pay full price for a pizza and its covered in giant air bubbles once it cooked. Probably wont ever come to this location again which is disapppinting since its right by my house.

My husband and I get PMurph more than I'd like to admit. This location has always been great. Never had an issue, call in pizzas for the drive thru are always ready in less than 15 minutes, that includes weekend nights. Very consistent product.

Like the Drive Thru... But it would be nice if they let ppl know it was only for call in orders BEFORE they wait in a line that often takes 10-15 min. Just to then have a sign on the window that says it... But other than that.. Liked It.

Went during the ice storm and there was no delay in service. The pizzas were delicious, and they even told me about the sale price that was better then my coupon. My roommates and I'll will continue to go here.

This place is pretty good quality and service wise. Dont go about an hour before closing though. The quality and service dramatically dips as they get quite busy. They never get my order wrong though

Not very sanitary... Used the same bowl to measure out all vegetables, meat, etc.. Orders placed on top of each other. Overall lack of cleanliness. As you can see from the pic food is all over.

I ordered a no crust Murphys combo. No sauce add extra red onion and pineapple. Picked it up it has so much sauce dripping and no pine apllw. Very disappointed.
