Update: this time I took my youngest pup Lexa for a birthday celebration. She is always hyper but I've never seen her so excited as when I pulled that pizza out of the and mixed some in with her food. I was just as excited! The owner and pizza maker were so nice and accommodating. They made my Jack-O pizza with zucchini instead of pepperoni and I got a delicious s'mores cookie bar. That thing was . Definitely no leftovers. You have to try the seasonal pizzas. They are adorable!!! --- My first time at Papa Murphy's. It was soooooo good -NYer approved. I tried the garlic chicken and it was a hit at our house. User error as I did not have a pizza pan and in these boiling temps it did not stay cold long on our ride home so it was interesting getting it in the oven - would appreciate a lining that can go in the oven as I had to peel the pizza off the plate and all the maker's hard work was ruined - but it still tasted delicious. Jake is your new #1 fan!

Stopped in to pick up a special “jack-o-pizza” and a s’mores bake for dessert. I got there at 4:15 thinking I’d be in and out and have plenty of time to get home and get ready for trick-or-treating and the place was packed! I totally felt bad for the staff and owners who were both there. They were grossly unprepared for the volume they saw tonight. Everything was mixed up between online orders, call-in orders and walk-ins. They hustled as fast as they could to get all orders made and out the door. I waited nearly an hour for the one pizza. They all held it together and were sincerely apologetic. The owner said she could only go off numbers from last year and up it a little to prepare for this year. I hope she got to go home and enjoy a cocktail or something. She certainly deserved it. Next year I know to go pick up the pizza much earlier in the day.

23 minutes to closing, manager was already closing up. Although she was nice enough to take my order and was friendly she was helping make pizzas with her coworker. Would've given more stars but manager shouldn't have been near any food as she was sick. Sweating forehead, runny nose which she was wiping on her sleeve. Very unsanitary. Kudos to her helper. Will give manager credit for taking order but she should've had her coworker only make pizzas as she was sick and shouldn't have been near any food let alone touching it. Will think twice about ordering from this location. Don't order online. Go into store and make sure that anyone making pizza's are not sick. If it wasn't for the fact of her being sick making pizzas and sweating forehead and runny nose they would've had 4 out of 5 stars.

I ordered curbside pickup and tipped at the time of my order for this service. I arrived at the location 2 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready. Since I had my children in the car, I waited for 5-10 minutes for the order to be brought out. I watched two employees socializing inside by the register. I eventually unbuckled my kids and went inside to pick up my order that had been sitting there ready the whole time. The pizza was decent for the price, but that was disappointing "curbside" service. I wish I could rescind my tip since no curbside service was ever delivered.

It's very rare that the majority of patrons know the business owners names. Mike and Shannon take pride in their business and personally cover shifts in their store. It's so awesome to see a happy couple enjoying serving all of their customers. That is rare in today's society. This papa murphey's location feels less like a chain and more like a small family restaurant! I love getting the mini pizzas for my younger kids. The gluten free for my daughter, the keto for me and the giant thin crusts for my son and husband. The salads, cheese bread and desserts complete our "lazy night" where mom doesn't have to cook! I also don't have to spend a ton of money! So thankful for this place!

I very conflicted writing this review and giving 3 stars as I've bought from this location happily for almost 4 years now. However this weekend we ordered a family special that included 2 large peperoni and 1 large cheese pizza. Upon opening at home my wife and I had to step back as we were shocked at the pizzas. Hardly any toppings and the crust was extremely thin. We have always been so used to the abundance of toppings from Papa Murphy's that we were taken back as these appeared to have less than what you'd get on a frozen pizza. I know times are tough but this was what appears IMHO as a cost cutting production. I'll have to think about going back now.

Can't get anyone to call me back. Had a huge problem with an online order placed 3/11/2022. Went to the store in person but was told the person who handles on line refunds wasn't in the store. The employee on duty said he would text the manager. Never heard a word. Then I called back twice and was told the regional manager would call me back. No one called. This is a local store serving a local customer. A customer that purchases regularly 2 or 3 times per month. I dont understand why a simple call back is such a problem. I am a disappointed customer looking for a resolution to a valid concern.

Very disappointed tonight. I ordered pepperoni with half gr pepp and half sausage, along with extra pepp on all. When I went to pick it up I did think it looked odd. I asked "is there a layer of pepperoni under the cheese" as there were only 15 pieces on top of the gr pepper and sausage. He, i didnt catch his name, assured me there was more pepperoni on the base. Well of course I start to bake it and only the 15 pieces were on the pizza. My husband says time to find new pizza place. It is unfortunate as I really liked this shop when Shannon owned it. I thought Wells would follow through.

I just picked up a pizza and the place was a disaster. The employees were unorganized and frustrated. There were several people in line. When I asked for certain things on my pizza I was told that "this isn't your pizza" which is no problem, but then they wrapped up the same pizza that was supposedly not mine and handed it to me. When I corrected them the employee was terribly rude and would didn't seem to care that the order was wrong. POOR SERVICE and 2 people while I was there got wrong orders. Even when we attempted to correct them.

Love going here. Ordering is easy and fast. The staff is very friendly and always happy.

I picked up my pizza today. Mediterranean Chicken. It has hardly ANY TOPPINGS!!!! I paid $12 00 thankfully using a coupon and basically NO CHEESE, and 10 pieces of spinach on it. This is the third time we have had a VERY SKIMPY pizza from this location. We will NEVER go back. I hope this location wakes up and starts making their pizzas worth the money they charge.

Take and Bake Pizza, they've improved their sauce. Not to sweet. Tried a veggie and a stacked 5 meat. Really good results for chain pizza. The stacked pizzas are HUGE, be prepared. Different from the stacked pizzas I used to get back east, not so much topping on the top. Follow the instructions and you'll be fine. Good value to feed a big crew.

Tuesday was the 2nd time recently that I ordered from the store on Cave Creek. It was also the 2nd time that the pizza was horrible. The crust is terrible. If you try and take it off their pan it gets wholes in it. The crust never gets crispy. Even if you reheat it in the oven the crust is soggy. I will not be ordering from this store again.

Amazing fresh pizza! We ordered the Papa Favorite and it was delicious and tasted so good! We also got a fresh Mediterranean salad and a S’mores dessert pizza. The S’mores dessert pizza was so incredible I can’t stop thinking about. I highly recommend trying it, it’s so rich and the flavor is just perfect!

Well I had my 1st experience today and I can say that it over exceeded my expectations. I love pizza more than life itself and I just wanted to try this.... quality of toppings is excellent dough baked off very well and was nice and crispy on edges.....followed the directions and you're in for treat.

Be aware when ordering online for pick-up- this location does not honor the Friday thins bundle even with receipt of it being purchased. The deal on their website says the Friday bundle comes with large thin pizza, cookie dough and a 2 liter. The owner refused to include the cookie dough.

Courteous, professional service. Thorough, efficient, friendly. Exceptionally clean, outstanding take 'n bake pizza, very reasonably priced. Met the owner . (Mike and Shannon.) Very customer detail oriented. Warm, welcoming atmosphere. First trip to Papa Murphy's. Won't be my last.

Tried Papa Murphy's for the first time today! Loved all the topping and crust options! The staff was friendly, helpful and made my pizza really quick. Both my husband and I were thrilled with how good it tasted and we really enjoyed the pan pizza crust. Will be back!!

Great, quick service. Employee was very kind and called me by name. She was very sweet with my kids and quick at making the pizzas. The new XL New York pizza is really good and only $9. My kids loved it.

Our Papa M's at Tatum and Cave Creek has always been great. They are now serving crustless/keto pizzas. They told me all about it tonight. Their staff is always on point, helpful and friendly.
