This store is inexpensive. Do you know what else is inexpensive? A broom and mop. The dressing rooms were filthy, dusty, and unbecoming. Definitely no Covid practices happening here. Except employees wear mouth coverings. On the other side of the coin, neat store to shop through. I visited on a Saturday between 3-5 p.m. BTW, this is a crop top megamart. Despite body positivity, everyone cannot wear a crop. If you wear a crop with a full length tank. It's better to buy a blouse. If your bust, breast or hips are larger than 36, it may be a stretch for you to find clothing. If you want a crop top for the club. Or the beach. Or for pajamas. Or just because, you are covered. I shop her for my teen daughters because items range between 3.99-32.99 with average 18.99. Heck, although not high quality, if you wash delicate cold and air dry, the clothes can last reasonably longer. I would recommend as a gift card for ages 12-21. Clothes may be considered casual trendy.

I gave 3 stars from my original 1. The girls were really helpful and I spent a lot of time and money there so I would expect great service which is what I got from them. I ordered some products online because they were not available in store. I love papaya clothing but the one thing I found bad was that for some products online prices were cheaper and they would not adjust them in store. As a company I would not do this to my customers I was told that if I wanted the cheaper price I would have to place my order online and this was after I spent like $400 in both this and plaza Bonita locations. I'm happy with my clothing but I feel papaya needs to stick to one price ordering online isn't always the best option. Also you guys need to add the option to order products in store through your registers it's a hassle when something isn't in stock to have to leave things behind to order them online in order not to be charged shipping you know.

I just find it really rude when they offer store credit, but then they won't honor that agreement. I got a pair of pants for work and after one wash they frayed at the legs. I tried to return it only to be told that if it doesn't have the tag on it, it cannot be returned. I still had the tag with me, it just ripped off. I shop at this store all the time, but that poor customer service completely turned me off. It was only $18, but in this economy, that's just ridiculous not to honor, especially since their return policy states NOTHING about the tags being in pristine condition. I will not be back. It's sad too, because these were actually affordable clothes that fit tall, thin women. I guess I have to start my search over again to find that perfect store.

There's a lot to see in this women's store. Things look good but I'd recommend trying them on before buying. Bargain shopping is good IF you're getting quality stuff.

I love the style, when it's on the sale, the prices are amazing, I went today and got two graphic tee's for $3 dollars each (on sale) Will come back again!!

I love this store because it has cute clothes. But most of the time they don't have clothes that are my style.
