I had my regular visit to the dentist yesterday at Paradise Valley Family Dental, at Bell and 40th, and as odd as it may sound I was actually looking forward to it! Allow me to elucidate, I was never a fan of dental procedures, little shop of horrors cemented that for me, but at Paradise Valley Family Dental (you gotta shorten that up a little...lol) as soon as you walk in the door there is a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that gives it a very individual feel. The front desk admin. folks are very welcoming, attentive, professional they really know their stuff, I go there once a year and they know me by name when they see me, there are people in my office I've worked with everyday for 10 years I can't remember their names. My hygienist, Carolyn Lhotsky, is fantastic, she made me feel like I was the only patient she had that day, she engaging, explains everything upfront, very efficient, your time is important to her, and very funny, of course she did have sharp objects in my mouth so, like I wasn't going to laugh? (just joking she is very funny). The doctors are true professionals, for this visit my doctor was Dr. Myha Nguyen like everyone else she was great very informative, engaging and very attentive. If anyone is looking for professional dental establishment with a small town welcoming feel, I can't recommend Paradise Valley Family Dental enough they are fantastic!! Cheers, Shane G.

I can’t say enough good things about Paradise Valley Family Dental. I have been going here for many years and I am always treated with the best care and kindest employees! Dorina was exceptionally kind today during my visit and really took the time to explain my procedure and answered all of my questions and concerns. She never seemed rushed or preoccupied with another patient while I was there and focused her attention on me!! Danny did an amazing job on my cleaning and took his time. I appreciate the care and attention when I’m in the dental chair, and Danny does a great job!! I highly recommend Dr. Elrod and her team of dentists. This is a welcoming environment from the minute you walk in the door u til you leave, they treat their patients so well.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Elrod for many years. Dr. Elrod and her staff have given exemplary service to us for our dental health needs. Dr. Elrod and her hygienists are compassionate and outstanding professionals who have always done what is necessary and not entice us to different unnecessary dental works that are expensive for people like us who are seniors and retirees. At this visit, the dental hygienist Sami did a great job and then Dr. Elrod came and checked my mouth and was satisfied with the work. We put a lot of trust on Dr. Elrod and her staff. Thank you

I love the dental staff here and have been happily going for regular cleanings since I moved to the area. However, I do have a jaw-clenching problem, and Dr. Gina Elrod is a lifesaver who gives the best Botox injections for this issue. I couldn't be happier, and the relief I feel is beyond words to not have pain and issues associated with my clenching problem anymore! Thank you, Dr. Elrod and staff for the amazing care!

I felt like I wasnt at the dentist for a minute because it was such a comfortable experience! The staff, hygenists and doctors are amazing and Sami is beyond incredible! Not only did she do an amazing job cleaning my teeth, but she also educated me on what was going on in my mouth which I thought was awesome!(She was also playing Spiderman so that helped). I will definitely be recommending PV Family Dental to everyone!

I was with my previous dental office for over25 years. Then my dentist sold to a corporation. That's when they lost the family feeling. I am so happy to find PVFD! Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienists and dental assistants and of course Dr. Elrod. I found that family feeling again! (Didn't someone write a song about that?) Anyway, they are an excellent caring staff where I feel at home.... AGAIN!

PV Family Dental is amazing! The dentists, dental hygienists and front office staff are absolutely wonderful. We have been going to Dr. Elrod for many years and she keeps a first class crew. Their office is conveniently located and they get you in quickly so you can go in the middle of the day. There aren't ever any billing surprises, so you know what to expect every time. I can't tell you how amazing everyone in this office is!! Sami, Danny and Doreena are AWEESOOOOME! I have MAJOR dental anxiety and they didn't judge or complain. They were very compassionate and went OUT OF THEIR WAYS to make me feel comfortable, even holding my hand when my face was being numbed (yes I'm that big of a chicken). I HIGHLY recommend this dentist's office for all your dental needs!!!

Carolyn was fantastic. I was scheduled for a deep cleaning and thought I was going to have to be numbed up. But Carolyn did a amazing job and NO INJECTIONS were needed, cleaning was fast and PAINLESS. As always PV Family Dental takes fabulous care of their clients. Dr. Gina Elrod is highly recommended by our family. She goes above and beyond to make sure we have great smiles and are taken care of. Dr Elrod & Dorina are absolutely FABULOUS & make any dental work experience comfortable & gives you peace of mind. I highly recommend this Dental Office for any Dental work needed. Suzanna (receptionist) is very friendly & always prompt. The Dental Hygienist he is very friendly and easy on your mouth for thorough cleanings.

Dr Kaur is awesome. I always dread getting numbed but she manages to do painless injections. Tiffany was also great and they both made me feel comfortable. Even the lady at the front desk is always friendly and smiling (I’ll catch her name next time!) Thankful for this team that makes going to the dentist much less awful!

I have been going to Paradise Valley Family Dentist for years. The hygienists are all great and Dr. Elrod is always so kind. What I love the most is that they provide suggestions, but are not pushy and allow you to make decisions without feeling pressure. They are the best.
