I went this shop for the opening at this location on hylan blvd they have a really fresh baked items,their customer services r really nice environment is amazing also amazing part is I found this bakery for the cakes I just love it they don’t have too much variety of cakes but whatever they have as a signature ones r amazing I’m hoping they’ll have more varieties for cakes specially for parties,their signature cake is strawberry shortcake cheesecake .+point they do have best coffees n chai tea latte amazing taste love it I’ll go for more items to try for sure athey do have huge dining inn also nice for fam n friends specially tea time.

I really hate to leave a bad review that would impact any business, but I'm so pissed. I went today, the only person on the line, no one else in there. a cup of coffee took 15 min. which is fine they just forgot about it till they asked me what I'm waiting for, but it's ok. it happens, then I specifically asked for LACTOSE FREE LATTE. and I stressed it 4 times since I'm allergic to lactose, and I can't have it. And when I was handed off the coffee, I also asked for the 5th time if it was lactose free and they said yes. And unfortunately it wasn't!!! when someone asks for lactose free, PLEASE take it seriously. I'm not being picky, I end up with a lot of pain and have a very bad day fighting with the colon... THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER. You need to be mindful. Messed up my large coffee and giving me a small, which is fine Have me waiting forever is also fine. But I'm not having this. Will no longer be a customer of this place anymore.

The only problem with the Paris Bagueete is that I wanted to order one of EVERYTHING! The shop is beautifully and tastefully designed! It’s well lit and spacious and the baked goods are displayed in showcases for close inspection and selection. Even though it was 3 in the afternoon, they were constantly bringing out fresh items so the display cases were full and most importantly FRESH! After careful debate on what four items we wanted, we were taken care of by a friendly and courteous staff member at the register. We are going back tomorrow for an afternoon cappachino and another treat! Welcome to Staten Island Paris Baguette, you were worth the wait!!!!!

$5 CRONUT $5 CRONUT $5 CRONUT also Boston creme croissants with fresh the drinks are kind of a rip as the bubble tea fad is waning yet prices are still atmospheric. $7 for powder and water yay no nutrition just sugar go capitalism! cultural rant aside, it's not a quiet place to relax and unwind... bring it home to avoid the judgemental laser beam gaze of foodie Asians and their banal chatter. it's a 3x a year indulgence at best and I'm very glad they've landed so close to home.

I’m so happy we finally have one on Staten Island I’ve been a customer for years from Manhattans to Brooklyn…I frequently go to the one in a Brooklyn on Court street before work but it’s hard to find parking some days…now I can get my favorite pastries & bread and don’t have to worry about finding parking b/c it’s located near a huge parking lot ️ park, grab & go straight to work! Love this for Staten Island and I was shocked so many on Staten Island never had desserts from here! It’s the best enjoy Staten Island resident this definitely an upgrade for us! ❤️

This place has very good pastries, a little pricey for what it is but definitely delicious. What I dislike about this place is the cleanliness. I’ve gone here many times and almost each time, yes it’s busy but tables and dining area are a mess. There are always more than enough workers to come out and at least sweep the floors or wipe the tables in between each customer but most of them spend their time talking instead of actually working. It’s really a shame because again I do like this place a lot but they should do better with cleaning.

The bakery of Paris Baguette is absolutely amazing and exceptional From the moment I walked in, the inviting aroma of freshly baked goods greeted me. The quality of their pastries and bread is truly outstanding and the variety of treats they offer is impressive, from delicate pastries to hearty crusty bread…… What truly sets this bakery apart is the attention to detail and the evident passion that goes into their creations. The staff is not only skilled but also friendly and welcoming, making the experience all the more enjoyable. I can't wait to return for more of their delicious treats!

Absolutely thrilled! First visited Thursday morning & most cases were stocked those that weren't were being replenished while I was there. Croissant donut was lovely. Finally a french tasting bakery on Staten Island!! Maybe not every item as authentic as the city's gems but we needed this! Worth the cost for me

Food is very tasty. Everything tastes fresh. I like how their sweets are not actually sweet, definitely low on sugar. Some items are a little more expensive than I would expect, but you do get a higher quality product. It's definitely worth it.

I was waiting for the place to finally open on the island. I love their cakes from Fulton Street location and from several sites in the city. Not only the prices went up significantly, my favorite Blueberry cake tasted like a dry blueberry muffin with a bit of cream frosting and a few berries. Very disappointed. Crossed this place off my list.

The cakes and pastries are yummy but cost a bit much. I didn't have a good experience with one of the cashiers during their grand opening. The cashier was not patient and seemed rude. I couldn't tell if they were a cashier or the owner because they didn't wear a uniform. Because of this, I won't be going there again.

Came in for the first time recently and am so happy to have a new coffee sho/bakery to rely on. The staff was helpful and kind and the pastries were so beautiful and delicious...will be a regular from now on!

Everything was super fresh, baguette was still warm. My favorite was quiche Lorraine pastry -delicious! Highly recommend to try it out. They have nice sitting area to have family breakfast or just brunch with friends. There is large variety of pastries, cakes, sandwiches and salads!

Three times and your out..... First time when it was grand opening. Pumpkin latte was really bad. Thought it was learning process for them and they were busy. Second time, decent experience. Third time, 10/17. Walnut cream bread was not fresh and tasted stale. Like day old bread.

Really great selection of pastries and very clean establishment. Everything fresh - quick to bring out new trays for empty ones. A tad on the pricier side but - I would say it’s justified for the quality. Coffee is great - sausage bun was my favorite. Wishing them best of luck

Very clean and inviting cafe with hundreds of tasty pastry and coffee options. Great seating area with Wi-Fi and very friendly customer service. Mr. Wenbo and staff were very polite and helpful and made my experience at Paris Baguette a very pleasant one, highly recommended!

Staten Island finally gets it's own Paris Baguette! Delicious baked goods from mochi donuts to flaky croissants and mouth watering cakes. Quality is excellent and you really get what you paid for. They will love you for bringing dessert from PB to a dinner party!

Came here for the cakes and pastries, but also discovered they have great sandwiches, salads and bread. Everything is high quality (big pastries, flaky croissants) and you can tell the staff cares about the product. Don't sleep on the mochi donuts!

Huge selection of delicious pastries, cakes, sandwiches, and drinks! Very clean and lots of seating if you can’t wait to eat it at home. Don’t leave without tasting their cookies and cream mochi donut! Can’t wait to try it all.

Too expensive. The average person will go to Dunkin Donuts at one end of the lot or the future Starbucks with a drive through at the other. As for the quality of the baked goods it should be spectacular at these prices!

Just wow. Surely not cheap. You want to go cheap - go Dunkin Donuts. You want tasty - this is the place. Croissants are tasty and flaky and airy. Baguette - crispy and tasty. Keep doing a good work guys.

Tried out a bunch on my first visit. Everything was fresh and tasty. The big standout for me was some sort of coffee cronut thing. PHENOMENAL. Will definitely be back to try more.
