One of the best location for public transport, not just trains but also buses (if you walk further to platform 5&6. Platform 1 is for trains coming from city side & going to Beenleigh, Gold Coast, Cleveland etc Platform 2 & 3 is for trains going to City. Platform 4 is for Gold Coast train (don’t know when they use this one but they do use it to complement platform 1 For paper tickets Platform 1 and between 2&3. There is always morning to night ticket office. There are lifts if you can’t use stairs. FOOD & DRINKS Only vending machines station, (no restaurant at the moment), however there are 2 coffee shops nearby (one near bus staion entrance) and the other on road next to train station. Both are not open all time and close early before evening.

This station would never win "Miss World" as it's lacking in glamorous looks, but it would certainly win "Miss Personality". It's a very busy station due to it's connecting lines and the bus station next to it, so you will always find the most interesting characters here, and the occasional bit of drama too! It's not my favourite station late at night.

Certainly showing it's age, but considering the plant cover nearby and the gentle curve it ends up looking more charming than run down. Good service, and a direct connection to Boggo Road busway station. Cross River Rail will add 2 more underground platforms (confusing called Boggo Road station!), which should improve service even further

A railway junction for trains traveling through to the Gold coast and the seaside of Cleveland and our beautiful Moreton bay and smaller islands, also the sand island of Stradbroke island excellent for overseas traveller's to admire our magic piece of paradise in our wonderful city of Brisbane Queensland Australia

Trainspotters Beware! I was filming the train to satisfy my hobby and was told to put my camera away and stop filming the train by a staff member. When confronted, they did not give a valid reason as too why. It did not say anywhere on the platform that you could not film.

It’s ok, but there are no signs telling you which platform for which train. It looks like there used to be, but it doesn’t work anymore. You have to physically go down to each platform, to check where your train will arrive. Guesswork. Must be a nightmare for older folk.

Has several major trainlines travelling through, which makes changing lines easier. Can also make bus connections if needed by going to Boggo Rd Busway. Has both stairs and lifts, and a car park. Has wheelchair access. I have found staff pleasant and helpful.

Estacion que te lleva a la Gold Coast. Ideal para ir desde Brisbane a los parques temáticos. Le faltaría mejor señalización, hablando como turista al menos. Son puntuales en los horarios.

Staff at this station are friendly they care about the customers and they know exactly where I'm going without having to tell them because I frequent the station on a weekly basis

Not a bad station. Has screens with train time tables which is good. Some of the smaller stations just have weird audio boxes

Pretty good station with regular trains to the city. Nearby buses run regularly to the university.
