"Parked here recently and the gate was shut at 5:40pm when the sign said 6:00pm for gate closure"
Parked here recently and the gate was shut at 5:40pm when the sign said 6:00pm for gate closure. I got in when another car left. There was a security guard inside when I walked in and when I told him about the gate he seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. He mentioned the gate now closes early due but there weren’t any signs up about the change. The parking rate isn’t cheap at this garage, expected better.
