I cant speak for daytime hours. But I parked here from 630pm-11pm last night and got broken into. 2 of my windows shattered. Come to find out, 2 additional cars were broken into as well. Definitely don't recommend.
Well my car wasn't broken into, no homeless folk sleeping/hanging out there. So I'd call that a success.
