I am so grateful for the very top quality service I received today! I ask for assistance in selecting a taping product and was told the benefits of each choice. Once I selected the tape I needed I was pointed to an area in the building with a sink and a mirror so I could apply the tape properly and do so with clean hands as I was dealing wi a wound. NOW HERE IS THE TALE OF EXTRA MILE HELP I THEN RECEIVED! I use a walking stick that I attach my car keys. Well I was so distracted in getting wound properly taped I left it in the pharmacy. When I returned to the main lobby I was greeted and my walking stick and keys were graciously returned!!!

I don’t write reviews often but I just experienced the most outstanding customer service in my life!!! I’m not underselling this. To say that Albert went the extra mile for me would be the understatement of the century. I take medication to help me sleep and I didn’t keep track and ran out. Albert made sure I received my medication and went WAY out of his way and spent time off the clock to help me. I won’t go into too much detail but I’ve never experienced customer service as sensational as this. Wow!!! I know I’m not providing many details but trust me. I don’t know what else to say but thank you 1000x.

I was given the run around by 3 different Walgreens locations, trying to get a prescription filled, they claimed “system is down”. Called my doctor, asked it to be sent here, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. The store has a very calm atmosphere, the pharmacists are so kind and knowledgeable, and my scrip was ready in 30 minutes, and pickup was so fast. They answer the phone too, vs waiting 25 minutes to speak to someone at wallgreens where they tell me “yeah systems down, idk when it’ll be ready”

This is a great family-owned pharmacy and I've encouraged all of my friends to make the switch from their CVS or Walgreens to here. Great customer experience--courteous, quick and proactive professionals who take that extra mile for any and all customers (based on my witnessing of a good sample of their interactions with customers who aren't always showing their best behavior).

Remember when there were real pharmacies with pharmacists that were knowledgeable about the medications they were dispensing? PHP is a throwback in the best sense and distinguishes itself from the corporate pharmacy roll-ups that dominate today. Best pharmacy in SF.

The staff are always friendly and efficient. You can buy some snacks and other items here. For those who work at UCSF and want soda with real sugar, this is the closest location. UCSF has banded all soda with sugar from being sold on campus.

On the smaller side but makes up for it with phenomenal service. I went to buy a brand name OTC medication ($$$) and while he rang me up, remembered they had the generic version. Saved me 20$!

Five stars. Especially helpful during these difficult times! It is always a pleasure to go into the pharmacy store, and, when needed, have the prescription delivered.

Robert and his staff are the most caring, loving individuals. I’ve had the pleasure to know. They run a quality business and they actually care for their patients.
