I am blown away by the kindness of this place! It all started one morning when yet again my air in my tires was super low, my kids missed the bus for school, and it had been another chaotic morning for this working mom of 3. I made it to the gas station around the corner from me, but turns out their air machine is down, so I see Paulette's auto next door, I have never been a customer and they do not know me at all. I asked them if I gave them a couple bucks could they please fill my tires. They refused my money and grabbed the mechanic. He began filling my tires, that have no tread and cracked, and weather beaten. however, times have been tough, I have front wheel drive so although all my tires were in rough shape I told the mechanic I would just go later in the month and have my back tires switched to the front. The mechanic said when he was finished that I can not drive with these tires especially with kids. he said tell you what I will look in the back today and find tires for your car and call you back when I get some time and put them on FREE of charge. This is not how the world works now a days I thought to myself. A week later I receive a text from their manager Dustin who is very kind also, told me to drop the car off at my earliest convenience and they will get me ready for winter at no cost. I guess I was their random act of kindness this time. like many others my whole life has been tough, I was always told if you keep fighting and keep being kind and helping others it will come back to you. I started to not believe that, but I kept pushing on, (even in my Job as a homecare PSW I go above and beyond everyday,) But then you meet good people likes the guys at Paulette's and your faith in humanity is restored!! just to reiterate I had a different car dealers license plate cover on, and Paulettes has been more helpful in 5 minutes than they have in 5 years of payments. I bought a minivan from this dealership right before the pandemic had hit. At this moment I can't remember the sales man's name, however, I was not impressed at all. Both my pregnant wife and I we're trading in our brand new truck for a minivan as this addition to our family gave us six people in total. The sales representative did not tell us what they were going to give us for the truck that we were trading in. In fact, they were barely in the room at all. I felt more like it was a rush job to get us in and out of the door so they can make a quick buck. I did not feel like there was any interpersonal skills being put on the table at all other than the fact that I do remember the salesman had eight children. Upon leaving with the minivan they had assured me it would be detailed and that they would buy winter tires for me as we purchase this in december. When I went to go pick up the minivan, not only was it not clean in the slightest, but they had informed me that they had only purchased all seasons tires, as winter tires would have been too expensive. It's nice to know that this dealership puts their profits ahead of the safety of the vehicles that they sell. All and all, I would not have bought this vehicle from them if there was another one in similar standing at the time of purchase. That is the only, and I repeat the only reason I proceeded with the sale and did not demand my truck back, as I know the law says you have 30 days to do so. I would recommend going to a dealership that has its roots planted in the community rather than one that pops up overnight and tries to become a big week player in the game

I purchased a used 2018 Raptor from Paulette Auto in May 2022. The sale and negotiation seemed good but they did not follow through and cut corners on items we had discussed as part of the sale (for example: did not provide floor mats I had asked for and replaced the cosmetically damaged tonneau cover with another used one woth broken/missing pieces). I did not raise a stink about this when I picked the truck up but it was a warning sign and reflection of their business practices as I was about to learn. The biggest problem has been with the tires they installed for the sale and the saga of getting them replaced. It finally took my personal mechanic to diagnose the tires have runout causing them to bounce and vibrate. Paulette Auto had tried to re-balance the tires on two occasions before this and still delivered the truck to me both times even though the ride issue was still apparent. They either ignored the issue or didn't care to ensure it was solved. It's been months now and I've been waiting for a replacement set of tires. The agreement was they would provide me with a new set and cover my costs while they handled the tire warranty themselves (I have text messages with Devon to prove this). In August the last I heard was tires were on back order but I've spoken with other shops that can get tires within a week. My calls to Devon and Brad are never answered or retuned and I'm never provided with updates. I'm still waiting for a timeline on new tires and to be reimbursed for the work my mechanic did on the diagnosis. I would go buy my own tires now but I don't trust I'd ever see my money back from Paulette.

TLDR; Amazing staff, great experience, great price 4 value! Would 100% recommend! What a fantastic and positive experience at Paulette Auto Sales! We had been looking for a specific car for some time and when we spotted it online, messages were sent and calls were made right away. We didn't expect a response until the next day as it was late but we still got a very interested reply directly from the owner within hours. He answered all our questions and we setup an appointment for a test drive. Now keep in mind that we live 2 hours away and that my husband is disabled so it's important that people don't make us travel for nothing, which has happened before... Well we weren't disappointed! We were welcomed right away by a super friendly staff. Steve and Jon were there to answer all our questions about the history of the car, the service history, and about the current market value of similar cars. We knew right away after test driving and seeing the paperwork that we wanted to purchase this vehicle. We didn't expect to be able to pick it up before the end of the week but since we were coming from out of town, they put all the wheels in super motion to allow us to leave with it that day! Within hours the vehicle was inspected, detailed, and the registration was looked after. We were seriously impressed with the above and beyond level of service we received, and by the friendliness of the staff. You can absolutely tell that the employees are a close team of people who like their jobs and that says a lot about a business.

Extremely disappointed with the vehicle that was delivered. It didn't look like the pictures. The rear bumper has a bad gash in it . The front bumper isn't on properly. Lots of scratches all over car . The drivers side door sill has been repainted which looks like a child painted it . The rear passenger taillight is chipped and the heated seats don't work because nobody checked that there was no fuse . I'm told that nobody was aware of these issues . Isaac was the person I was dealing with and says they weren't aware of any of these issues . I think that is concerning that nobody was aware of these issues .So did nobody actually do a service / overall check on the vehicle ? Had the back bumper valance replaced . I was told by the body shop that I had taken the car to that the car had been in an accident . The front bumper was attached by silicone . The body shop replaced the silicone with resin but it’s not a permanent fix. I will probably have to replace the bumper . So Iam extremely annoyed and frustrated with this situation especially when the car was at the Paulette location for a week to check the car over!! and safety it !! But I was never given any information on the safety and what they actually did

I recently purchased a Chevy Cruz from Paulette's, and couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle and service they provided. Devon made the process super easy and answered every question that I had. Most importantly, he did everything that I asked. New tires ordered and installed before pick up, warrenty applied and extra FOB given. The car was detailed and looked brand new, on pick up. On top of that, my dog of 14 years took ill in the middle of this process. A bad time to have to occur Vet bills. Not only did Devon show empathy and compassion for the situation, he acknowledged the financial impact of unexpected Vet bills. When Devon went to get my plates from MTO, I had previous parking tickets that I had forgot about. They had to be paid on top of the administration fee's. I paid the tickets and because of the dog situation, Devon offered to pay the administration fee as he knew how expensive Vet bills can be. I was floored, what a kind soul. This was a HUGE help for me. It was a 5 star experience. This dealership was amazing to work with. I highly recommend going to see Devon if you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Top notch service!!

I assumed it was fine at first because the sales people were nice and same with the mechanics. Until just over a month down the road and we realized how bad shape our vehicle was in...paulettes did a fake safety and our car didn't actually pass...breaks, parking break....like the 2 most important ones to start...the list went on. I wish I took it to another mechanic day 1 to redo the safty. After constant appointments and little fixes they refused to fix the obvious issues. Just glad I noticed within the first couple days that their was a bad tire...they gave us a tire that was previously popped and used some sort of foam filler and they replaced the 2 front tired. And were doing little fixes after that to convince us it was fine. I'm just lucky we have a nice financing company that helped us out. We just had to bring them proof our car failed a safety and they did the rest and are dealing with legal stuff for us. Really don't recommend these guys..... In future when we get our next vehicle we will be taking it to our mechanic day 1 to check for issues.

Let me start off by saying, Steve is my neighbour…and he’s awesome. When I found out he worked at Paulette’s, I did mention being in the market. In the past year not once has he ever pushed a truck or deal my way. I’ve had lots of questions and asked advice along the way. Steve’s been in the car business a long time, and I value his opinion. I called and asked about a truck, he gave me a very solid option. He just made it easy, and straight forward. They worked around my schedule, doing most of it over the phone. I also dealt with Brian and Jon as well. Both were great to deal with. Their warranty was worth it’s weight in gold, and I’ve bought several used trucks (never with peace of mind like this) Buying local, with a fully licensed shop, I feel like I have peace of mind. I am happy they made it so easy. Buying a vehicle is super relaxed and fun @ Paulettes’s. I know I’ll need another truck or vehicle, and I’ll be going to see them again! Thanks guys

Booked a test drive for the Tuesday following a long weekend. Booked via text over the weekend which was really convenient. Arrived at 9am after receiving a text reminding me that I had a test drive booked. The car I was going to test drive had been sent back to auction. No problem, they could bring it back for us. Inconvenient but life happens and at that point we would have returned at a later time (had booked off work for this)Turns out the car was coming back but had been already been sold. Over a weekend when the lot was closed. We were asked if we had put down a deposit when the rep knew we hadn't. We were not offered that option when we first contacted through text! Instead of apologizing he made out like we were at fault for not putting down a deposit, which was never offered to us but apparently was offered to the buyer. Rep was very pleasant until his comment. REALLY disappointing service.

STAY AWAY!!! They sold me a car with a faulty transmission which failed 24 hours into having the vehicle. After months of them taking the vehicle in claiming the issue was resolved (each time keeping the car for 3 or more weeks) I'd drive off the lot and the engine light would come back on. I would scan the codes and none of the work was actually done. This has been ongoing since day one. Now the "new" transmission they claim to have put in has also failed and they're claiming too much time has passed and will do nothing. All of which I have proof of in writing both by them as well as a reputable independent mechanic. These guys are crooks and will be going through litigation. If I can save even one person from doing business with this unethical dealership it will ha e been worth it STAY AWAY!!!!

Only reason they are getting 3 stars is for the salesman phil. Phil did a famtastic job went out of his way to get the payments where i needed them to be for the vehicle i wanted. After driving for a week or so started to have a few safety related issues. Informed phil he got their service department involved. They were in the middle of moving so response time was slow after a few messages finally got back to me. Stopped in picked up parts and informed them of some other safety related issues that were found. Was told to email. Emailed them the following friday.... that was over 2 weeks ago with 0 response. I understand moving to a new shop isnt easy ( currently in the trade as well) but after a week a response should be given. Like i said 5 star service from phil service was a bit of a let down

I had a great buying experience with Paulette’s. I had Corey Testa as a Sales/ Financing Associate which simplified the process and gave no room for error. He was professional and responsive in our communication throughout the process, ensuring that a had a great customer experience and was satisfied with my purchase. As well with my purchasing deal, I had some requests which made some challenges, yet again Corey handled them with professionalism and respect. On the note of one issue that was resolved on the spot with him, another new car retailer eventually called back with the same solution 3 weeks later, with $2700 less in trade in value. I have and will continue to recommend Paulette’s to those seeking a vehicle and look forward to my next vehicle purchasing experience with them.

Most Genuine & Helpful Dealership: I recently purchased a vehicle from them (Camaro) and they offered me the best price and really helped me at every step in the process. The staff is extremely kind and very nice (Especially Steve and Brian). They tried their best to get me the best interest rates, replaced the parts of the car that were near end of life for free and were very quick with answering all my questions (trust me there were a lot). They did a fantastic job in detailing the vehicle too. Honestly, why I went with them to get my car is because they seem genuine and authentic. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

I have had the best experience I could have asked for with Michael. He made sure that all my questions were answered and really made me believe in him and his company. I have been in sales for quite a while but I have never seen someone sell so well while also caring about the buyer. My biggest regret is that I was unable to go through with my deal here and purchase the car due to my financial issues. The main takeaway from this review should be that if you want to buy a car then buy it from Michael because I sure as hell am coming back when I have the finances.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from Paulette . the staff was friendly and worked with me to make this purchase happen . when I had a problem closing my sunroof ,Phil and Mike went out of their way to help resolve the problem , it took their mechanic about an hour to find the problem and get me back on the road . I would have to say it is likely the best experience I have had from a car lot in a long time. their customer service is far better than a lot of the other lots , I would have no problem sending anyone to buy from them . Dealt with Dustin Aubin (Service Dept) regarding a radiator fan replacement on my vehicle. Overall very happy with service. Also, fair price. They came to pick up my vehicle (as I could not drop it off) and once the repair was completed they dropped it off at my house. Dustin was very cordial all along. Of note, I had dealt with them in the past (for servicing my brakes) and had a similar experience. They will continue to be my go to place in Kingston when it comes to vehicle repairs/services.

Years ago with no credit , nobody would give me financing but Brad really helped me out, got me financed and a descent car and he also helped me rebuild my credit. I highly recommend this dealership I have purchased multiple vehicles here. I trust the staff and never felt pressured. They bait and switched my fiance, and tried to sell her something she didn't want for a price way more than she was willing to spend.
