I am utterly appalled and deeply disappointed by the traumatic experience my beloved dog endured at Paws Claws Grooming. The level of carelessness and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff was beyond comprehension. Not only did they cut my poor dog, resulting in bleeding wounds in multiple places, but the fact that the owner never even bothered to offer an apology is downright shocking. First and foremost, the primary responsibility of any pet groomer should be to prioritize the well-being and safety of the animals entrusted to their care. However, it became painfully evident that the staff at Paws Claws Grooming, namely the owner lacked even the most basic understanding of this fundamental principle. The fact that my dog was subjected to such unnecessary pain and suffering is unforgivable. Witnessing my dog traumatized and bleeding in multiple places was an absolute nightmare. It was apparent that no precautions were taken during the grooming process to prevent such injuries. The cuts were deep enough to cause significant bleeding, indicating a complete disregard for the safety and welfare of the animals under their care. What is even more astonishing is the complete lack of remorse shown by the owner. Not once did they extend an apology or demonstrate any concern for my dog's condition. This lack of accountability and empathy is absolutely inexcusable. It is not only a reflection of their unprofessionalism but also their disregard for the emotions and well-being of their clients. As a responsible pet owner, I trusted Paws Claws Grooming to provide a safe and comfortable grooming experience for my dog. Instead, what I received was an ordeal that has left my poor furry friend traumatized and me filled with anger and disappointment. It is devastating to think that an establishment that claims to be a professional pet grooming service could be so callous and negligent. I strongly urge anyone considering utilizing the services of Paws Claws Grooming to reconsider. Your pets deserve better care and treatment than what they provide. The welfare of our beloved animals should never be compromised, and it is apparent that this pet groomer fails to meet even the most basic standards of competence, compassion, and accountability. In conclusion, my experience with Paws Claws Grooming was nothing short of a nightmare. The injuries inflicted on my dog, coupled with the complete absence of an apology from the owner, have left me deeply saddened and outraged. I implore pet owners to seek out a groomer who genuinely cares for the well-being of their furry friends and can provide a safe and nurturing environment.

Outstanding service! I enquired a few weeks before on their betta stock. Within minutes I received clear videos of all the available fish. None of them catching my eye... Kyle promised to keep in touch should he order the next batch and forwarded me images and I spotted a male that was to my liking. Keep in mind that I was very specific on what I was looking for and what I did not want ever again (dragonscales, doubletails, deltas - all the ones I deemed problematic in terms of health and lifespans). We had set a date on when I would pick up my fish, but I cancelled more than once due to other responsibilities. I was assured that my guy would be kept aside until I am able to make the trip as I do not live close to the area. This was my first time visiting this store, and I was highly impressed with their aquarium set ups. Healthy fish divided into correct systems, as well as clear indications of the species' name and prices. For every freshwater aquarist looking for good rates and healthy livestock, I would highly recommend popping into this store at least once. Kudos to every individual maintaining excellent services at this establishment!

Stumbled upon this 'all in one', 'go to' pet heaven when my Shnauzer puppy needed a desperate groom. Only his second.. His first was not the greatest experience (elsewhere). I walked in and was attended to by the most amazing (certified) staff (Emmah and team) and was told I could collect my pup within an hour. Promptly, I received a call an hour later and was more than happy with the result. Not only did they fulfill my extra requirements, but they included the bits I forgot to mention. I've been back and have decided to make it my groomer of choice. Big bonus that I can pop into the pet store next door and get ANYTHING I need. Well run operation and great choice of grooming staff. I had a great experience and this is definitely my go to pet store. Their prices are cheaper than online stores or other stores for the items I purchased. I was paying so much more at the vet down the road! Also, when I arrived, there was a really rude customer who didn't seem like she was sober/in her right mind. The gentleman behind the counter was so patient, calm and respectful despite the way she was speaking to him. I've returned and the staff are always so helpful.

I love this shop. Just what we need in this area. They absolutely have all your pet requirements except Doggabone which is becoming more and more popular. Service is terrific. Well done guys !! Thank you..with the Doggabone you are now definitely the best.

I popped in to take my German Shedder for a groom. Amazing place & it's family run. They even have a doggy hotel. I inspected and they have separate rooms and a nice big monitored play area. I would feel content leaving girl there.
