If I could give them negative 1 I would. I heard it was a great local business. However... When I got there and walked in "they have a door bell, so they knew I was there" I wasn't greeted at all. The owner (Kevin) and the female worker (Nikketa) made no attempts to help. All I got was Kevin not even looking at me say " Heya you alright" then continued with his conversations. The place is so cluttered very extremely narrow rows. I couldn't find what I was looking for and it took Nikitta 15 mins to actually come and ask me what I was looking for. I said clumping cat litter. Her response was "its over there" and pointed to a bunch of clutter. I then went there still couldn't find what I wanted. I asked her again and she "huffed" and said "What brand because its all over there" I told her. Wee kitty and she stated they didn't have it.didn't offer any alternative to make a sale. I then said what about nibbles treats again "no we don't stock that. And again provided no alternative 2 sales lost. For a small business that's not good. I asked why they didn't stock such popular products, her response was " Ummmmmm not sure" not sure? How can you and be a local competitive business and not stock popular products? So I decided not to purchase my Royal Cannin food there again big $ sales lost. And I decided no to buy a cat brush and a fountain.again 2 big $ sales. Lost again. I was totally dumbfounded about the complete lack of interest in a customer. So I tried 1 more times to strike some interest and asked about cat harness and again she pointed to another cluttered isle and said "somewhere down there" I gave up.also half of the stuff prices are missing. I doubt this "local business" will be around much longer. Very disappointed.

Great local pet store, the owner is very knowledgeable and always friendly and willing to give advice. The prices are fair and have a good range of pet products available. Its always nice to pop in and have a browse and say hello to all the animals in the store. They also have collection bins for a few local rescues that they provide donations to, I thought this was great and I dont know of many other pet stores that collect and donate items like that so that was a bonus for me. :) I'm always buying stuff that never gets used lol

Amazing service, got to meet Bruce the dog! And I love how there is so much support spread throughout the Facebook and in-store about helping adoption agencies :) they stock hard to find food brands, and our dog is enjoying the free treats that got thrown in with our order!

Best pet shop I've ever been to. The owner Kevin is both extremely friendly, and has a wealth of information to share. A medium-size range, but all quality products for sure. If there's something he doesn't have, he can order it in for you. PET OWNERS, GO HERE!

Great variety of products. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. We were integrating some goldfish into an existing pod. I had loads of questions that he was able to help me with. They have cats and kittens for adoption at certain times on Saturdays.

Saw a dead axolotl in here once when axolotls were at their peak craze. The fish look sad but they have lots of different fish, rabbits and Guinea pigs. Sometimes they have cat days in here. Wish I could buy a fish to make it happy. They look sad. :(
