All their employees are friendly and personable. Great customer service; unlike Payless Liquors on Albany. They have the rudest costumer service reps that I have ever come across in my entire life (50 yrs). It's unbelievable how rude they are. Actually, in all honesty it is only one who is the problem. I think she is a manager. She trains the new employees to be rude like her. When they hire a "nuwby" they are always friendly, helpful, curious, etc... Greet you with a smile and hello. However, after working and training under this rude and hateful person for a couple weeks, they also forget their customer service skills...they become a chip off the old block If I sound disgusted it is because I have good reason to be disgusted. I was totally humiliated and slandered in front of other customers, by this certain "so called manager". I could have and should have sued the establishment for what this chick screamed at me and said about me. I am sure that the company has lost many good paying customers due to this chick. I had been a daily regular for years. Although, I never liked going in there because of her. Yet, it was close to home and convenient. Anyway, that's all I'll say about that for now. Swing on over to Crown liquors, corner of Sherman and Raymond. I have never been given a reason to complain there. Even though my brand is a couple rollers more than the other. I guess it's a small price to pay for good and friendly service.

Friendly staff and very convenient. Only minutes away from my house. But I have decided to take my business elsewhere after tonight and can probably speak for the other customers that were planning to buy product from this same store tonight. We were told they have to close early because all systems were down. They didn't offer to take cash which I had. And I have to say not the first time I've dealt with this. Seems to be an ongoing problem with inventory issues as well. I hope for some improvement in the future.

This store is a terrible place to work. A couple of my Co-workers have been great, but the manager, Angie is absolutely horrible. She is very rude and cranky. She drives good employees away. And she refuses to have an open mind to new and better ideas. She shouldn't be a manager anywhere.

their employees are rude and disrespectful. I don't expect a whole lot out of someone working at a liquor store but if you have a shitty opinion on the kind of people that come into a liquor store and you can't keep it to yourself then you should probably not be working there

I come here for cigarettes and sometimes a drink and I've been a daily customer for over a year. I've never had problems and employees are always friendly and nice. Unless you cause problems there isn't a better liquor store that I would rather shop at.

Please rotate your coolers! I got 3 large truly cans the other day and 2 were expiring in October and the other 1 expired in April? That makes me wonder how often expired beer is sold here. Now I'm wondering about the wine too.

It's beech grove.. they close earlier and prices are a little steeper than others.

Beer is never fresh. Half of the time they dont even have the beer you want.
