The female employee working Saturday afternoon 10/30/21, was incredibly rude. She didn’t acknowledge me when I entered the store because she was preoccupied with her phone. I grabbed a bottle of wine and another bottle broke on floor. I had to go looking for this employee. She gave me a hard eye roll & informed me that I was lucky her boss wasn’t there because I would have to pay for broken bottle.

First and last time ever coming to this place, I just decided that I wanted to try a new liquor store went in here try to make friendly conversation with the lady that was checking me out and she was Rude like uncomfortable rude will never come here ever again would not come to this place. I actually walked out of the store and didn’t buy anything so Don’t come here because they’re not friendly

On two separate occasions I had a customer service issue at the Payless Liquor on Kentucky Ave. in Indianapolis. The employees close the store as much as 15 minutes early and one time locked the door as I was walking up and walked away. Both times I expressed my problem on the corporate website and was never contacted. There are 3 other stores in my area so problem solved.

Quick in-and-out convenience close to the neighborhood have really good deal on their products and a very friendly there in a very nice it's a very clean place in the people that work there there are very friendly they help you out anyway they can

I was at the store ten minutes before it closed and the lady said sorry closed. I would hope if you close before the sign on the door you would change it to 9:50. Never again.

Looked for special wines that aren't carried in most liquor stores. They pulled off 6 different types from the shelf . Was for a wedding wine tasting for bride and groom.

The only problem I have here is that they never have the big truly can of the wild berry other than that reasonable prices and very friendly staff!

Very friendly place to to go they will help you to the fullest of their ability good people working there I met the owner and she is very very nice

They have some Bourbon that I have been looking for, at a good price, But the Employee was NOT Helpful and Extremely RUDE, AND HAD A BAD ATTITUDE

9:30 PM on a Wednesday niight and it is closed. Do not follow posted hours. How disappointing.
