I was told that Pennington’s would be carrying the Silver Jeans that were previously available at Addition Elle. I decided to see what Pennington’s had to offer for the Silver Jeans and was disappointed to see that it was not a lot. I asked one of the sales associates if they would be getting more Silver Jeans in and was disappointed by her lack of not seeming to care to help me. She basically said that she did not know and continued on with the work that she was doing. I proceeded to wait at the till to ask another sales associate but the same girl had come up thinking that I was purchasing something (I was not buying anything) and said the same thing to me. It would have been helpful if she could have at least found someone who knew like a manager perhaps. The website says that there are Silver Jeans but the selection was awful. Silver Jeans are my go to for jeans. It would be helpful to know whether or not I should invest the time to come back into the store in the future to look again. I do not shop at plus size stores very often but I am left without many options for jeans. I likely won’t come back into this particular store anytime soon unless the customer service improves... If you do not know the answer; it is always best to find someone who is better equipped to help. I understand the girl was just doing her job but I think this store needs to train it’s associates a little bit more.

Just came from Penningtons on Calgary Trail in Edmonton. Picked quite a few items as they were having a sale on tops and capris and shorts. I was helped by a young lady, Emily, who was fabulous. I loved the fact that she was wearing some of Penningtons graphic t-shirts, althou she was quite petite and wonderful figure. She was very pleasant, helpful and I was very pleased with her assistance with redeeming three coupons, which was great as I have trouble getting them from Montreal head office. I don't get into the stores like I used to and the Calgary Trail location is closest to where I live. I just want to pass on a thank you to Emily for helping me out and she certainly made my shopping very pleasant!!

I went in to purchase a bra, (I’m pregnant and have always had troubles finding a properly fitting bra) the sales lady seemed to have great knowledge and got me a few bras to try on, which did not have a good selection for my size. I finally found one that I liked and she insisted that it was too big even though I felt perfectly comfortable in it, she gave me a band size down and it was quite tight and I was busting out at the sides a bit but she assured me that it fit well and told me that’s the one to buy. It is cutting into me so bad that it hurts to wear for longer then an hour and leaves marks on my skin after long term wear. Super huge waste of $60..

I love this Penningtons location! It has a large parking lot with a few disability/handicap spots. The entrance has large double doors, and the store is easy to navigate - large aisles, bright lights, soft music, and ample space in the fitting rooms. The staff is always friendly. They greet you when you walk in and ask if there is anything they can help you find. The signage in the store is usually organized, bright, and easy to find. There is typically a large sale corner with some good deals. This store also has a large lingerie and active wear/swimsuit selection.

Finding the place was hard as Google took me to a restaurant! (It's beside Lammle's and Petland). I had to call to get directions because of the location on Google maps, but the lady that answered was so helpful! Amazing staff in the store! Super friendly, welcoming and clean. Lots of selection and did not have to wait to find my size from a top rack. Will definitely return in the future.

I just wanted to say thank you to the women at the southpark center store for the help. My wife works crazy hours and needed new unedrware. I got the size and brand and type and went to the store and explained the situation. The ladies there were able to find exactly what was needed and I was in and out of the store in ten min. Made both me and my wife happy. Thank you again

Nice clothes for plus size women. For not to bad of a price helpful staff. I use to look forward to a spring sale around mothers day but they didn't have it last spring I was pretty upset it is when I would buy hundreds of dollars of clothes so sad. Hopefully they will look at bringing it back for 2019.

Sarah was FANTASTIC. Went in looking for bras after 7 years of nursing and pregnancy bras between 3 kids it was much overdo. I got properly fitted and made sure I was 100% comfortable and happy. She was like my personal shopper. I feel amazing again and waddled out with 4 new bras.

I saw Kim today she was so amazing!! I can’t not express my gratitude enough for all her help with the dreaded shopping for underwear. She was so knowledgeable professional and helpful. If you need a new bra go see her. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks so much Kim!!!

I like the location, and the staff are amazing. However, I'm astounded at how much Pennington's has jacked up the prices of their clothing since Addition Elle closed. Even the sales items were incredibly expensive, and I ended up paying $495 for eight items. EIGHT.

I was there with my mom and we were only two customers in there, received no help, no one came to assist at the fitting room and we stood at the checkout for several minutes before anyone came to let us pay. There were 2 employees. But wow they really didn't care.

I went today for their bra sale and was met with impeccable service from multiple people in the store. Everyone was friendly, informative and eager to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you making my experience amazing!

The wire on my bra came through the fabric within two weeks of buying the bra. Staff "couldn't" do anything for me. Won't be shopping at a Pennington's ever again. Be careful buying here.

Wish there was a larger addition Elle section but oh well. The lady there was super nice & helped me find what I wanted. Plus she got a great deal on my purchases. Thank you Penningtons

I love this location. Staff are helpful and know their product lines. Added to that I was able to take advantage of a 40% discount.....bonus all around
