First time visit to this great store today. Bought all my cats food needs & was very happy with the excellent prices & specials on offer. Nice big store with an extensive range & a good layout which makes it easy to find everything you need for your pets. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Always helpful and polite. Mostly I buy crickets for my frogs and even with short supply they try to have stock it’s out of their hands a lot of the time. They are using a new company for crickets now which are awesome, highly recommended. Good prices. Lovely staff. Clean and tidy.

Love this store. You can take your pets in, and there is a scale of you want to weigh them. My dog loves the filled cow hooves (as pictured), and they last for hours. They also a good range of training treats.

I called around for a product I need at least every fortnight. Their price was cents shy of over $10 of other pet shops...... big and small. Won't be going there nearly $10 more isn't worth it.

Good store ! You will find everything for your pet. Unfortunately they don’t have any fish or variety of aquarium equipment but it is really good for dogs, cats and other animals products.

Asked for "live food" and the shop assistant had no idea what I was talking about. Most places that claim to have food for all types of animals should know what "live food" means.

Great variety of treats are great and my dog gets excited every time he goes. Prices are reasonable but some trears are expensive. The nature of the business i guess.
