The place has really gone downhill from when koleman and Daphne were in charge. The tanks are filthy, sick and dying animals are on display, and the staff will say anything to look good. Me and my sister went in and my sister nearly had a panic attack when she saw the state of a long haired guinea pig. In her words, it looked like a "zombie" and actually witnessed the large cyst on the animal's eye pop. We promptly told the manager staff so she could at least take it to the back but she Stated that there was no room and that noone was allowed to touch the animal, which would be alright if she wouldn't then proceed to pull said animal out and begin petting it, which is not only the complete opposite of what she told me, but also stressed an already heavily sick animal even more. The other guy working there then told me "oh, it doesn't bother the animals too much", referring to the cyst to which I almost lost it. These guys don't even have basic knowledge of the animals they sell which are known to hide illness and to avoid seeming weak to predators. Sorry pet supermarket, but you are just a lowlife, money hungry , monkey show and lost great people when district managers Sarah and Jonathan left and will continue to lose good workers the way you're going.

Lip ring assistant store manager lady is so lazy she was willing to straight up lie to me in order to avoid processing a manufacturer issued voucher for a replacement bag of dog food. Her behavior devolved into a pretty shameful demonstration in front of other employees. Whoever the general manager of this store is should follow up with lip ring lady, and maybe consider drug testing. Normally I would try and shop with this regional smaller chain when possible as opposed to a national outfit like PetCo, but if this place doesn’t care why should I. Edit: Went down to one star. Phone number listed in reply goes to a voicemail that is full and cannot accept messages. Went to PetCo and voucher was used without a hint of trouble.

I’d say that I like shopping here, I guess. My first couple of times coming here the service was subpar. The employees weren’t really attentive and they seem to not have much knowledge of the aquatic life. One time I stood waiting to get help for a while and finally walk to the front desk to het assistance. My most recent visit there was great. I met the aquatics expert there who helped me tremendously (thanks dude). Had an issue with my fish dying and he gave me good advice. I’m a beginner aquarium hobbyist so it was good to have someone break down the best way to start out a healthy atmosphere for my tank. That experience redeemed the location for me.

I walked in, and no one greeted me. I walked around the store an still no workers. I reach the small animal supplies and you have a worker sitting on the shelf just on her phone. An another employee in the fish section video chatting. I get they were about to close in like 40 minutes, but that's just completely ridiculous. I have shopped here before an never had a bad experience until today. These workers are a misrepresentation of your brand.

I sometimes find when I'm looking for here unfortunately they don't have everything. Being a corporate owned company, they only receive certain items in their shops. I guess that's why we have the privately owned.. more personalized Boutiques where you will find 1 of a kind specialty items. As well as more health conscious food selections. Staff is always very courteous and helpful.

Not a great selection for cat food and TRY SCOOPING THE CAT'S LITTER BOX THAT YOU HAVE UP FOR ADOPTION. Wow. Its so awful that there are employees walking around but not one can take one minute to clean a weeks worth of pee and poop from a sweet cats pen. I almost grabbed a bag and scoop myself. Thats awful. I should have humane society stop sending cats over.

If you want to finally have a good experience in a pet store, where the staff are knowledgeable about the animals, the products and actually keep REALLY good care of all their animals, go to any pet supermarket. I have been to several and in all of them, the animals are well taken care of, active, get handled on a regular basis and the staff are super kind.

I just want to say for the record. I love this store Alex and Matt are the best. They have supported me in my fish journey and made it so exciting. They both are very knowledgeable and so easy to understand. If these two don't get a raise or have received raise they definitely need it. They are the greatest. Thank you guys so much.

The store manager here is wonderful and truly cares about the animals. I come here once a week to get crickets for my bearded dragon, and they are always super helpful. They have a much better price for crickets than Petsmart. Their fish selection is quite big and they carry more exotic fish than most petsupermarkets.

The staff was super friendly!! I called ahead of time to ask questions about the parakeets and was told alot about the them, which was very helpful. When we got there the staff helped us even more. Koleman had been the most helpful personnel by far. He has eased tension and anxiety with our 55 gallon setup and fish purchase. And by being an honest and personable associate, he will make my Partner's 8 year old Granddaughter very happy today. Thank you for that Sir.

Very nice well kept store, associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. Only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the item I purchased did not have a wing nut to complete the feeding dish and store was too far to go back to, so I just picked up one myself.

Love it! They have alot of cool little stuff here plus all the necessities. At the time I went it was around Christmad and they were having a drawing for your wishlist. Another time they were having classes to train your pets for free. Pretty cool place overall.

Staff was quite knowledgeable about their aquatic section and very helpful in getting what I needed. A few "floaters" and some pond snails, but the tanks seemed mostly healthy. The whole store was clean, organized, and well stocked with quality pet products.

Very exciting place to be. I got there 10 minutes before they closed and I could tell the employees were very knowledgable and polite displaying awesome customer service. I will always continue to call this pet store "My Pet Store". They have it all here.

Really great staff! They are always kind to my dog and willing to answer any questions. They give honest advice on what brands work better than others. Store is kind of small though. Parking is usually limited and tight but overall not a bad pet store.

This particular location is a pain to get out of, there's no easy way to avoid the interstate interchange because you're forced to turn right and there are "no U-turn" signs. But the store itself is nice, clean, easy to see what you're looking for.

I have a super picky ball python that will only eat certain rats. Due to this whole virus fiasco there's a shortage on live rats. Well Britney was kind enough to call another store and they happened to have what I needed. Thank you so much Britney!

have a very good selection of freshwater to choose from... (no saltwater fish) **update** not sure why but the past 3x i bought neon tetras from here they end up dead... everytime the neons are faded in color and fins battered even new shipments

Ezra was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what I was doing wrong with my Betta fish water. There was another girl there that was rude and kept making snide comments. I decided not to get another fish from this store because of her.

I was in the area getting my car washed, so I walked over. I was there for about 10 or 15 minutes and no one greeted me when I walked in, or asked me if I needed help. I left empty handed and went to pet supplies plus back on my side of town.

They carry many varieties of Taste of the Wild dog food - family owned and operated. The other big Pet store doesn't carry this brand. Seems to be liked by my dog. Replaced Iams with this brand and improved bathroom habits enormously.

I don't really have any problem with this store except they don't take the card for repeat business anymore. I decided to go other places now. No point in making the trip unless I want to give my number so everyone in line can hear.

Love these places, this is the best one I have visited. Friendly staff that knows that perfect line between letting a person browse but always being there when needed and a fount of good information and genuinely like animals.

I love Pet Supermarket. We but rats once a week to feed our snake. Our 3yo loves looking at all the birds, bunnies, fish and kittens that live in the store. The staff is always helpful and happy to be of service.

Usually pretty good customer service, good selection, and always some deals in the "managers bin". My main complaint is they DON'T HAVE ENOUGH RATS!!!! they get them on Wednesday and are sold out by Thursday.

Friendly staff with good knowledge of inventory and products. Sadly on the slim picking sides if you're going for anything other than a dog or a cat. But overall a good place to stop in at for your pets needs

We got a our baby guinea pigs here the mangers were very helpful and patience was key in working with us to get the piggies we wanted! I love this location and would recommend to anyone looking for a pet !

The ferret is not well kept. His nails are not trimmed. He also doesn't have food in his cage, the whole time I was there he was eating the stuff on the bottom of the cage that he goes to the bathroom in.

Nice staff but not very knowledgeable with all pets sold me a bottom feeder than was known to be aggressive towards my glow fish. But problem solved had to go to another pet store to find that out.

I wash my dog here, for $10, they give you, apron, shampoo, conditioner, towels & blow dryer. You have to wash your own dog but they clean up after you.

It's great that they carry frozen & dehydrated raw food for cats, as usually it's tough to find. But the service is horrible and it smells inside.

Store is decent, they got a large variety of supplies if only they took better care of the fish. They always have various bacterial infections....
