The staff have always been super friendly. There is a location a little closer to home and the staff there are great as well but I've always found the level of customer service at this location to be top notch! Normally, I'll call in my order but this morning I decided to place the order online. Within minutes of my order being placed, I received a call from one of the associates. Unfortunately one of the items on my list was not available at the location but she was able to recommend another product that seems to be working great so far. They are my go-to pet store in the city. I've tried other stores but have never received the same level of customer service as I do here. You guys are amazing! See you next order

More than extremely impressed. The sales clerk, a very well dressed young lady, was extremely kind and assisted or doing needs. She went above and beyond to provide years fit or dog that was being fitted for a jacket. She then made sure to have water for him to wash the treats down. So this while providing sales assistance. The store was clean and well stocked. Lots of parking. Highly recommend the most this for your pet needs and as an example of how to staff retail locations.

Went this morning with my girl Lily and right from the moment we walked through those doors EVERY staff made us feel WELCOME AND SAFE... Although they didn't have a large selection of small pet stuff (was looking for rat chewing supplies), the staff was friendly and helpful with trying to find another location that would have the products I was looking for. The staff who helped me was knowledgeable on his products and pet requirements.

Great staff welcomed me when i arrived asked if i was looking for anything, definitely more expensive than your average Walmart pricing but also more brands and better quality. I was given coupons for my new pet when mentioning I had one. I would shop here again

Staff here value customers and go out of their way to serve & support us. They are flexible with policies that are within their power to be flexible about. We spend a lot of money at Pet Valu and really appreciate that they appreciate us.

Excellent team and excellent service! Literally gave me a tour of the food section and worked with me to find a solution the would best fit my crew's needs, and stay, roughly, within budget.

After 20 years of shopping here, several new store managers , I will never set foot in this location again. Extremely rude and argumentative employees and store manager. Very disappointed!!

Ok store. Good selection but a small store. Prices aren't a great but pet stuff is expensive. Free parking and wheelchair accessible It is in a plaza with other stores and services

It's your typical store for petstuffs with helpful, friendly staff and great ambiance, however the things were significantly overpriced, but the service was excellent.

Took the time to call other stores for me when they didn't have the food I wanted, and were able to help.me track it down! The extra care was very appreciated.

Bit of a small location but they have items that PetsMart doesn't carry so I typically pop in here every now and again to see what's new.

Cute and small pet store. Staff are kind and didn't mind when my 80lbs sheepdog decided to jump on the counter (surprise for both us) !
