I called ahead to see if they had the product I required as I doubted they would carry them - I needed an 18” fluorescent tube light for my fish tank. Not only did they have the exact item I needed (for fresh water plant growth) but it was actually cheaper than 4 other places I’d tried. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly. But I have to say I was disappointed in the overall ergonomics of the wash basin it self, I thought I’d take Lucky here as I have chronic issues that make washing him in the house tube very draining, and I hoped I could save a few bucks doing it myself. The Pet Value Dog wash, although, convenient and relatively easy-to-use for most, was unpleasant for me. *

Have been shopping there for years and customer service gets worse and worse . Wandered about a good 10 minutes trying to find a specific food for a friend who had asked me to pick up for her. Sales girls were too busy putting clickers in bracelets to ask if I needed any assistance . I know these extra jobs need to be done but put down the clickers and help the instore customers first

Unlike pet-land or any other larger animal oriented shop, Pet Value really takes their item stock a step beyond their competition. Their pricing is phenomenal, their staff are friendly and always making suggestions. Very happy with the service.

More expensive than regular dog food from the grocery store but the quality is way better and better for your dog. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also have a rewards system where if you buy 10 bags you get the next one for free.

They are always very helpful and friendly!! My cute but very fussy dog has made it hard to find the right food. They worked with us and we finally found one she would eat. She loves going for visits there.

I go to pet value all the time to get stuff for my cat auch as litter food and the occasional toy or two. The staff there are amazing and the cats for adoption are so cute.

The dog wash station is great! Only $12 for a wash. Includes two types of shampoo, towels, treats and blow-dry. Even aprons for the humans to protect clothing.

Love to bathe the dog there! Dog gets treats, they provide towels and shampoo. My back doesn't hurt. All under $10 and 5th bath is free
