Do not buy smoked pig feet from this place unless you would like to spend around $500 and watch your dog go through a very painful experience! Was assured by staff the treat for my dog would be safe but after being up all night with my dog vomiting solid pieces for what seemed like almost every hour, diarrhea, and blood dripping out of his behind we promptly took our dog into our vet. Luckily our vet was able to ensure us that the piece should pass on its own but he was treated for dehydration and was in an incredible amount of pain which they also prescribed medication for. Moral of the story: I cant speak for the other products from this store BUT please dont buy this specific product from this establishment as it may result in a painful night for your pup, possible surgery, and a hefty bill!

Was very excited to check this place out. Unfortunately the staff member didn’t engage or even get up from behind the desk while looking at her phone. For a busy Friday that’s also a holiday weekend. It was disappointing. Put my items back and left; as it was clear my business and presence was not valued. However they had some great options and variety; sad the lack of care and effort the staff member had.

I went to Pet Wants for the first time tonight and it definitely won’t be my last! Lauren was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and walked me through all of the fun chews and supplements for our Senior pup! I was also pleased to find they make their own food and supplements in-house! If you’re looking for top quality pet supplies I would give Pet wants 10/5 stars!!!

I went to go get some treats for my lab who we have to put down this weekend and the woman working the desk was so nice and so sweet. She actually made us feel a little better with her level of empathy and even gave us an extra little treat. Thank you so much! I’ve always Loved this store, but I love it even more now.

I adopted a dog a few weeks ago and hadn’t found any treats he likes and have wasted so much money trying things out. I talked a little about his personality with an employee and she recommended the perfect treat that he loves!
