Took my baby who was suffering from intense jaundice. I took leave from my work bcoz I was asked to bring my baby twice a day for saline. On third morning he was making humming sounds while exhaling, I took him hurriedly. On consultation I was told that he might have developed lung congestion bcoz of the fluids that were given to him intravenously. As there was no alternative they kept giving him fluids even when he was struggling to breath. Finally in the eve doc asked Some staff to take an X-ray but the staff was busy setting up music on YouTube on the TV. When he finally was able to set up their favorite songs on YouTube they took him for X-ray. Doc told me analyzing the X-ray that the lung damage is not that much. After the vet left, my baby started gasping, he collapsed and then revived. He died right there in my arms as I was not capable enuf of buying oxygen cylinders for him. So my baby didn't die bcoz of infection but lung congestion, yes he died of lung congestion. I brought his cold little body in my arms to bury near my home.While I was crying like crazy beside the hospital bed, the staff in reception were busy making jokes and laugh like anything. I didn't expect such insensitivity even if u claim to have seen such deaths a thousand times. This is how much they "care". I can understand my baby was just another body for them to experiment but for me his departure have left a clear void that can never b filled and is life sucking for me. edit: yes, you took an X-ray showing congestion in lungs and recommended nebulization too as the solition but Now you r denying he died of lung congestion. And telling me he died of leptospirosis infection which escalated So much in just a day. You call me experimenting bcoz I took him to different vets but denying the fact that you were experimenting with his health when u knew he was not doing well and you refused to take necessary actions pretending you know what you r doing when it's clear as day that's not the case. Now u r saying he died of leptospirosis when if I remember correctly that too was another assumption of yours bcoz no tests were run confirming that even when I personally asked to run that test and I would gladly pay for it. Changing vets isn't call experimenting since its done to get better treatments. I brought my baby there only bcoz I heard the clinic have it's own pathological lab so my baby's treatment won't b delayed for unnecessary reasons. As for "attachment", this word certainly doesn't go well with this clinic so might as well not try mentioning it Bcoz I must b on drugs if I say otherwise. The tests for liver and kidney profile were run in your clinic itself, your vets explained it to me that damage is there but we shall try to treat it, no-one mentioned it to me that he was a gone case ,bcoz if he was I don't know what was I taking him there for twice a day as instructed by your staff. Probably to leech out money from the owner of a precious baby who was already a "gone case". And as for the hospitalisation part, I was advised to hospitalize him in case I'm unable to bring him for treatment twice a day which I think I did without fail. Clearly the person who's replying to me knows how to gaslight and twists words or put words in someone's mouth.

In one word - Daylight RIP-OFF from pet parents and animal lovers I took a stray cat who was vomitting and was excreting bloody stools to their clinic. They started checking the pet and spoke very nicely until they wanted to charge hefty amounts. I requested them to charge less as it was very expensive and as a moral vet they should charge nominal fees for strays. I am not saying check them for free but charge atleast on no profit basis. After that insisted on X-ray and All tests for blood , urine , kidney , etc to find the problem and when i told it was expensive they immediately switched and said that CBC may be enough After that they said IV fluids are needed i told i already had them ready to administer she (doctor) told that she also had the fluids ready and only that can be used even though the fluids i had the same bottle of fluids and only costs ₹ 20-30 So in all they charged me ₹300(consultation) + ₹200 (for saline - which i already had with me that could have been given to the cat if she (doctor) wasn't so greedy for money) + ₹300 ( for CBC) When i told to consider the situation and give some discount on such hefty charges they said that only CBC costs ₹500 and IV saline costs ₹500 and they were already giving me discount (no shame) When i asked what would the charges if the charges next day for giving IV fluids next day she (doctor whose name was not even on patient file /website just on her lab coat but no problem let it be) said would be ₹500 can you imagine that So basically they are money mongers though they have all facilities they have no sympathy for people or animals just a huge greed for money masking it behind all the sweet talk Very disappointed with them would refer to someone very rich and doesn't mind being totally rip-offed in name of treatment and facilities they provide

All people who work here are guardian angels. Dr. Siddhi Mam Dr. Dharma sir, Dr. Besmeka mam, Dr. Bhariavi Mam, Dr. Suny sir, Pratik Chetan, 2 More Care taker boys, I am mentioning them all personally here because i have personally encountered with them all, they all have one thing in common that is empathy. They treat your pet like a human being, like a child. My cats have been treated like for hernia, neuter operates and piles. Also for all the gunda gardi injuries that my cats had. So all the reviews which say that they are fake or clueless, doesn't fit to them Yes Dr siddhi is a role model She sees almost 80-90 pets daily yest She, not just her But runali jyoti besmeka madam all remember all my pets name i feel its very difficult, if they were fake and just there in field to make money, they would have taken 0 efforts or not bothered what ur name is or ur pets name is... Sorrow is different and taking rant out on a doctor is different. My all 3 cats and some stray around me have been treated well by their team. I am so glad that they are here based in Kalyan. I remember once i had bought a stray cat badly injured, Dr. Dharma sir and his team waited with me till 1 am. Though the prognosis of survival was minimal but they didn't give up. One of the best doctors I have ever known❤️ The main advantage here is that they try to make you understand the condition or seriousness of the pet's disease. So it's not like u are not just giving treatment blindly!(as is being asked many times). After visiting them you actually understand what exactly is going on with the pet and then you know why u are doing whatever has been asked to(like giving medicines or physiotherapy exercises).... They are available almost all the time.... They don't receive calls sometimes but considering the patient load I have seen, I now understand why they don't. But they make sure u got what you were asking for. Now at their new facility they also have advanced diagnostic facilities like X-ray, Sonography and even ECG, so we don't have to go at other X-ray facility for X-rays when it's needed. Overall I would really like to recommend 'Pet cure and care surgical centre' for your pet. I am seeing other reviews,people feel they charge high but believe me for the facilities they provide and the consultation they do, it's totally WORTH IT!!

I recently took my male cat to Dr. Raibole's veterinary clinic after he got into a fight with another stray cat and lost his left ear. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. The staff manhandled my frightened cat, pushing him against the wall and scratching his wound with cotton placed scissors. It was an inhumane and unprofessional act that broke my heart. To add insult to injury, the clinic billed me 6000 rupees for a treatment that was not up to the mark. It was evident that they only care about high-profile clients and just want to make money. My cat did not receive the proper care he needed, and I left feeling deeply dissatisfied with the service I received. Overall, my experience at Dr. Raibole's veterinary clinic was not a positive one, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Please be cautious when bringing your pets here, and consider other options where your pet will receive the proper care and respect they deserve.

My baby cat was sick from a long time, i could not find a doctor who could help me deal with the situation, but Dr. Dharma Raibole and Dr. Sameer Ansari were both great in helping me make my baby healthy again. So strongly suggest the vet and hospital as the staff is super nice and friendly, all the other doctors are also damnn good at their job. For anyone having pets and stays in locality of Ulhasnagar and kalyan i would really suggest that u choose this vet. U will find everything here, proper treatment, care and medicines, food, toys, grooming, vaccination. Plus they help with so many NGO's and even general people who decide to help a injured stray. My cat was so aggressive, and he's really a very scaredy cat around new people but the ward boys and sameer sir were kind and affectionate enough to deal with him patiently and give him the treatment that he so badly needed. Avoid Worst Wet Clinic: A Heartbreaking Tragedy My heart breaks as I recount the devastating experience at Worst Wet Clinic that led to the untimely death of my cherished cat. The staff's disinterest and lack of professionalism were deeply disheartening. The attending vet's incompetence was alarming, leaving me feeling hopeless. The clinic's unclean and crowded environment was distressing for both pets and their owners. To make matters worse, the prescribed medication was administered without care, resulting in a severe adverse reaction and ultimately the loss of my beloved companion. The clinic's refusal to take responsibility or provide any form of compensation added insult to injury. Spare yourself the grief and anguish by avoiding Worst Wet Clinic at all costs. Your pets deserve competent and compassionate care elsewhere.

I had to take my puppy to vet on the very second day I bought it . He was in a critical condition. Continuous vomits and zero activity level. I found about pet cure and care through Google and I and my wife we took him immediately to the hospital. At that point of time we had no idea about how my puppy is going to be taken care over there. But soon we realised that my puppy was in safe hands. All the doctors were super attentive and super talented. They immediately diagnosed the problem and started the treatment. Within a span of a week my puppy was back to normal. It was a crucial time for me and my wife seeing a small puppy in such a bad condition but thanks to team pet cure and care my puppy is healthy and happy now. Pretty Frank Doctors are good and knowledgeable also very welcoming and address the pet owners very well just a complaint about their receiptionist who wears spects and applies kajal. That girl is so unprofessional she doesn't know how to deal with customers. Also she keeps on increasing the consultation charges from patient to patient. For one of her known pet owner owning a stray dog she literally waived off her amount in front of my eyes and when I asked for some discount as I'm also owning a stray cat she said, "madam aisa sb nai hota mujhe nai krte ayega..." I mean so pathetic and shameless of her. I Just stopped visiting the hospital from that day itself. Requesting the management to look into this seriously. Giving 1 start just for the hardworking doctors.

Dr. Dharmraj Raibole is a life saver doctor.i hv personal experience .My pom was in very critical condition.he saved his life.never saying there is no hope.always ready to help.i hv seen at a time Handling many .all team is good. DR. siddhi and Dr. Dharmraj Raibole both have great knowledge and experience. Small place but good setup.full team is great ,helpful. Dr. Bhairvi is also great one boy chetan is very good .handling dogs ,cats in great way.both the Receptionist are also good.,my suggestion if dr. Raibole sir will start a big hospital with big setup it will be a top most hospital for pet.in future pls start one shelter also for animals.

Doctors , staff, assistants all are too helpful and caring . We visit the clinic late evening in emergency as my cat can not able to deliver her kittens .. they tried their level best to save her life and as well as kittens too because my cat need to operate asap because it may be life threatening for her .. but without any single word of excuse (excuse in the sense clinic closed around 9pm but all staff was present there till late night 1 pm just for our cat and kittens)they operate her .. we manage to save only two kittens out of 5 .. Dr Bhairavi is there to operate her who is simply just great .. and entire staff too..

I am giving this star because they given good treatment to my doggy at the beginning. But situation was worsed when my doggy was facing fever ..they declared it dangerous to it..started various tests and given tablets and medicines and suggesting to go for treatment ...I don't remember now...to visit the clinic regularly in every two days...this situation I faced on two times in different month...somehow I decided to change the doctor... doctor given me right treatment and doggy is now fine and healthy..... I don't know why people have fear to report true thing.... So request you to please improve your treatment .

My experience in particular wasn’t good at all, it was very poor. If you’re going for general things which may not be that serious for the pet, in that case I would recommend this place as it might be convenient if it is closer to your place. In other cases please find out a different place. Getting your pets treated for serious illness is in my opinion not at all safe here. I see all the doctors clueless of the poets condition is a little out of the box. More importantly the doctors attending you pet in the morning and in the evening are/maybe different, which results into them being out of sync.

Dr. Raibhole's Pet cure n care surgical clinic is excellent for Pets n Parents of pets, coz here is all necessary investigation like,X-ray, ultrasound, blood investigation, Operation Theatre, Anesthesia service, microbiological examination , grooming available under one roof. It was jst a coincidence we came to Dr Raibole n we were thinking to look for other vet nearby us bt d way d sir and other d staff (Chetan sir) treated my baby n d way dey tk care of him made me to continue der n m really blessed to hv dem for my pet.Der was a situation wen no dr was available for treating my baby, sir n mam at midnight guided us n suggested d place for treatment. Now i cn trust blindly on dem for my pet's treatment. So, If u r here den dnt fret for ur pet's health bcoz ur pet is in safe hands.

My opinion about Pet Cure and Care Surgical Centre is very good because I don't feel like I came in a surgical centre as the Senior Dr. Dharmesh and Dr. Siddhi are the main for my above thinking. They have treated their other Doctors and all the Staff as their family members. Very spacious and well maintained clinic. Clean and hygienic. Quite a good space to sit. Excellent treatment. Doctors and staff are very loving and caring towards the pets. Took our cat in the afternoon who had stopped eating for more than 24 hrs after vomiting continuously, treatment here was done with utmost care and she started eating in the evening itself. These people are completely clueless and have gotten their degrees for name sake. My pet is completely alright w the right treatment now from another doc , where as the doc from this clinic (idk her name , guess good for you) told me to be mentally prepared for losing my pet. Moreover neither did she provide me w the right conclusion for my pets illness nor did she helped him a bit w his condition. Also , assigned medicine for the condition he didn't had in the first place.

The only daycare hospital I can relay on for treating my furr baby in bad times.. They not only take care of pets but also make sure pawrent are comfortable. They have all the facilities under a roof from blood checkup To X-ray & from pet food To pet accessories. Highlight part for me is they have more than four doctors and multiple supportive staff always ready to help without looking at time. Well educated RMO and technically-sound attendants, main doctors were not present during my visit though. Situation was a bit chaotic as patients were pouring in and the lone vet was having a tough time monitoring all of them, maybe this was because it was the weekend. But all-in-all it was a good experience, can't say my cat was comfortable though, because none of the patients were all of them were like, "What in the name of lord??"

All doctors are well experienced and give the perfect treatment to the pets. The only centre that has almost all required diagnosing equipments or machines. Staff is also always helpful. They treat all pets like their own pets. From last 8 to 10 years I am treating strays and always Dr. Raibole helped us out with best suggestions and non operational ways. Highly recommended for all

Went to them with cat 3 days ago. The interns acted like they know what to do, but they didn't. My cat has severe deep wounds and all they did was put him saline and antibiotics. Did not help with dressing the wounds. Didn't even take a proper look. His muscles were completely exposed yet they only suggested some ointment. For no reason they have charged a lot of fees.

The doctors and staff are really good! The doctors are very patient and calm. I have had the best experience so far. My dog had a minor tumor, took him to a few doctors none of the treatments worked. Finally was recommended Pet cure clinic by a friend. My dog underwent a surgery for the removal of tumor and recovered within a month. All thanks to Dr. Dharmaraj!

Excellent clinic from blood test to blood transfusion they have the facilities to take care of your cat. Dr. Bhairavi is very kind, Dr. Dharamraj is very understanding & accommodating. He stayed with my cat till 12 am despite clinic closing at 9. One less star as I feel Dr. Siddhi could may be improve in her approach

One of the Best hospital . I am a animal lover. Many of the dogs , cats got treated and all got cured . Now all.are in good Condition. Both the Doctors are very Polite and Diognisis is very fast. Worst service #careless doctor! They actually don't care stray cats or normal cats or normal dogs... doctors are giving vip services only to persian catss or expensive breed dogs! My cat died because they are only making bill (money) #expensive charges such a worst hospital ever!

Doctor is very nice and knows what he's doing. My issue is with the staff that handled my kitten. He was so careless and rough with her that she got scared. Doctor must look into this issue and warn that guy who assists him in taking temperature of the pets and other stuff.

Most responsible and reliable doctors. Effective treatment. They have an operation theatre in the clinic as well. Dr. Dharma Raibole is a life saver. When no other doctor was entertaining us, he came in at 6 in the morning to save our cat and operated her the same morning.

It’s good overall… Dr Sameer is really good and other staff also… They treat pet very well… The only one negative part is the cleaning of place is not good including floor, maintenance of walls… you will have to take a bath after visiting this place plus sanitise puppy.

The doctors treat your pet like they should be treated. Most doctors won't talk to the pet or calm them down but here all doctors are very friendly and provide a good consult. It is on the pricier side but if you could spend, it is worth the buck.

One of best Vet in KDMC region, they have good facilty of beds if your pet needs hospitalization. They have a grooming center as well. The staff and doctors are very nice. If you have a cat and live in KDMC there is no other place you should go.

Dr.Raibole nicely operated Bruni for pyometra, and his treatment helped her to recover fast. He was available all the time whenever we needed his guidance/ advice. We are really grateful for saving her.

The staff is good and friendly , the doctor is calming and experienced. They have a variety of food for pets but the route is full traffic so I would prefer a visit at less busy hours of the day

The clinic is good, with experienced and friendly staff. They have a good collection of pet toys and food supplies. Our pet recovered fast from injuries because of apt treatment here.
