We took our pet here because she was vomiting. The doctor did her ECG and xray and some other tests worth *edited* Rs. 11,000 (corrected it, to the right amount)and diagnosed our dog with enlarged heart. After 2 days her vomiting worsened and we took to her another vet where she was correctly diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and Megaesophagus. The point is don’t do unnecessary tests and send patients back without proper diagnosis, it is waste of time and the poor animal has to suffer. *edited* But boss your diagnosis was still wrong! Megaoesophagus and enlarged heart are very different things, which you should know as an experienced vet!! ——————————————————————— But you never treated or diagnosed her with hypothyroidism or megaoesophagus. Her situation worsened in a month and she passed away. Are you saying that by giving her heart medicine we could have saved her? In fact, what you told us was that she vomits after eating because her enlarged heart comes in front and thus she throws her food out(which sounds so bizarre). You never ever spoke about the hypothyroidism or megaoesophagus. You never gave us this kind information when we came to you. However, we have all the reports and diagnosis from various vets from around Mumbai and would be more than happy to take this higher up for a BMC audit or with the legal authorities, if you are so confident with your diagnosis.

My experience with Dr Krishna Ingole was like magic! I got my female cat sterilised through a local vet. After 5 days her stitches tore apart. Not only did it tear apart but her internal organs came out. Took my cat to the local vet again and he operated her again and stitched her wound with solid plastic threads. Everything was fine until the stitches were removed. Unfortunately the wound was open again and infected. The infection was deep and my cat was in pain. I didn’t took another chance and looked for good vets online. God heard our prayers and I found Dr Krishna. He looked at the wound and asked me to give him 5 days to heal the same. Wherein most of the vets I consulted denied taking the case and said this will keep happening again and again. Dr Krishna gave me hope. 5 days of treatment and proper care and my cat was healed. The clinic is so clean. The helpers are so co operative. Most important my cat felt so comfortable with them. They petted her, spoke to her and finally the wound is gone. I am writing this review after 15 days of her been fine. Just wanted to make sure the wound is completely fine. He is my first and best choice now. Any issues with post operative issues, he is the best!! Thank you Dr Krishna. My cat went through this terrible pain for almost a couple of month but he healed my cat in just 5 days!!!

I have been taking all my cats to Dr. Krishna Ingole from last 4yrs, he is just excellent doctor, a good listener, and a best advisor i personally have ever met. One of my fur baby was suffering from Kidney failure he did the best treatment which he can, but it was the last serious stage the organs were almost failed soo he died, but for the other cat he has diagnosed the best treatment one of my cat was not walking properly due to spine nerve issue but in just 1 week he had done the excellent treatment & for my other cats also, for me Dr. krishna Ingole is just an pure angel for all my fur babies, I come about 30kms away from mira road but he is always available for the treatment if it is the closing time for the clinic. I personally recommend to visit Royal Pet Clinic for the amazing treatment from Dr. Krishna he has magic in his hands which cure all the fur babies...…

Absolutely pathetic service: I had the most terrifying experience ever with the groomer called Bharat when I had taken my 6 months old puppy for hair cut and grooming. this person is absolutely harsh and hurtful towards the animals.The groomer was so rough at handling the pup, the most shocking was that he held him by neck to control him which was nearly strangling the poor lil pup I could only know all this; when I heard my baby pup whining and crying in pain. When I made an attempt to look through the glass window, the person was continuously talking on call while he was cutting my dogs hair with almost no attention to what he was working at. Moreover he was extremely rude and restricted me saying that the dog would not allow him to do his job if I watch him. Never ever visit this place for your loved one's... A strict NO NO

It's good my pet get recovered in weeks but they are not friendly at all staff is good but the vet is a bit rude which I don't like and it's a Lil expensive for me and when ever I go there it good alot but cost a lot and got know about lots of!! it's not like that all pet shop do this i have visited many pet shop but this one never understand situation or Problem plz fix this and plz understand and take a bit less amount for those who can't afford that much hope you guys understand and fix this problems they are not affordable at all they are overcharged and they never understand people's situation and they are like come again come again and give us more fees

I have been taking my cat to Dr Krishna Ingole for almost three years now and without a doubt i would say he is the best vet in Mira Road. He genuinely cares for the pets and is extremely good at diagnosing the issue. He even remembers the medical history of my cat. Never once had the doctor not responded when i had any medical query and was always willing to be there in case of any emergency. His charges are reasonable and he gives the best treatment. The doctor is well experienced and very reliable. 100% would recommend to others. So glad to have found him in the beginning itself.

Poor knowledge about pet grooming. The trimmer used was very old and does not have all the required settings for desired hair length. Not at all professional. I've had many experiences with pet grooming and this is was by far the worst. I was charged 800 rs whereas the job done was not worth more than 400 rs. The man on the job was only boasting about his experiences with the pets when I was sharing my views about how to get things done. I had to guide him alot because of which we were able to come a little close to the desired trim that I wanted.

Best doctor in Mira road. He will make you feel comfortable and explain your pet's situation to you in an understandable way and treat your pet in the best way possible. He's an excellent surgeon as well I got my pet's bladder stone surgery done from him, he did the task very well and freed my pet of those harsh stones very precisely. If you want to get your pet's surgery done in Mira road this is the best place to go for treatment and for surgery. Recommending 10/10. Very thankful to this doctor

This is one of my best n happy experience. Vaccination was not given to my small dog n with this she got infection in Gastro and to save her life was very difficult but Thanks to our Dr.Krishna ingole who saved my dog life with very less appropriate treatment. Doctor have called me many times for regular checkup n treatment purposes. This is my personal request to those who are looking for best doctor of dog please prefer this doctor n free with your tension.

I visited many times for pet care and management. The clinic is excellent with all the modern equipments and facilities. Dr. Ingole is exceptionally brilliant in proper diagnosis and treatment of animals. He never asks for un necessary tests and so far expenses..aboslute treatment protocol and caring supporting staff has made this clinic as the perfect destination to attest your love and affection towards your pet..

Called up to know the procedure package for sterilisation of female cat. Person on other side said doctor will see and tell the charges. They are not fixed. It clearly shows they will charge by judging the cat owners income. Even human surgery packages are fixed at hospitals this centre behaved like roadside vegetable vendor telling price depending on which car or vehicle u came on. Pathetic

Vet Dr Krishna Ingole is expert and treat my pet very well. My kitten had fever and developed ear infection and suffering from stomach infection as well. She was in pain for 2days.. after treatment from Dr Krishna she is totally fine within 2 days. She completed her 2 vaccines and now the third one is on 3rd July 2020.

Bharat He is not good he is hitting pets on head with heavy things , he is not using properly warm water, bharat pulling pets ears very hardly that's why on grooming side he is not put CCTV camera, he charged also very high and every time he charge different.I've seen it all

Fur trimming and anti-fungal treatment was done for my dog with great efficiency and care. Further to this, he was examined by the Vet who prescribed suitable medicated products. Recovery is really well. Great place for pet grooming, highly recommended.

Dr. Krishna Ingole is a really knowledgeable and kind doctor for your pets. He has the patience to listen and understand your pet's problem along with your queries and always has a positive attitude while solving those issues. Definitely Recommended.
