A pet store that is independently owned (I believe) with exceptional customer service, a good range of products and competitive pricing. I mainly buy their mealworms and crickets and they last twice as long as the bigger chain stores. I wouldn't shop anywhere else now I've been here and recommend without hesitation. Supporting a local small business as well

Friendly staff with a good knowledge of their stock and accessories. Good size shop with lots to choose from. Access through OTR Woodville site, and their store is at the rear of the servo. Plenty of parking there too.
