I have a 9.5-year-old senior, Cane Corso Italiano, with a very sensitive stomach. In the past 3 months, he started to react poorly to Acana's wholesome grain LID lamb and pumpkin recipe he has been on for several years. I took him to the vet, but he couldn’t find anything wrong, so he prescribed him a special food by Royal Canin. He didn’t do well with the prescription food at all. I tried other super premium food like Farmina’s digestive recipe and Acana’s other protein, thinking that maybe he has developed sensitivity to lamb for being on it so long, but nothing worked. When I came to this store by accident, when I was actually trying to go to another location, I met Adrienne, a staff member. She helped me find the new food called Nutri Source Pure Vita Grain Free Limited Ingredient Diet Kangaroo & Green Lentils Entree, based on her own experience with her dogs having similar situations. This food was perfect!! My dog’s stool immediately improved, and he returned to his usual self quickly. He eats less with this formula because it is a rich, quality food without unnecessary fillers. I am so excited Adrienne took the time to consult with me and introduced us to this food, and my senior pup is now back to excellent gut health. I wanted to buy the largest bag, and the store didn't have it in stock, but she even called another location and made sure they had it in stock for me to pick up. I am so grateful for PetPeople by Hollywood Feed and their very knowledgeable and very caring staff like Adrienne!! I cannot recommend them enough.

Every time I have been in their store the employees have been absolutely amazing. I have worked retail for many years so I know how the job can kind of turn into a blur and get boring but every single time I go in the ppl there are there to help and are extremely knowledgeable. My boyfriend went out of the country for a few weeks so I am taking care of my girl alone. I have an insanely busy lifestyle and feel bad when I cannot go straight home to her after work. THANKFULLY pet people started delivering and I cannot say how much of an amazing job they do with this as well! I placed my order and it was delivered in about 30 minutes, saving me time that I can spend with my girlie! Amazing job and work ethic IN and OUT of the store!! She also found a new favorite treat that I will be sure to place with my next order :)

The people are extremely knowledgeable about dog food and nutrition. Tessa gave me great suggestions for switching the food for my pups Ali and Maxx. There was an immediate positive change in their bowels. They are doing very well with the new food without the usual week long transition of mixing old food with the new. Ali ate his new food right away, No mixing necessary. After two mixed feedings, Maxx ate his new food and left the old food in the bowl. Initially my very finicky Ali turned up his nose at Maxx' new food. Then two days later they traded doggie bowls and gobbled up one another's food. AND THESE WERE ALL FREE SAMPLES TO MAKE SURE I WAS GETTING THE BEST POSSIBLE PRODUCTS FOR MY PUPPIES. Incredibly, it's a win, win. Thank you Tessa!

I visited the location for the first time last night. Stephanie did such an amazing job helping me find food for my picky Pitt. She listened to all my concerns, my likes, mydislikes, and then she made her suggestion. She didn't stop there, she offered extra advice that as a first time shopper made things worry free. She then topped it off with simple to ensure my picky eater would like something we purchased. I like the store but her customer service made the visit a success. As a first time dog owner, Stephanie was certainly what I needed. Without thought I will be returning!!

Upon entering the business, the employees went out of their way to locate me and ask if I needed assistance. They helped me find just what I was looking for and more. There's a wide variety of merchandise to choose from although some a bit pricey. Everything was well organized and clean. They also offer a rewards program, coupons and delivery options. I'll be coming back with my pup next time to try out their frosted cookies. Overall it's a friendly little shop perfect for pets and their people.

Love this place. I have been coming here since they opened as Pet People over 6 years ago. They are so helpful and knowledgable. I am always greeted with a 'hello, what can we help you find'. They were amazing at helping finding dog food that both my dogs like and could eat (one has food allergies). My two pups have never been happier with their food and it is all thanks to the wonderful staff at this location. They go out of their way to help make sure my doggo have everything they need.

Outstanding customer service. This morning, a store employee called to let me know they had restocked an item I had been looking for, even though I hadn't asked them to do that. They've refunded and exchanged items quite liberally. And they are always patient with my dilemmas about purchasing the "right" dog food. I sometimes wonder if buying from a larger chain or an on-line retailer might save me some money, but having caring, knowledgeable, competent employees keeps me loyal.

The people working here are awesome! The store has good selection of products of course. The wonderful part about this store is the employees are so friendly and always quick to extend a helping hand when needed. They give my dogs plenty of love whenever I bring them in. I belong to a rescue group. They donate food and pet supplies to us periodically so we are more than grateful for that! Thank you pet people!

I love this pet store! Great customer service. The associates are helpful and friendly. Pick up and delivery orders are made timely. My order is always correct and on time whether it’s delivered or picked up. I like convenience of being able to get my Maverick a bath and picking up healthy food in one place. The rewards and sales are a great plus too!!

Very helpful and friendly. I just moved to the area and wasn't sure where to get my dog food since places like PetSmart do not have the type of food I usually get. They didn't have the exact food in stock but offered to special order it for me and suggested an alternative in the meantime. I can't wait to bring my Buster to visit.

This little store has a lot of nice items for your pet—not a huge store, just small and easy to find things. The staff greeted me immediately upon arrival and told me about specials that were happening that day. There is a great pet bathing area too! I like that it is a small store and easy to find things. Give it a looksy!

Only place my dog feels comfortable to take a bath (including our own home lol). Employees there are always the sweetest and love engaging with the animals too. Always a good experience for him so definitely worth the low price …

I love bathing my dog here. The dog wash is very clean, as well as the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would have given five stars, but I have found the water in the dog baths fluctuate between hot and cold.

They have such an amazing selection of anything your pet could need! I also love that all brands are vetted, so I know anything I purchase from there I can feel good about giving it to my pets.
