Overpriced, the staff that answered the phone was rude. They push their insurance plans, but then want to charge additional fees. I miss the days when veterinarians were there because they are passionate and caring about the animals and people they serve.

They delayed sending my pet's analysis results by email, they had told me they would send it right away. I contacted customer service and they simply told me that it was the store's problem and they couldn't do anything. I don't think I'll come back

Vet staff was friendly but post appointment is very hard to get ahold of. They never emailed me my vet records & changed their hours to only open a few days a week. Keep this is mind when booking here. Better to go with Banfield Pet Hospital.
