If I could give zero stars I definitely would! I called last week to get information on puppy packages because I had a litter of 5! Everything that was explained to me sounded too good to be true so I made sure that I repeated everything back so I made sure I fully understood, I am very thorough so I wanted to be sure. Once I came in what was explained to me when booking my appointment was not true and I was very disappointed! There was nothing they offered to accommodate me after driving an hour long I should have just left! Seems like they were really trying to convince me so I decided to give it a try since I was already there. My puppy was given her first shot I was a little concerned because she was only 2.1 pounds, two shots were needed so they decided to only give one , well 2 days later my puppy has sadly pasted away I am devastated!!! I just called in and asked either for a refund or to transfer the package to another puppy I was told no. Totally heartless how they convinced me to stay after giving me false info then my puppy dies and no sympathy! This facility has been the worst experience I have ever encountered in my life! Don’t bring ur pet here! The veterinarian couldn’t even answer questions and kept giving me the run around during my visit. I am going to be reporting this place absolute nightmare!!!!!! Looking at ur response is totally unprofessional how you started ur response? “Response” please don’t try to sugar coat because everyone is viewing my feedback! This is untrue! This was not explained just like the lack of explanation before I got there! Nothing was offered I didn’t hang up the conversation was over when you said there was nothing you could do! I was very polite and if you were that concerned after the call was mutually ended my phone number is on file so you could have called me back so please don’t try to say that you were going to offer some sort of refund because that is bogus! You guys are a joke and I would never bring or refer anybody to your clinic based on your lack of knowledge and my pet dying after they were in your care never have I had any of my puppies die after giving vaccinations until I came to your clinic!

This clinic is the BEST!!! My boss had found a bunch of stray kittens in her yard and asked me if I wanted to take one and of course I agreed. I noticed right away that she had stuffy nose, congestion, and crusty eyes, and from past experience with kittens I knew that this was more or less normal but that they should probably still see a vet. So I scheduled an appointment for VetCo on Saturday 6/24. That Friday, 6/23, my mom had noticed that the kitten was looking frail, skinny, cold, and not looking too good, so she brought her to PetWellClinic while I was at work after a recommendation from another veterinarian that wasn't accepting walk-ins at the time. PetWellClinic saw my kitten right away as a walk-in, disclosed the cost of care UP FRONT, and best of all, IT WAS SO AFFORDABLE!!!! For ear mite medication, antibiotics, and eye medication, on top of some tests they performed for the ear mites, came out to less than $200. I was so so happy that they were able to help me and be honest and upfront. My mom also told me that they were VERY nice, friendly, and that if my kitten didn't get better within 2 weeks to bring her back. I will definitely be going to PetWellClinic for my kitten's primary veterinarian and all care in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly, highly recommend. :) EDIT: Forgot to include that they did not have the ear mite medication on hand for my kitten's age, since I believe the youngest they had was for 6 months so they reached out to another clinic that we had to pick up the medication for 4-5 week old kittens. They are so helpful and awesome. :)

I am very pleased with my first experience today at this pet clinic. I decided to try them with our new puppy based on a lot of positive reviews that others have given. We have another dog that we've been taking to another vet in Ahwatukee the past couple of years. We've been satisfied with them, but PetWell Clinic is about half the distance from our home. My verdict today is that it is worth bringing our other dog to PetWell Clinic. My understanding is that PetWell Clinic does vaccinations, health checks, and they can address more minor pet issues. If a pet has more than a mild injury or condition, this place might not be the right place. I kept the receipt for puppy vaccinations for our other dog at the other vet in Ahwatukee. We paid more there than I did today at PetWell Clinic. Nice! The process and time that I spent at PetWell Clinic for vaccines today was very efficient. I prepared myself mentally to spend time waiting, etc. But I was in/out in just around 15 minutes. I also much appreciate the very nice staff at this place. All three ladies who met my puppy today were sweet to her and I sensed that they truly care. Thank you to the staff... how you care towards our pets really matters to us.

Just took my 2yoF GSD for a pretty nasty ear infection. We came on a Saturday right at 11am and were the only people in the clinic for probably 20 mins. Dr. Kim was so wonderful and gentle with my girl's painful ear. The techs were great! We were out the door with prescriptions by 1140. Exam fee, steroids, ear drops, and medicated ear cleaner only came to about $208. Office was extremely clean and the exam rooms had seating for pet parents. The only weird thing is the glass between the exam rooms and from the front room to the checkin desk, my dog didn't super love being able to see so many strangers, but ultimately she was distractible. Signing in online and waiting in the car for a more unsociable pet is a great feature if your pet doesn't feel great and want to sit in the waiting room with other animals. Ultimately I will continue to take my dogs to our regular vet for vaccines and chronic medications, however they can be difficult to schedule "sick" visits with. I would not hesitate to return to this office.

When you doubt your cat or dog's health, it's a good idea to start with PetWell Clinic. Either they can help your pet themselves or they can direct you to a more complete healthcare facility or pet hospital if needed. It's a good starting point especially if you are just worried about something and it doesn't look too urgent to warrant the emergency vet clinic. Also, they are very affordable: they charge only USD 55 for an exam compared to USD 185 at the emergency vet clinic. That makes a difference, especially when it's not necessarily an emergency. The good point is that you just decide to go and it's a walk-in welcome. They are open and available with at least 1 doctor on staff during opening hours. They are kind and compassionate and the first stop for all your pet's health and vaccine needs. They don't have an X-ray machine and don't carry all the medications but they can refer you to the right place and give you a prescription for your pet's medication.

I just happen to find PetWellClinic while I was looking for a vet inside the two pet stores near me. I couldn’t be happier that I found this amazing place. I took my little dog Zoey there and she got the most amazing treatment. The whole staff was wonderful. I got to see Dr. Kim and her assistant Nicole. They were so loving and kind to Zoey. She has anxiety really bad. They were so sweet and gentle with her and looked her all over. Not only what I came in there for, but just to make sure she was well overall. I highly recommend PetWellClinic to everyone who has concerns about their dog or cat. They will do everything they can for your animal but they will ultimately recommend what your dog or cat needs to have taken care of. They were exactly what I needed. I will definitely be bringing Zoey back here if I have any more concerns about her health. I absolutely love this place!!!

Dr Kim and staff are all so kind and compassionate! My first visit was with my precious yorkie Mylie in March of 2023. Dr Kim followed up with an email checking on Mylie later in the week and I shared unfortunate news that after 14 1/2 years my little girl was no longer with me. Yesterday I went back with Cyrus (my other yorkie) and the first thing she said was how sorry she was to hear about Mylie. WOW, she remembered! Cyrus was treated with tenderness and a thorough exam. Cole at the front desk was also assisting Dr. Kim in the exam room. He is extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout our visit. Walk in's welcome and open Saturdays! YAY!!! Did I mention prices are reasonable and competitive?! Give them a try, you'll be happy you did!

Our 9 week old Mini Schnauzer BeBe ate a stick and threw up. She was hacking and coughing non stop. We rushed her to an emergency Vet who insisted on X-rays, parvo exam, and an endoscopy. We decided to get a second opinion. The folks at PetWell welcomed us with smiles and open arms. Dr. Casey was warm, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. She suggested BeBe had irritated her esophagus and the gagging would go away in a few days. It did. Petwell saved us thousands of dollar as our pet insurance didn't activate for 17 days after signing her up. The facilities are spotless and their more than reasonable fees are posted on the front counter. Full transparency. These folks are a blessing to all pets and their owners. Thank you Petwell!

I was unable to get into my primary vet. I have been with them for decades and they are excellent. They suggested that I utilize PetWellClinic for my new puppy initial visit and shot follow-up. I was skeptical...this is my baby! I take my vet's recommendations seriously and trusted that they would be able to help. My experience was incredible. the staff was kind and engaged. They were incredibly helpful. The vet treated both myself and my canine companion with such care and ease. The cost for the puppy package of immunizations was also sooo affordable. My primary vet would have been much more expensive. This place is great. The walk-in structure is also wonderful. I didn't have to wait at all. Check them out!

It was Saturday, and my dog, Ebony,was still scratching. Vet #1 said it was nothing and would stop soon. Vet #2 said it was allergies. Give her benadryl or allergy medicine twice a day. Still, she scratched so much, she took out hunks of fur and drew blood. Then we went to Petwell. The doctor listened, watched my dog scratching, and suggested an injection. "Do it," I replied. It is now Monday. My dog, Ebony has almost completely stopped scratching. Her sores are healing. She"s back to eating and her eyes are back to bright. And Petwell has a new permanent customer. This may sound corny, but things were so bad that I truly believe that Dr. Beth and the Petwell team saved Ebony's life.

Great pet clinic! It's not like your typical full large clinic. It's a bit smaller, and they do accept walk ins, but overall, it still operates like a full clinic! We took our boy Harley to this location to update his vaccines before vacation, and they were so incredible to accommodate us! He isn't dog friendly and also doesn't like the vet, so they were so sweet in NOT judging him and taking care of him getting through the door! The vet and vet techs were very sweet to Harley and very informative! The vet took her time to get to know Harley and didn't see him and just another client. It was very comforting as I was very nervous taking him to the vet! Thank you for helping my dog ❤️

I would not recommend this place for several reasons… 1- they would not work with online prescription company or give you a written prescription you must buy the prescription from them. 2- they claimed my pet was in pain and would not clean her ears until the pain meds worked hours later and I had to do it from the comfort of my house. What vet is scared of a German shepherd? These clowns! 3- I responded to a community member post about this place and my personal experience and the vet responded back with all this false information. This vet doenst answer calls but you can leave a message and they will call back 24 hours later but they monitor social media! Go figure!

Seems as if nobody knows what is going on other than the vet’s them selves. Which you’d be lucky to get ahold of due to their call system only allowing you to leave voicemails or emails. Which then you wait for the reply and it isn’t a reply that’s responded to quickly either. Could be days before hearing something. The staff has absolute zero knowledge of how to step in for the vet in the event of a question, they run back to find an answer or look at you with puppy dog eyes of being clueless. They’re good for directing you where the bathroom is and taking your name. The prices are fair. That’s about it. Will be looking into other options.

My regular vet was booked all day , so they referred me to the PetWellClinic clinic. I called and the message said come on in! I went in and settled in for 2 hours. I was very happy they could see my dog. My dog had a wound and I wanted it checked out. The doctor said it was bad , cleaned it up , and gave me antibiotics. 45 mins later I was on my way! I even got a text 3 days out asking how my dog was doing. All and all my dog is doing great and they answered all my questions when I reached out. My gut is saying go back there for all my doggie needs. I felt well taken care of and they all genuinely cared for my precious dog.

First time at this clinic. It's clean, and I stayed with my cat while the vet checked him. Everyone was gentle with him, and the Vet took time to discuss and asked me what questions I might have. I knew that she was busy, but she gave us her full attention. The cost was a shock because I expected it to be way more. The Vet used her knowledge and experience as it applied to my cat, which I appreciated. His normal vet orders tests upfront, then suggests further tests when the first ones don't reveal something conclusively. Would definitely recommend this clinic. And yes, they take Care Credit.

So great to have a walk in place as we have not established a vet here. Love that you can get a call when it’s your turn so you don’t have to wait in the office. (Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers is in the same lot and permits pets on the patio, fyi) we received great care from the tech and vet. I did 4/5 stars due to the amount of time the appointment took, but they were busy. Price is comparable to previous vets! Definitely would go back again. (8 year old Chi with ear infection, possible UTI, allergy shot, and possible tooth infection) She was getting temp taken so discard the face lol

It's nice to know that if our regular vet is booked a week out and we can't wait that long we have the option to come here. Due to the high cost, I will only be returning if it is an EMERGENCY! I ended up spending $200 (with coupon) when my regular vet bill would have been $120. We were rhe only people there and still had to wait 10 minutes for the vet to come in. Also, while the front desk staff was friendly I noticed they were not very hands on with our dog. While I can see the need for places like this, I will be returning to our regular vet at Ahwatukee Animal Hospital.

Could not recommend PetWellClinic more, awesome experience! My regular vet is closed on Fridays and my dog had bad diarrhea for two days with bloody stool starting yesterday. Got in immediately and quickly admitted. Dr. Kim (Kimberly Shaird DVM) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, staff extremely helpful as well. Got a prescription medicine for his bad tummy. I don't think they are an ER type hospital so probably not the place for bad trauma like getting hit by a car, instead think of it as the equivalent of a very well run Minute Clinic or Urgent Care for humans.

The clinic was just what we needed at the time. A quick visit and somewhere that wasn't charging $100+ just for the visit itself. We went in to get a test done for our dog. While the veterinarian's time was very quick in the room with not a lot of added input to what the problems could be, we did get the test we needed at a pretty good price, compared to what other vet offices were going to charge. Their hours are not super convenient as they open really late in the morning but for us as a non-emergency issue, it worked for us. The staff was very friendly.

Dr. Kim and all other staff were all very nice and welcoming. I did have to wait about 45 minutes, but considering the other vet urgent care facilities have a several hours-long wait time, it wasn't horrible. FYI - there is no direct phone number to contact them - however, once you arrive at the clinic, you are given the option to text them your pet's name to be added to the waitlist to be seen & you get a text when they are ready for you. The clinic was clean and easy to get to. I would use them again when in a pinch like this time (ear flap hematoma).

Dr. Kim was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough! She read through all the humane society papers before treating my cat. This is a walk-in clinic, but the wait wasnt bad when I went which was Saturday around 1. Just bring something to occupy yourself with, it's fine. Clinic very comfortable and very clean. A bit of a wait registering and clarifying prices with the vet assistants in the front office, but they were both patient in answering my questions and finding the answers for me! I will be returning for future needs :)

Our experience at the PetWell Clinic in Ahwatukee was grade A+. Our Dog had a urinary problem and they saw us with only 15 minutes til closing. Dr. Kim, Cole and Morgan were outstanding and really showed how much they cared about their jobs and the well being of our furbaby. I would highly recommend using this pet clinic. This is a walk-in clinic. I thought I was going to have to wait forever to see the vet. However, their check in process is very streamlined. I did not have to wait long for them to see my dog. The staff is extremely friendly, and very professional. They love the pets, and treat them well. I went in for a vaccination that I needed right away for my dog and they took great care of her. I would definitely use them again in the event that my regular vet is not available. Highly recommend this place.

Sat and waited in the lobby for 40 minutes meanwhile they proceeded to help and converse with 2 other customers who came in after me. Apparently I should just cut the line, walk into a room with my dog, because checking in means nothing to them here. They finally helped after I asked if There is a better time to come back. Really rude and lacks courtesy for the customer. I get an emergency but to have a full on conversation, come on. Last time I bring them here, unless absolute last option.

I found this location at the beginning of the year when my puppy had parvo, even though he shows little to no signs. They were attentive, detailed and really heard my concerns. My puppy healed up quickly with their care provided. I recently found a stray dog and took her to get examined here. They were patient and informative. Will always pick to drive out of my way to take my pets here anytime medical services are needed. Staff is always friendly and so caring.

Brought 2 of our 4 pets to PetWell on different days (cat for shots, dog for illness). Both times we were able to check-in and see the vet within 10 minutes. Entire office was polite, friendly & professional. Was informed of all costs before treatment started. I would highly recommend when your fur babies need to see a vet. Note: shots for cat, including vet, about $70. Dog treatment for nasty cough about $100, including shot, vet & prescription medication.

We had a really great experience at PetWellClinic! Dr. Casey was gentle and calming for our timid dog which made the experience much less stressful on us. The team was efficient and quick to bring us back. We originally went in for an annual check up & vaccines, but thankfully the team found our dog's double ear infection. The facilities were very clean too. Will definitely be bringing our dog back! The affordable prices were just the cherry on top!

All three of my dogs are seen here and they have been great, big or small, they can handle it all! We have a blue nose pitbull, chihuahua-corgi mix and our cane corso-rottweiler mix puppy. Speaking of my puppy, we purchased the puppy package and he recently finished receiving all his shots. See his pic below. They have a wonderful, friendly and caring staff. They were able to give my pitbull fluids when he was dehydrated and they were very caring.

I brought my sweet, shy pup into the clinic today to check out why he wasn’t eating well. Dr. Kim and the staff couldn’t have been more kind and patient with my little guy. He got a complete exam, tests, meds, food for his tummy, and they clipped his nails to boot!! The price was incredibly reasonable!!! The service was warm and personable!! This is an place that really cares about your furry loved one!!! We will be back… thanks PetWell team!!!

Dr Kim and the assistant Morgan were welcoming and very professional. My dog was a bit nervous going in. I don’t know how I feel about the windows it removed some privacy. BUT I loved that Dr Kim and Morgan took care of her right in front of me so I could see Alice getting treated. Dr. Kim talked me through what she was doing and that made me feel like she knew what she was doing. Thanks Petwell! I hope to have my pup back to 100% really soon!

We were referred here by our vet office on a Friday afternoon after the vet had left for the day. My anxious Chihuahua mix had ripped out one of his front claws on a doggie gate. This place was amazing, an urgent care for pets who knew? We walked in and they took us fairly quickly and were very caring and patient with my boy. They gave us enough meds to get us through to his upcoming regular vet appointment. Wonderful experience!

Our small Bichon Frise dog had ear infections and staff was great at working with our dog. Our dog is very high anxiety and does not like being touched. However, staff was extremely professional, courteous, patient, and took their time to clean both his ears, and apply the antibiotic, antifungal and steroidal medications directly on both ears. Really was very impressed with location, wait time, staff and cleanliness.

One of the few vet places that don’t need appointment and provide an excellent service, that combination is unbelievable, plus their staff, their prices and ONE MORE their honesty, in one word don’t hesitate to bring your pet to this place, I’ve been in several places most them need an appointment and they don’t have all this qualities they have maybe one or two but not all of the I mentioned, thanks PetWellClinic!!!

Great service! So many places aren't taking new pet clients or you have to wait a week or two before getting seen. This clinic is like an urgent care but without those pet ER prices. The staff was AWESOME! The gentleman help carry my dog in the office and to the car, what great customer service. They really care about pets and people, (if they were taking human clients, I would sign up) I am a fan of this place!

I have had a great experience with PetWell. Although it is a walk-in only clinic, I have never had a long wait. The staff is friendly and even though it had been 4 months since my last visit, the staff remembered my pet. The doctors were friendly, thorough and attentive to my pet’s needs. The vaccines and office visit prices are reasonable, and I plan to continue taking my pet there for any further follow ups.

This place is amazing!! They got my dog in quickly and Dr Kim was knowledgeable, friendly, and great with my dog. The staff there was awesome and personable, they treated my dog with nothing but care and kindness. They provided him with the medication he needed and even did a pedicure on him. I HIGHLY recommend PetWellClinic and encourage everyone to try them out! I will be going back for all future visits.

My dog had a cut that needed attention and her regular vet couldn't see her for over a week. PetWellClinic was a perfect solution. It was super easy to get her setup on their portal and then get her in on the same day. They offer walk-in appointments and an option to get in line from their website. She was seen right away and the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend their services.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They also answered all questions professionally. My regular vet couldn’t get us in for 3 weeks. I was able to walk in and get our golden doodle updated on vaccines. I needed vaccines updated for grooming but could not until he was updated on vaccines. I liked the convenience of walking in with no appointment and get our needs meet.

We took our pooch here who was suffering with some stomach issues. Walked right into the clinic and all members of the staff were so kind and helpful. Very thorough examination and explanations, followed by some meds and even some digestive food and our pooch is already on the mend in a few hours. So glad we chose to come here and we will now be using them for our vet needs.

We took our 16 pound cat and 11 pound mini Daschund for their yearly rabies and booster shots. The vet and staff was expedient and professional. The waiting area and exam rooms were clean and well lit. Parking was a bit tight at this location but that's no fault of the vet clinic. Being that's this location is central to our work area we will not hesitate to come here again.

My Goldendoodle (Mr Finley)came down with a nasty ear infection. We made an appointment on the app and headed over. We were taken back almost immediately and seen. The Dr really took her time with MR Finley and then explained costs etc with me. Really love they were upfront with all the fees. We will be back if we ever need to get into the vet ASAP. Highly recommend

As soon as I came in, they were very welcoming. They loved up on the doggos there as well. The care was great and to my surprise, my girl didn’t flinch once. Everything was well explained to me and my biggest concern was the cost, which was less than I expected. My regular Practice was not able to look at my pet and I took her here after seeing it while driving by. From start to finish the staff where so accommodating and friendly. My Pet was seen straight away, They didn't try to upsell products or services, the fee was extremely reasonable and didn't break the bank. Will definitely use this place again. Fully recommend

Excellent experience with PetwellClinic! I took my German Shepherd there for the first time and we were seen by a doctor within 10 minutes of our arrival. The staff was all very friendly and took excellent care of my pup. They recommended a great treatment plan and next steps and our entire visit was quick and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Great resource for general visits and when primary care vet is fully booked. It is walk-in which is a huge plus. PetWellClinic is now my go to when not able to get in primary care vet right away. Very reasonable pricing and took great care of my puppy who suffered a bite from my parent’s older dog. Will be visiting again should the opportunity arise.

AWESOME SERVICE!!! We had an urgent care issue on a Saturday. They were not only very happy to see us on a weekend, but we're very gentile with my not-feeling-well partner in crime. I think even he considers it a good experience at the "Vee Eee Tee". After the visit he has recovered very quickly and is back to his old self. Think we found a new vet!

I couldn’t find nowhere-anywhere to get my Milo in. I walked in this clinic it was so clean the staff was so kind and welcoming. The Doctor was amazing, very friendly, and quick. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for last minute well checks or just a clinic for their pet baby. Thank you all so much for your help and kindness.

This is my first experience with petwell and I’m very glad they opened a clinic in phoenix. We brought our puppy in for a checkup + shots and had a great time with Dr. Kim, cole, and the rest of their team. I love that they emphasize not forcing anything on the animals and preventing health conditions over treatment. We will definitely be back!

I really liked the vet, and the staff member helping to take care of my dog. I have been to other vets who will not even attempt to examine my dog because he is extremely reactive and afraid. They managed him perfectly. I like the fact that the rooms have glass, so you can see what's going on. The office was clean and the cost was reasonable.

Seriously one of the best vets I have ever been to!! It was my first time at this clinic yesterday and I brought both of my cats in. I definitely will be using them for all future needs for my cats and dog! Even over my primary vet. Can’t beat their pricing and the care they give my fur babies!!! Noodles had developed some severe post surgery diarrhea. PetWell Clinic was the only vet open on a Saturday that doesn't charge emergency vet prices. The vet and techs were very caring and solicitous, and the recommended treatment program helped her to feel better immediately. Two days later, she is back to her feisty self.

We were in and out very quickly. Dr. Kim was so nice and sweet and took her time with Penny. The vet tech answered all my silly puppy questions and they were willing to move forward with antibiotics, for a possible UTI despite us not being able to get a urine sample. Will definitely be returning for any other care needed!

Signed in online and was able to get my kitty in right away. When we arrived, about 10 minutes after adding her online, she was taken care of right away. They were able to get labs, urinalysis, medication and IV fluids. The cost was reasonable and the doctor and associates were all friendly and knowledgeable.

My dog had a really bad cough and our regular vet couldn’t see her, so we came to PetWellClinic as soon as they opened. They were SO sweet to my very anxious dog and were able to diagnose and get her treatment quickly. Vet visits are usually a nightmare but this was one of the best experiences we ever had!

Great experience.I was happy to finally find a walk in vet without to take an appointment and wait two weeks.Everyone was really friendly and helpful.I was also glad to be able to stay with my dogs for the exam. They were patient and really nice with my dog. If I need anything I will go back again.

Great service and care! Stopped in with my energetic cattle dog to update his vaccinations. We were taken care of very quickly and both the doctor and technician were incredibly kind. It was also more affordable than our previous veterinary office. I have already recommended them to neighbors.

I brought my 11 year old dog in because she injured her leg and was limping. We didn’t have to wait very long at all. Dr. Kim and the entire staff were gentle, kind and caring bringing relief to both my dog and me! I am so happy that we came to PetWell Clinic! They’re amazing!

I came in about 45 minutes before closing, apologized and they were so understanding. The vet was knowledgeable and so sweet! They took care of my cat and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. For the visit and 2 meds it was about $100. So much cheaper than an ER visit!

We absolutely love this place! We brought our cat in for vomiting and they got us in very quickly, everyone was absolutely friend and caring, and the price was much better than other vets we have used. We have already been back for a follow-up. Absolutely recommend!

What a gift to have a local, walk-in clinic for our animals! I brought my husky in for a skin injury & we were seen so quickly and left with everything we needed to get her healing. It was cheaper, more convenient & so much faster than going to our regular vet. ❤️

What a great resource. I needed a quick visit to get one immunization for my little dog. My usual Vet was booked out for a month. I walked in and they had me out the door in 15 minutes. Very nice staff and Vet. So happy knowing they are there if needed.

So far I've visited Petwell twice. 2 different kitties 2 different times, fortunately for minor illnesses. The techs and Dr. Kim are all so sweet and attentive and go to every length to make us feel comfortable and most importantly HEARD.

Everyone was very nice and professional to us and our sweet girl. They checked her ear, figured out the best meds and we were on our way quickly. Will definitely go back if our pets need care on weekends or when our Vet is closed.
