Best place in town to get freshly baked pastries and good quality cakes. Been following Petiteserie since its early days for their quality bakes and so glad they have their own place now. With this new chapter, they serve hot food and coffee as well. Tried the hambagu croissant upon recommendation and it was an absolute delight. Typically not someone who would order hamburger but I totally wipe my plate clean. The moist patty was flavourful and paired so well with the runny sunny side up. With the crunchy buttery croissant it added so much texture to the dish. Served with a side of salad with yuzu dressing and potatoes (wish the potatoes are available to add on as a side dish). Everything just worked so well and complemented each other. Leave some space for dessert. Personal favourites are the chocolate brownie, gula melaka banana and cendol cake. Or takeaway the freshly baked croissants. They have savory options as well. Parking is relatively easy and service is attentive. This is definitely on the worthy to revisit list.

went to try after friends after recommended it. order the big breakfast which after reading the description seemed OK for the price they charged. sadly when the food came was surprised instead of serving a chicken bratwurst in natural casing, they served a standard jumbo chicken frankfurter. spoke to the staff about it and she said that was what the supplier provided to them. they offered to change my order to another item though. it would have been good to be informed up front that they have moved from a high end advertised bratwurst to a basic frankfurter. I might have ordered something else on the menu. so be warned of you want to order the big breakfast it is not the great looking natural casing bratwurst as shown in the picture on the menu. the rest of the dish was good, eggs done well, mushroom and tomatoes tasty. the coffee was good and the cinnamon roll was nice as well.

I have followed Petiteserie even before there was a physical store, and their pastries and cakes are among the best I have had in KL. While they may not be the fanciest or most decorated in terms of appearance, the taste and quality of ingredients are uncompromised and personally I think that's the most important part. Much better than some of the fancy bakeries/patisseries around and more worth your money too. Special shoutout to Janice, who has always been super sweet and accommodating - she has never failed to squeeze in last minute requests even on the day itself! Thank you Janice!

After learning that Petiteserie supplied pastries to Guan's, we were happy when Petiteserie Bakery & Cafe opened recently in Area Damansara. Love the colour choice and french décor for their cafe. Was greeted and attended by warm hospitable employees. We ordered the signature hambagu croissant which was juicy with cheese oozing from the center of the burger. Pastry was buttery and yummmm. The mushroom cheese pastry was savory. Finished off with something sweet ie the peach danish pastry which was really good. Sadly, the hot long black and cappuccino were watered down. Decided to takeaway the plain croissants, smoked salmon pastry, mushroom cheese and the peach pastry for our daughter to try. Lovely cafe for pastries.

Their pesto chicken toastie (opt for sourdough) is DIVINE! They are generous with the pesto & chicken. Their pesto is amazinng, doesn't taste watery. I need their supplier number for my own supply of pesto. I've since came back several times for this toastie. I hope this quality will continue! Today I've tried their pesto chicken chop pasta and glad to note that they didn't skim on pesto for the pasta either. Chicken portion could be slightly more but overall it's 4 stars as well. Minus one star as personally felt the increase of rm2 for the sourdough is a downer and coffee.

Yummy food, nice ambience with a good variety of food and drink choices. Will definitely come again! Went around 3pm for a late lunch with a group of friends and got a table near the back. We ordered a number of dishes to share and got some slices of cakes too (though we finished the cakes before remembering to take pics @.@ It was so yummy!). Especially loved the creamy mushroom shoyu pasta. Pleasantly surprised at the depth of flavour shoyu adds to a creamy pasta sooo good! Wanted to get some pastries too but was too full by then. Till next time! :)

A hidden gem nestled in a peaceful corner of Ara Damansara. The moment you step in, you're greeted by the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and baked goods. The pastries here are exceptional. The ambiance is cozy and quiet, making it the perfect spot for breakfast or a relaxing break. The staff are always friendly and attentive, adding to the overall warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a pastry connoisseur or simply looking for a tranquil spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, this bakery coffee shop is a must-visit.

This cafe is newly opened (as of November 2022) and it is always good to have additional food options in Ara Damansara. We dropped by to celebrate a friend's birthday here. They serve coffee, pastries, cake, breakfast, sandwiches & soup and mains such as pasta. The salmon pasta was creamy and the pastry had a nice crunch. The cappuccino and chocolate drink were good too. We had a slice of cake where the staff provided a candle for our little celebration. A cosy place to have some coffee and food.

Poor management.. we come in four sitting on a table of four chairs. Then leave the table to order (because there is no order service at seat), then come in a group of 6, want to sit our seat, which obviously our bags are there. Staff ask us to sit to another smaller table because they want to add two more chair for the group of 6 at our table! What a service.. disappointed.. common sense need to improve… ask for customer opinion if we are willing to change seat is a basic communication skill…

Nice and ambient cafe with delicious pastries. Love almost all their pastries, from croque monsieur to pain au chocolate. Their toastie is one of the best I’ve tried so far. The drinks is nice too, try the hot chocolate which is highly recommended by the lady boss. She explained that the beans were grown locally and she actually spent the time to study and pick out the best quality chocolates for her pastries, desserts and drinks. Ambience is great, might get crowded on weekends.

Easily one of the best bakeries i've tried in the Klang Valley. Tried the croissant the the strawberry tart and both items were absolutely delicious. The croissant had the right amount of flakiness and was scrumptiously buttery. The tart wasn't too sweet (which can often be the case). Best yet, the use of real vanilla bean was evident, making the tart truly a standout. Delicious baked goods and definitely a place I'll frequent many times over whenever I visit Malaysia.

I do not recommend (at least for cinnamon roll and mentaiko salmon). Yeast smell and taste was strong in cinnamon roll, I cannot tell if it's made with butter or margarine. The dough was obviously overfermented. For mentaiko salmon, I highly suggest removing the salad inside because it became mushy once baked and the moisture from it ruin texture of the pastry. You can add patted dry cucumber on top once it's cooled as an alternative.

A cosy little cafe and another hidden gem in Ara Damansara. Nice variety of pastries at reasonable price. Their drinks as well were nice too. Tried their Blueberry Danish and it was so flaky and the right amount of sweetness. Their chicken pesto sandwich is good too and soft. The only drawback is that service can take quite long but can improved. Almost waited an hour for an sandwich. But its all good.

I ordered tomato cream pasta, but i loved the spicy shrimp pasta my friend ordered more. I loved my orang americano too. Overall the food was good, the ambiance was good and the staffs were accomodating.

Been a close follower of the business since its early days. I'm happy that they have a physical store now. Patisserie - Good as always. From savoury to sweet, they are well rounded Pesto pasta - Could use some cheese, but it's good Grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup - The soup was slightly too sweet for my tastes, but if you like it on the sweet side, it's for you

Really a hidden gem in ara. Food was superb and service was great. I can't seem to find any error. Shoyu pasta was tasty .my son whom doest really like eating, finished the whole plate himself . Hamburg rice was delicious with that special rice. Sourdough was perfect to my liking. Croissant was fluffy and tasty . Melted cheese and pumpkin soup was savoury.

Great addition to Ara Damansara. Didn’t have the hot meals here, only took away some pastries and a latte. Coffee is good, no complains. Pastry was also good, though some have names that you might not attempt to pronounce. There was a fancy cert in French issued to someone called Janice, whom I was told is the “petite” one behind Petiteserie. Worth a go.

We the early birds were glad to have found this lovely cafe, that opens at 7.30am. the ambience of the cafe is great, bright, clean, tastefully designed. Croissants, pastries and coffee were GREAT! also noticed this cafe care about environment and very little plastics usage. Keep it up! It's a good place to meet and chat, or for remote works.

  • XL Leong

The Croissant Hamburger is to die for! Really amazing and considerate that they have both beef and chicken options! The cakes, desserts and pastries are all so good that I always struggle to just buy a few. The menu is always expanding and the service staff are all really welcoming!

Nice cafe & bakery, serves wide range of baked goods. Coffee here is good, the coffee have nice taste of bean and hint of chocolate taste. Had the chicken leek pie, the taste was surprisingly good. The cream is refreshing instead of being heavy, the chicken is not dry and the pie gives a good crunch. Overall very good experience

The food is on the pricey side, but the portions are huge and the quality is great. They pay attention to the details; all the other condiments in the Big Breakfast, like side salad, wild mushrooms, and scrambled eggs have perfect seasoning. The food served was hot, and the croissant was fluffy and delicious. …

On one of my regular visits from the UK I had a late lunch at Petitserie Bakery today. Great service from friendly staff. The food was excellent, especially liked the Chicken pie which. Janice Siew, the owner, has earned a reputation as a top class patissier and baker so do check out her cakes and pattiserie.

  • My Creative space

Loved the Kelantan choice of hot chocolate here. Will definitely want to go back to the cozy neighborhood cafe again. The staff were friendly too!

Went then there for breakfast, food was amazing. Croissants are the best I've ever tasted. The homemade Hambagu Croissant Burger was delicious, patty was juicy and nice, especially with the caramelised onions. Must try other croissants they offer. Will definitely go back there again.

Finally able to visit Chef Janice cafe last week, love all the display of the beautiful and delicious line of various pastries at the front counter. Wish I can try all of them. The pastries are sooo good and fresh, the best in PJ. Would love to try the hot food next round! Yumms

  • Mei Yi Yeap

Had the signature hambagu. It's good texture wise but doused with too much sauce for my liking. Croissant and kouign Amman are decent. Love the big tables, with scattered power points for working. Quiet in the morning before the lunch crowd comes in. Very cold, so bring a jacket

  • Geraldine Chiam
