The large store is bright and very clean. The staff are also kind and pleasant to serve customers. I think pets can come to the store with peace of mind. The goldfish and tropical fish corners are also beautiful. The great aussie wipes, a disinfectant wipe for pets, is easy to use and recommended. Currently, some parts such as the trimming corner are not yet completed, so it is recommended to contact us in advance.

Went to PETstock Hollywood last night and had the best service from the two ladies working Georgia and her manager (didn't get her name). Georgia was so friendly and helpful. The store was stocked really well, I found everything I needed and more. It was super clean and spread out, it was really great and I will be heading back there.

The store is great, staff are great. All they need now is to finish the store so Pet Grooming can be done. For months and months I have been told, "hopefully in a month or so" and again today the same. Before Christmas it all started...how about we try to get it done

Manager is rude and unwelcoming she is even rude to her staff, wouldn't want to be working under her. If I could give this pet stock zero stars because of her I would, absolutely terrible experience with this Manager, other staff are lovely.

Today it was quiet, the store is roomy and although the store has not long been opened, they are building their product range and services. It is also closer for me to travel to, than driving up to my next Pet Stock store at Gepps Cross.

Drove there to buy specific brand of guinea pig food that's saying they have in stock online but when I went to get there the staff told me they don't have it even if it's showing "instock" in Hollywood Petstock.

Visited store on Wednesday and the weird looking girl/man with colourful hair has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! No greeting once through the door, it just stares at you when you enter.. made me feel unwelcomed

They have a great selection of fish...but I guess that's because you can't buy them, because there is NEVER anyone to help you. I leave empty handed every time. Not going back.

Absolutely love this place for my bearded dragon they've always got plenty of stuff for him and there crickets are always available
