Get Service, workers are always willing to lend a hand or offer some advice. However the price is a bit steep but overall has good variety of products. But the issue I have is around the fish. Admittedly I am an amateur aquarium manager and may not have done everything absolutely correct, but I did make sure to google as many things as I could to ensure that I knew what needed to be done. Saying this, I successfully acclimated my fish into the new tank following the specific instructions that many forums said to follow on google. I was extremely disappointed that after only 20 days, the fish that I had purchased unfortunately died. This caused me an immense amount of heartbreak and trauma, as a result of this death in the family, I have decided to retire from fish keeping for the current time being. This may eventually change when I become more prepared and knowledgeable regarding fish keeping. I would like to thank the staff at PETstock Munno Para for assisting me in this dream that I had to become a professional aquarium manager.

I went in to pay for my pet food and the lady that was on 23rd of march screamed at me to step back due to social distancing. "1.5 metres step away", she screamed and i had a trolley with my son in it facing the other customer so i was definitely a safe distance away. I was about 2 metres away. I felt like she was enjoying the attention she was drawing to herself. And then when i went to pay, she yelled at me again to "step back!" But i couldn't reach the eftpos machine to pay. I tried to explain that i couldnt reach the machine and she got on her earpiece to staff to come assist and clean the counter. I understand the panic but she was so rude and made every other customer uneasy aswell. This is the reason people are panicking. I will never come back.

If I could give zero I would, actually embarrassing I walk in with my client who so happens to have a disability. Two of the staff, ladies no less saw my client sucking her thumb and stimming pointed in her direction getting the other worker's attention and laughed at her I'm appalled seriously your gonna be making fun of someone stimming because she's excited to be in your store disgusting behaviour you should be ashamed of yourselves don't worry I got one of your name tags (pip) and ps definitely won't be bringing her back here we would much prefer the ladies at pet barn that actually embrace who she is and have gotten to know her for the great individual she is.

Friday 21st Jan, I was hesitant on entering into pet stock due to previous occasions with other stores where I've been left in tears or bullied. But I decided to go in, I'm so glad I did I would like to give a massive thankyou to Andrea, Pippa & Kerryn they all made me feel welcomed & safe. These 3 ladies were very kind, helpful & very professional. I was treated with respect, these 3 ladies are a great asset to this business the management should be very proud that these 3 ladies who went out of there way for there customers with absolutely no discrimination. Well done .I highly recommend pet stock .

The staff has usually been friendly and very helpful. Until last Friday I went to get some fish, there were 2 loaches I wanted both in separate tanks the young man put 1 in the bag but when he went to get the other no one could find it. The young man went and got help a woman had a look at the tank and said no cant find it. I said it was in there cause 4 of us seen it, she said well I can't put it out of thin air can I. I thought that was really rude so I took my 1 loach bought it and left.

I have given pet stock my correct address petstock have given the delivery side the wrong address I was originally told delivery Monday then ut changed to Tuesday then it changed to Wednesday.. not very good at all..they stuff u around even tho they quick to money but not deliver it clearly stays same day delivery wich today is my 3rd business day waiting..I can't go out even tho I need to.thanks u lot I'll b purchasing else where from now on

While I love the shop and the staff and the products and the service I'm a little annoyed that I was encouraged to use the online service for items I buy frequently. Yes I understand I get a discount but it takes almost 2 weeks to recieve your order and I had to go to the store to buy extra while I waited for the longest delivery Iv had in years.. Until the service improves please stop getting customers to use it.

I came her very sad last week hopeing to pat a kitten, there was no kittens which was absolutely heart breaking. They did however have a whole bunch of dumb looking fish which reminded me how much better it is to be a human than a fish... i mean those guys havent even got eye lids. Very helpful staff! Had good knowledge of their products & anticipated our needs for future travelling with our little Toy Poodle, Bailey, who behaved himself very well (thankfully) while we were in the store at Munno Para shops at Smithfield in SA. Bought 2 infra red heat lamps with shrouds a couple of days ago. One lamp failed within minutes of starting. The other is still working fine after 2 full days. Trying to get a warranty replacement was like pulling teeth. Staff shouldn't labour the point when they are talking to someone who had been designing and manufacturing infrared heaters for 20 years.

I purchased lots of fabulous pet stuff including a 15kg bag of Royal Canin last week so this week I had $20 off my $42 pet food purchase. I noticed this week you were offering a bucket with a dry food purchase but I've got heaps now. I wonder when you'll have bucket again with purchase ... The girls at Petstock know their stuff. This is heaps good indeed.

It is a little more expensive to shop here compared to other pet supplies stores nearby but it's all good quality and has an extensive range so makes up for the slight price rise. I pay $25 for three tubs of medium crickets here compared to $19 a bit farther down the road but they do seem to live longer and theres also more crickets in the tubs.

Thankyou soooo much for helping me today with my dog Mocha getting her fitted with a new harness and lead. The Young man and lady helping us today extremely helpful and patient with mocha, (she gets a bit excited.) Highly recommended, so pleased with the service and recommendations Thanks again guys will be back for some more treats soon.!

Always really helpful staff here & usually have just what you need. We needed products to clean off the smell of cat pee from outside our front door + deter the cat or cats from coming back. The products recommended have worked! So far, so good!! Worst smell ever inside our front hallway...yuk!! Now gone! Thanks Pet Stock!!

I would like to tell everyone I bought Anubis on large pieces of wood a couple of days ago now 2 of my tanks are in quarantine as it had fish lice and a other fish fungi infection and I have lost about 13 fish which would of been over $200 off fish when I told then they didn't ever care so please just be careful please

This store is extraordinary. The staff are way above what one would expect from a pet supply store. Its a bit like visiting Adelaide Zoo!! Their knowledge is way above what Ive experienced from other suppliers. So I dont shop elsewhere. And I get to experience other animals too!! 10 stars lol xx

Hi team wondering why you stopped supplying Mini Beasts? Pisces are way smaller containers are a little cheaper but they just don't have enough critters in. I'm going through these containers way too fast. So either get back Mini Beasts or you won't be seeing me again.

Friendly helpful staff on the floor. My regular petstock stop is Parafield and im always please, from instore purchases. Online purchases and click and collect speeds. Commutative team makes any problem solving easily fixed. Wide range of products available.

Very poor customer service just walks away from serving me, to put her nose in another employees business and says nothing,a big thanks to the young lady with a snake around her neck who served me u showed the older staff member how it's done!!

The ladies were very helpful and knew what they were doing. My dog sat calmly whilst her nails were being clipped . Very friendly staff. We also bought a new collar and some liver paste for the Kong and a bag of pigs ears. A great selection.

Always had bad service and found the store to be a bit dirty compared to the rest. Obviously pet stock brand has always been overpriced compared to many competitors you definately do have a wider stock range.

Friendly staff, big and spacious stores selling many pet products like food, cage etc. They even sell fighting fish, snakes and bearded dragon. We always get our pet stuff from here. Ample parking area.

The loyalty program is really good, especially when buying expensive raw dog mince & high quality dog biscuits for a dog with sensitive skin. it definately helps. The staff are really nice also.

I think some of the stock is limited didn't have any small pet carriers so left empty handed. But we have bought goldfish and supplies from there and were very happy
