"Unfortunately, there was one rude lady there, that didn’t give me a good experience, it’s not what you say it’s how you say it"
"Had such a bad experience with them recently and we always go for yearly checks , my pet was losing weight and weak, drinking excessive water and they did tests that cost an arm and a leg ( I didn't mind as I wanted to make sure he was taken care of and healthy) they still couldn't tell me definitely that he had chronic kidney disease and when I asked what stage he was diagnosed in (at that point I was definitely assuming he has this disease as I had researched and seen he had those symptoms) they told me we 'probably' caught it at early to mid stages which is manageable with supplements, diet and medication, for two weeks my pet continued to get worse and we were still waiting on medication"
"Recently I went in seeking advice for my kitten"
"Some years ago, I lost my dog in surgery at the other vet, so I was very hesitant to go to any vet"

Unfortunately, there was one rude lady there, that didn’t give me a good experience, it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. It’s your tone of voice, it’s your facials, your intention to help, and being unfriendly and unhelpful isn’t very nice. You never know what somebody is going through. Someone could have a learning disability, or perhaps be having a very stressful day and actually need the vet to show them how to medicate the animal, rather than just telling them to pick up the medication from the counter and read the label. We pay a high premium for service. My cat has returned home, and unfortunately I’ve noticed that her poor is the actual issue, not the leg which was suspected initially, what happened to a vet actually touching it looking at it and putting a light on it? My cat is still not well, I’ll be making a call today to hopefully speak to management or a senior vet. Giving somebody antibiotics, charging them around $150 and telling them to come back in five days time isn’t necessarily the best outcome for me personally, get your torchlight out, have a look at the pets body, inspect the toes effectively and body effectively, and find the issue, just like I did last night. It’s important, and not everybody can afford to simply come back in five days time for an x-ray, let’s find the issued then and there if possible. That’s why we come to the vet. Then we can help the pet not suffer for longer than required. The reason that I came to the vet was because I’m too scared to touch my cats legs, because I don’t like to see her Scream, but I need to see what’s stuck in her little paw, so I’ll have to go back today. If the issue is resolved this week with proper service , I will remove my review of course
Had such a bad experience with them recently and we always go for yearly checks , my pet was losing weight and weak, drinking excessive water and they did tests that cost an arm and a leg ( I didn't mind as I wanted to make sure he was taken care of and healthy) they still couldn't tell me definitely that he had chronic kidney disease and when I asked what stage he was diagnosed in (at that point I was definitely assuming he has this disease as I had researched and seen he had those symptoms) they told me we 'probably' caught it at early to mid stages which is manageable with supplements, diet and medication, for two weeks my pet continued to get worse and we were still waiting on medication. They didn't seem worried about his health at all and one day he just stopped urinating which was alarming, we tried to get an appointment immediately that morning and were turned away only to be told we should take him to the essendon hospital. They immediately diagnosed my pet.with stage 3 or 4 chronic kidney disease and we had to put him down that day. I will never recommend petstock Craigieburn vet as they had no care in the world for my pet, they just dismissed his symptoms and he suffered for two weeks. I also want to add that I didn't speak to just one vet but multiple so it very impersonal. Never again, if I could give zero stars i would
Recently I went in seeking advice for my kitten. The staff member I spoke seemed to have multiple personality disorder when it came to her advice. First the kitten looked good and we were going to find the appropriate food. Next, the kitten would need a bottle to be fed (no problem with that)and she would get me a bottle. Finally came the ‘surrender the cat’ stage. She out of no where told me the kitten was dehydrated and needed to be looked after properly (rudely implying I know nothing about what I’m doing and assuming my skill set). Again, out of the blue and on a Public holiday, a vet so happened to be there. I ended up leaving and calling ahead to the pet warehouse in Epping (corner of childs rd and high st) who had absolutely no problem assisting me. I did not require assistance in care for the kitten, I required assistance regarding quality of products. The staff in Epping understood that and I was literally in and out in 10 minutes (including cuddle time). 3 weeks later, Diddy is very healthy, strong, wilful and above all else, a typical kitten who enjoys playing with us and his brothers.
Some years ago, I lost my dog in surgery at the other vet, so I was very hesitant to go to any vet. Luckily, I found Dr Daniela and her awesome team. They found breast cancer in my dog, they showed me where it is and took the time to talk to me about all the options. I was worried when surgery was the best option, but seeing how happy my doggie was with all the girls and how much they felt like family, it put my heart at ease. After surgery they kept checking on my furbaby and now 1 month later she does not even have a scar – great surgical skills at work (see the picture). It was the best decision I every made putting my dog into the capable hands of the PetStock Vet Craigieburn team. The pathologist even said that my dog is now cancer free! Thanks for saving her life – she means everything to me.
Animal Neglect/Abuse Alert: This store currently has two very sweet bonded rabbits who have had no evidence of food or water for over a week now. All calls and conversations with staff have been futile and calls/emails to HQ have gone unanswered. Without adequate hay, pellets & water daily rabbits will go into GI stasis and die. This is a serious case of animal neglect that the store is refusing to address. See photo below showing the rabbit bowls full of woodchips with no rabbit, pellets, hay or water. Rabbits diet must consist of 85% hay in order to survive.
Had such a bad experience which has now led us to never return back to PETstock. Reception staff are ridiculously rude and the vet we saw was very rough and careless when treating our dog. We took our dogs bandage off on Saturday to see that the vet did not even staple the area that needed to be stapled, she also did not put any sort of soft bandage on the wound before wrapping the wound in the pet bandages. Will never be returning due to the price, lack of care and rude staff. Take your pets elsewhere as there is much nicer places with better pricing.
Our elderly cat was ill recently and so we took her in to be seen at PETstock Craigieburn. I unfortunately had to say goodbye to her that day and as terrible as the situation was I was very thankful for the wonderful care and treatment from the nurses and vet that saw us. They were compassionate, kind and even gave us a hand written card and a lock of our cats hair when we picked her up for burial. It was heartwarming and we are very appreciative to all the staff at PETstock. Thank you!
Took our pup in to get clipped, he's a spoodle, needs clipping as he doesn't shed. They said he didn't like the clippers so they just didn't clip him, but still charged us full price because "this is the cheapest option". We were charged full price for a service only partially done. We would happily pay for the trim around his eyes and paws, but it's not right to charge people full price when you decide not to do what the customer paid for. Very disappointed, won't be back.
The staff of petstock are very helpful they also have a vet section which I need and they too are friendly and a loving nature towards you and your pet. I had to put my loving cat to sleep and the compassion of our vet was genuine towards me and my pet Dottie. Recommend them as highly professional but very in tuned with my other pet dog Gizmoe.
Absolutely wonderful experience for my pup shadow. The vet was so friendly and informative. She let me know that the staff made sure to make my anxious boy comfortable, and that they adored him. Also, having the Afterpay option made it so much more affordable for me. Thankyou so much. We will be coming here for all our vet needs.
2 stars for the reception staff as they were very nice. The vet, I would never use again. $800 and no answers. Went to Lort Smith today for a second opinion and they booked our boy in for surgery next week, which is what should have been done from the start. What a waste of money.
Took my cat here for grooming. I payed $44 dollars my cat wasn't properly groomed around her bottom area and back legs it honestly wasn't perfectly done at all don't waste your money here. Overall, my issue great vet and respectful, caring for your animal.
Wonderful helpful staff Sunday 30 October. All the girls were helpful and understanding. I will definitely shop here again, I love the water fountain by the way! Thank you so much for easing the stress of refunding something that I couldn’t use! …
The groomer is really amazing! I came few months ago, and my poppy disobedient to strangers but she was so kind and smart and know how to deal with deferent types of pets , I didn’t have to worry about him at all! Thank you for your amazing job
The same day I left the original review, I submitted feedback on their website, the next day, they replied to me asking to be able to contact me via phone to talk. Today (24-02-2020), they called me and I'm happy with the resolution. In the
Was disappointed with service. Staff used to be so lovely. Last week my husband and I went into the shop with our dog to choose pet food. We usually go with a particular brand. But were told that another brand was better and that we had not

All the staff provided amazing service and gave me some great advice for dealing with my dog. The grooming team were able to fit in a quick trim for my puppy at the last minute when my booking was cancelled at another location. They also
Thankyou to the lovely young lady who looked after our little dog Bella while we did some shopping. Also thankyou to the vet nurses who gave Bella a once over while she was there. Service way way above and beyond our expectations.

Sugumar is the best vet ever. So caring for my bunny Thumper who has been getting injections weekly to help with arthritis in his hind legs. I believe he is very caring and professional not just with my little Thumper
The staff are experienced and lovely, especially Emily, who helped me loads with my fish queries. I've never felt rushed or like a nuisance. The vets are also lovely and when we lost our cat they were so compassionate.

Got there just before closing and both sales assistants took the time to help us out without rushing us. Great advice was given to us. It seemed obvious that they both knew their stuff and offered detailed advice.
Great store. I went in to get some Glow dog food for my boxer. I was greeted by Friendly informative staff. Ample parking. Clean store. Fast customer service, what more could you ask for?
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The vet was amazing with my chihuahua Frankie, who can be a little scared of new people
Very friendly and caring vet and staff. I feel very confident that they have my puppy’s best interest and wellbeing in hand.
