Having lived locally for years now, my partner and I have given the staff at PharmaSave Alberton multiple chances to increase their customer service experience. The most recent experience apart from the blunt, rude way they address customers every time we're in, they 'forgotten' to order in our specific pre-paid prescription which we had been waiting over a week for. Without communicating with my partner, they instead left them waiting for over fifteen minutes with no communication whatsoever as to where the medication was. They then proceeded to go into a room in the back and whisper. Save your time, go to St Clair Amcal.

I'm retired now but trained as a nurse (R.N.) so I've had experience with pharmacists. I've seen some negative reviews here and completely reject them. If your script takes a long time there's a reason for it - chill out! The young female Vietnamese pharmacist here is a gem - efficient and informative. She takes time to explain newly prescribed medication and is the only pharmacist who has ever asked me how I have been feeling!

Don’t go here unless you want unwarranted comments and unsolicited advice about your personal organisational skills. Put me in the worst mood imaginable the night before my surgery by telling me that I’m basically lazy. I had to express that I was upset with the comments politely and the pharmacist just took personal offence.

Disappointing to be kept waiting to collect script (had dropped it off 20 minutes prior) and when the pharmacist finally gets off the phone she immediately serves other customers with complex needs first, much better service during the week so will avoid weekends now, thanks to the assistant who stepped in to help serve

According to the internet closes @ 10pm WRONG.. got there Shut @ 8pm (This is according to 13sic home doctor) sorry I,m not really computer literate and dont know how to reply to your comment on my first post

waiting times aren’t great but they’re always busy so that’s not their fault, staff are kind and very helpful, no fuss, tell you exactly what you need

Door says close at 10pm, site says 8pm came at 7.50pm and they refused to open the door.. I was only after baby formula!!
