One of the members of the staff is very rude and unhelpful, her answers are rude and she speaks to you like if she is angry. To be honest if she is upset she shouldn’t be working there in customer service. I lost 20 minutes there and she didn’t resolved my issue and treat me very badly and told me to go and look for another pharmacy. I could have done that since the beginning of she was not willing to help. Someone should address this, my husband went there the other day and he also comment she was really rude. And even asked her if she was in a bad mood and she said she had a busy week. I do not think that is an excuse to mistreat customers. I also work in customer service and sometimes you need to put a nice face and give a good service even if you are not feeling like that, is part of the job. The rude girl is the one on the right, curly hair. I am not saying it is all the staff but they should address this situation.

Wow the Pharmacists and staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. I had things explained to me about my scripts that no one has ever gone over with me before. The price cutting warehouse places don't offer service like they do here, I hope people realise supporting local pharmacies like this one is very important otherwise sure you will get things cheap but who knows if it is safe for you. Great service, great products and a pleasant visit is what you get at Pharmacy 517

Just got ripped off by this Chemist. Had four scripts filled and was charged $47 more than I could have got it at another pharmacy. Next time no matter the pain I will wait until the following day to get to a major pharmacy to have the scripts filled. There is no excuse to charge double what everyone else charges. I notice some other reviews have had the same experience. Will never be back despite working close by.

Incredibly rude! Avoid this place like the plague. I visited Pharmacy 517 recently and received the worst reception ever! not only was I accused of buying Codral earlier from another pharmacy, I was charged an exorbitant amount for my Decongestant. Rude and insensitive sums the staff up at Pharmacy 517. 1 star is far too generous.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and I have always been extremely happy with the service that has been provided. The ladies are so lovely and give me very personalised advice for my medicines every time. When I bring a list they go and collect everything I need for me. I am looking forward to this month's visit :)

Pharmacist very helpful in explaining medicines I would need, even recommending me to see the doctor across the way instead (Medi7). When I came back to fulfil my prescription, it was filled in 2 minutes. Very quick - lots of people we working @ the time! This was also like 11:30am.

The staff was nice and fast. They charged me $25 for a prescription medicine which I purchase regularly and I know it costs around $12 at every other pharmacy in Melbourne. Unfortunately, I noticed only when I came back home and looked at the receipt. Watch out.

Amazing customer service. Yesterday I accidentally left behind my script, which still had one repeat left, and one of the employees actually dropped by my house that evening to return it to me! She should get a raise. :) Thank you.

Always friendly and helpful. Prices are good. Pharmacists always seem calm unlike other big name pharmacies who have staff that are overworked and overstressed. They're always happy to put more time into your prescription.

Don’t bother coming by before you go to work. I can’t push my schedule back to wait for the pharmacy to open. They were not open at their posted time. I should have gone elsewhere!

Arguably the most expensive chemist in Melbourne. I pay $7.50 elsewhere for my medication, but here it's $18. That's more than double elsewhere. Poor service as well.

Very pleasant pharmacy, had no issues with confirming the statutory declaration. In addition, the pharmacist was very helpful when consulting about medicines.

Been coming here for years, staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Products and meds are market rates.

Great little chemist, close to local GP, hospital and specialist offices, lots of public transport close by.

Excellent service, staff actually throughly interrogate your symptoms and make excellent recommendations.

Neat little handy place to pick up some medication. Small but does the job.
