I usually have my prescription for antidepressants filled here, I’m leaving the province and my psychiatrist is on vacation so I had excess medication approved for my move a month ahead of time by fax to prepare for it. I am very dependent on this medication. I called in to check if it was ready and to check pricing and the pharmacy told me that my prescription was not present, despite my psychiatrist confirming it had been approved already. A long phone call later and it turns out that they had scanned it out despite neither me, nor anyone going to pick it up. The medication was sitting on their shelf, untouched. Fast forward to today when I went to pick it up, they told me the same thing that my medication had already been bought and scanned and they did not have it. Again, after a very long and stressful conversation they finally checked the shelf and low and behold it was there, untouched. This was extremely stressful during my last week in Calgary and I was scared that I would be without my medication. I understand honest mistakes are made but this was ridiculous and stressing on my mental health.

Very lovely place and u cant beat there prices, its a pleasure to say that my experience here was fabulous, the pharmacy, electronic, Canada post/flyer staffs are are all polite, I have never been rude to there staffs likewise to there staffs, you dont even have to ask for help, they will always ask you if you need help if they are not dealing with another customer, I bought my Samsang Galaxy S4 - black here and staff named Faizan helped me select my product according with my budget and I do-not regret purchasing my products here, Good job London drugs and special thanks to the one located in 8120 Beddington Blvd NW, Calgary, AB T3K 2A8

Totally unreliable. I had a 3 month prescription that is to be picked up every month. I was told that my prescription should be ready by the 3rd week of the month for the following month. BUT when I went to pick up my prescription, it was no where to be found. It wasn't ready yet. And this is when I went in the beginning of the next month. That prescription should have been ready more than a week ago. Second time that they did this to me.Terrible service. The pharmacist has no idea what is going on. Guess, this will be my last dealing with them.

Just wanted to send a shout out to the Pharmacy team at the Beddington London Drugs. Their high functioning staff are friendly, forward-thinking, diligent and they are genuinely concerned about every patient who comes their way (in a mall with a walk in clinic, a CLS lab, an ultrasound and xray clinic and many other medical supports for the community). They have saved our family's butts in more situations than I can count. Please help them to do their best work by staying home if you can, and masking if you are at all at risk.

Pharmacist julia was disappointing. There was a miscommunication with my scheduled walk in time at the travel clinic for a vaccine. She was so passive aggressive about the fact that when i arrived, her break was in five minutes and I asked her questions regarding alberta health she was extremely condescending. not impressed. she was whack.

This review is for the pharmacy. I went in just before closing to get some cold medication. The pharmacist was really helpful and got me just what I needed. She also got me in for a flu shot right away after inquiring about making an appt. Will definitely be recommending and switching over from my current pharmacy!

Pharmacy Staff: you are amazing and so helpful. Shoutout to Lori who went above and beyond to serve me through such a hard time emotionally and made sure we weren't paying too much out of pocket. She was super friendly, patient and outgoing. You won our service. Will be back :)

Jasmin, a pharmacist providing COVID boosters at London Drugs did an excellent job for our family! Thank you very much Jasmin! We messed up with our re-vaccination appointment and she did a fantastic job managing the situation and helping us to receive the booster.

Beddington London Drugs is great! There are always good deals on all kinds of stuff. We get our family prescriptions here, the pharmacy staff are always friendly and helpful! And bonus, there’s a post office in there too!

Pretty busy London drugs location, but it has a very capable pharmacy, product lineup is otherwise what you would expect from a London Drugs.

The photo lab, computer department, pharmacy and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and care about their customers.

Great Pharmacy, eventhough they're so busy, the service is always efficient and fair. They're always in a good mood.

Convenient location with good parking. Pharmacy staff are efficient and friendly.
