Called and asked do they sell Pesos for my upcoming trip to the Philippines and was told yes. Drove 30 minutes to their location where they then told me no they don’t sell currency. Try have competent staff answering your phones please who can answer simple questions correctly.
It stated on website you can open a savings account with a minimum of $60. So I took a 30 min drive here since I live in Eastlake to be told that she can’t help me and gave me a paper slip of a Los Angeles location. “You can apply online,
No wonder they got such low ratings. Not one of their questions on their website was ever answered. Thank God I didn't open an account with PNB.
This is not a bank, but a remittance center only. The title is misleading.
