I DELEON JARMON LIVED WITH MY GRANDMOTHER MRS ALTA BYRD SINCE 1978 AT 2201 EAST 17TH STREET AUSTIN, TEXAS 78702 WITH MY TWO SISTER SHARON BYRD AND MONICA JARMON WHICH WE ALL GRADUATED FROM L.C. ANDERSON HIGH SCHOOL. MY GRANDMOTHER MRS ALTA BYRD DIED IN 2001 AND MY GRANDFATHER WILLIE JAMES BYRD DIED IN 1967 HERE IN AUSTIN, TEXAS LEAVING BEHIND A WILL WHICH MY SISTER TOLD JUDGE ERIC SHEPPERD THAT SHE LOST MRS ALTA BYRD WILL. MY GIRLFRIEND MS NATALIE ABRAM CHILD WAS MURDERED WHILE SHE WAS 8 MONTHS PREGNANT BY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES AT THE ARCH 500 E. 7TH STREET AUSTIN, TEXAS AS THE DEBLIN HEALTHCARE IN HOUSTON TAKING DELEON JARMON INHERITANCE FROM HIM USING HIS FAMILY MEMBERS IN EAST AUSTIN AND SURROUNDING AREA. THIS FUNERAL HOME HAS BURIED A LOT OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS FROM THE BYRD'S AND THE SNEED'S AND THEIR DAUGHTER MINNIE MAE FOWLER AND HER BROTHER WILLIE JAMES BYRD WHO MOTHER IS WILLIE MAE BYRD FROM WHARTON, TEXAS WHO FATHER IS A WHITE MALE LINZER FRANKLIN FROM DALLAS, TEXAS AS THE REST OF HIS FAMILY MEMBERS.

Well, I was not very satisfied at all with Phillip & Upshaw Services. Upon arriving to view Family love one. Time designated 4pm - 5pm. I was greeted at locked door with unusual body language asking if I can be helped. I stated why I was there to view. I was told family members were already there and gone. I arrived by 4:35pm was not permitted to view. I am quite upset with this situation. I didn't experience any type of caring on this staff behalf nor the funeral home. Only what there policy was. Again the time from 4-5pm and only two people was able to see her and that

The staff is the most caring and amazing group of people I have ever met! My family has done business with them since the 80’s and they have been nothing short of loving and caring to me and my family. MOPST OF DELEON JARMON WAS BURIED HERE IN TEXAS, BUT NOT KNOW WHERE BECAUSE HIS SISTER SHARON BYRD REFUSED TO TELL HIM FOR SOME REASON. THIS FUNERAL HOME BURIED MOST OF DELEON JARMON FAMILY MEMBERS. MRS. ALTER MAE BYRD & WILLIE JAMES BYRD HIS GRANDPARENTS.

I've used Phillips, Upshaw, and Richard for services for my wife and my mother. Both times they were very caring and accommodating at my most difficult time.
