Friendly service? Maybe only from the owner guy. The servers are absolutely ride. They won't make eye contact with you nor will they greet you. You simply order and they drop off the food to your table. This is the first restaurant in years to leave with no tip. I never really complain about the service (read my reviews) but these guys take it to next level. The service was very consistent from entering in, sitting down, ordering food and paying at the cash register. I felt like an annoyance to them. That being said, food itself is not bad. Both the broth and the meat (pho) gets 4 stars from me. They weren't they best I had but decent. I like how brisket was thicker than most other places. I wish there were more meat tho especially when it is $10 for a pho. It would've gotten 4 stars but the service brought it down to 3.

Went to this place about 5 months ago and it was excellent. Went back again last month order the #15 which is the one I always get when I go there for lunch. Price went up ridiculously. The broth was Bland the amount of meat was less. The older man behind the counter was rude. I really didn't pay him any mind before when he seems to have been coming off rude. But this time he was snappy. I just wanted a couple of sides of the sauce to go. He gave me one very small portion cup and there was three orders. When I asked for a couple of more cups for the other orders. He mumbled under his breath couldn't understand what he said and gave me one more cup. Smh.. I was charged $12.95 a piece for 2 large Pho' Noodle. Price was $9.95 before. Maybe that was there summer time rates. Idk.. But I stop going there. Found a new spot.

Went here for lunch with my son. Even though the restaurant was pretty full, there was still street parking available which was very close by. We where greeted as soon as we walked in and seated promptly. The place is clean and bright. We ordered our food and they got our order to the table very quickly, which was actually very important on this day as we where in a time crunch. The food was very tasty. I'd tell you what we had but I ordered by number and would butcher the names of the dishes. Suffice it to say that we where very satisfied with the food. In summation, the food was good, the staff was friendly, the service was prompt, parking was easy and the prices are very reasonable!!

I used to eat here a lot before this location was temporarily closed during the pandemic, but not sure I'll be returning now that it has reopened. No physical menus available, so you have to scan the QR code at the table. However, that brings up a VERY basic website/online ordering menu that has absolutely NO descriptions of the various dishes offered. (This would also make it impossible for my parents to order as they don't use smartphones.) Since I couldn't peruse the menu in any meaningful way, I didn't waste any more of my time and went elsewhere to eat. Technology is NOT always the best answer to a problem.

I love Vietnamese food - the funky flavors, the hot, the sweet, I seem to physically crave them. I have tried it at restaurants all over the region, And Pho Cyclo is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. It's not just the complex, rich, bone simmered broth in the pho, or the spices and herbs for sparkling top notes, it is everything on the menu. Marinated grilled meats, even in the ban mI sandwiches on fresh crunchy rolls. Fresh veggies in the bun noodle dishes with the same grilled meats and shrimp. And the funky, sweet, fiery complex flavors are here in spades. Once you try a dish at Pho Cyclo it will seem flat and uninteresting at any other restaurant.

Ordered fresh rolls and Thai tea with Uber eats. I love fresh rolls and Thai tea and get it regularly, this is the first time I got them from here I was really disappointed. The rolls smelled like dirty dish water and the veggies inside (lettuce) was starting to brown. The peanut sauce was really thin and bland, like maybe they added water to try and make it last longer. The Thai tea was okay, on the bitter side but not terrible. I noticed it closed shortly after I placed my order, so maybe it was just because it was close to the end of the day? I don't think i'll be ordering from here again.

This is a reliable place for lunch. We usually order the chicken fresh rolls (two big ones for $3.50) and two small bowls of pho ($6.25) each. With tax and tip, this big lunch comes to about $20. The staff is efficient and pleasant. When you sit down, one of them shows up with menus and soon after water, tea, spoon, chopsticks, and napkin. Food service is prompt. We live in the neighborhood, and though there are more highly acclaimed Vietnamese restaurants in the city, we find no need to walk any farther than Pho Cyclo when we have a hankering for this cuisine.

A little hard to find on the down hill side of the wells fargo building, but basically on the 2nd floor. I find it easiest to enter off of Marion, and walk the ramp over to the restaurant. The restaurant decor is pretty minimal and functional, order at the counter, and they bring you the food. Rather small selection of food, but have Banh mi, Pho, Rice and Vermicelli noodle bowls. I have had the Banh Mi, pretty tasty. The Pho and Vermicelli noodle bowls are pretty darn good too.. Since I work close this is my to-go-to place for Pho/Vietnamese dishes.

I would have loved the same experiences as everyone else who’s visited this place . Unfortunately I saw a cockroach crawling on the table much to my dismay when I alerted a worker he wiped it off the table as if there was no problem... with that in mind I still gave them a chance the service was horrible waited almost 35 min for a chicken pho..( broth with chicken breast)what I really got was like luke warm water with processed chicken that tasted like rubber! ALL IN ALL WORST PHO IN SEATTLE... UNLESS U LIKE TO MINGLE WITH COCKROACHES!!!!!!

Oh man what a find! We stopped in for dinner before a concert at Showbox sodo. Service was quick and food was amazing! My husband got the bahn mi and I had the chicken stir fry. The sauce was kind of like teriyaki but less sweet and more spicy. The chicken was so so good and everything was super fresh, definitely recommend.

One of my favorite pho shops. The pho is absolutely delicious. They add ginger to the broth which gives it a nice extra zing. The downside of the restaurant is the staff. They forgot to bring the ordered appetizer and then tried to charge for it. Confusion ensued trying to get it off the bill. In the several times I've been here the staff has not been particularly welcoming. However, the pho brings back.

Got take away Pho and a sandwich and it was amazing! Next time definitely going to sit down because the atmosphere is really nice. Amazing service as well. Highly recommend!

This place gets packed during lunch time(s) not just because of the corporate businesses nearby, but because of the quick and friendly service. I've been here a couple of times, and a piece of advise is to be specific when ordering the lunch special, as you will get charged full price if ordering the same item(s) off the standard menu.

  • Donnie Alcorn

What happened to this place....it used to be really good. I had to move to a different table because the first one was sticky and it wasn't busy at All for it being lunch... the pho was mediocre at best egg rolls are dry.......what happened to this place. It used to be busy clean and good food....sorry I love pho but I can't come back

  • Clella Wheeler

Staff was kind and made sure I was taken care of. I got pho and it was really tasty I’ll definitely be going back.

This place is one of my favorite go-to spots for Pho downtown. Their broth is so flavorful and the service is really fast. The place is really popular though, so you may have to wait for a table, and you have to bus your own dishes, but the service is fast and prices are cheaper than other options nearby.

  • debra rodriguez

Had heard such great things so decided to go while my 3 sisters were visiting from out of town. What a home run!!! Food was outstanding, service was excellent, couldn't have been better!!! Down to the Maitre'de finding us across the street to give my sister her take home bag which she left at the table!!!

  • Kirk Maringer

Not a bad Pho place, been coming here for a few years now. The meat is much better than what you get at some of the other Pho places. As the popularity of Pho has increased, so has the pricing, though city of Seattle wages don’t help any! Lunch specials for $7.25 is a deal, but only Mon-Friday.

  • Kristie Cleveland

I live in Hawaii now and one of the things I miss most about Seattle: the pho. Delicious, quick, cheap. It's everything lunch should be! Pho Cyclo steps it up a notch- the space is adorable with its light up wall, the staff is always chatty and nice and the pho is the best I've ever had!

  • Zoraida Ingles

Typical Asian restaurant. The food is your standard Vietnamese fare. However they have a delicious mint lemonade drink that is very refreshing on a hot day. When it's packed the service is slow, but honestly sometimes they've forgotten a part of my order. All in all, Pho Cyclo is okay.

  • Aaron Uusitalo

Delicious chicken pho and spring rolls! Fast, friendly service at the height of the lunch rush, homey but very clean atmosphere, and quite reasonable prices. I've been to a lot of pho shops and this one rates super high. Also, a really cool painted mural in the dining area.

  • Cheryl Ross-Arnold

Veggies were not fresh enough. Broth just ok and service was subpar. I went in about an hour before closing so perhaps that had something to do with it. Young lady was more concerned about wiping tables, sweeping, closing. Never came back to check on us at all.

  • Timothy Anderson

Pretty good Banh Mi sandwiches here, the bread is a little too much but it's fresh and prepared well. Good place for pho too of course. You eat lunch here and then get out the door cause they get busy for lunch time. Say hi to the fish while your there.

  • Nicholaus Morris

Food is good, service is poor. Asked for a bahn mi sandwich for my kid and was told they only sell them to go, then they delivered every order to the wrong person. Top that off with being quite overpriced and I think a 3/5 stars is generous.

  • Brandon Collins

Great place to dine when in Seattle and you get a pho craving . I had the pho with Beef balls and steak there was no shortage on meat or noodles how ever the broth didn't quite taste as if it were made from scratch how ever it did the trick

  • Chris Barber

I eat at pho cyclo very often for lunch as it is close to my office. They are usually pretty quick even though they are always busy. The employees are usually friendly. The food is always good and at unbeatable prices in seattle.

  • D L

Amazing Pho, staff, and great Vietnamese fair. I try to make a stop once a week for lunch and I have never been disappointed. The ownership knows their clientele and never drops the ball in terms of service. Love Pho Cyclo

  • Ryan Dunn

Was excited to try this place so I called in an order for my coworker and I today, when it was time to pick it up, they didn't have it, had passed it on to other customers and didn't seem to care. Thumbs down.

One of the best chicken phos in town. The secret ingredient (it is to me anyway) they serve on the side puts it over the top. I can't speak on their other dishes since I haven't tried them.

  • Dana Wolf

I've been coming here for years. It's a staple in the SoDo neighborhood. Great food, reasonably priced, friendly staff. I'll keep coming back for these reasons and more.

This place is right across the street from my work, so i go here for lunch sometimes, but I always feel terrible after eating here... why? I am not entirely sure..

  • Alex Gillespie

No frills Phò place. Everything was good, but not amazing. The broth was a bit bland and the rare steak is cut very thick. Service was average but efficient.

  • Dave Madden

I work over by here and it's one of my go-to places. Been pretty consistently fast and good but you can have longer waits when they're slammed

  • Casey MI

I ordered rice dish to go and I got noodle instead. Noodle wasn’t that great. I’m so dissatisfied. I like their pho. The onion was uncooked.

  • Allen Wyse

Great quality Vietnamese entrees. Beyond great pho, love the lettuce wraps. Chunk of lettuce you peel to fill with chicken or tofu. Deelish

  • Craig Scanlan

It's pretty good. Nothing amazing and there are cheaper and better deals elsewhere, but if you're on Broadway on Capitol Hill, it'll do ya.

  • Jim Hansen

Best Pho I've had in the city. The broth is homemade and tastes like it has been cooked for as long as it takes to make really good broth.

  • Mark Craig-Davenport

Great food, fast service. If I had any complaints it would be additional napkins at the table. Super friendly though, and busy for lunch.

  • Leif Kirchoff

Curious why you publish you are open until 4, but locked your door at 2:50, even though the open sign was on.  Terrible customer service.

  • Jeff Levin

Nice and convenient. Food is good but not best in town. Lunch price creeps up pretty fast. Living off the Starbucks corporate crowd.

  • Steve Hirjak

Great Vietnamese food. Gets crowded at lunch. Super friendly staff but slow to take your check... Bring it up to the counter to pay.

  • Heather Skeehan

The bahn mi is a great cheap lunch. The pho is excellent. And the bun with pork and egg rolls is absolutely wonderful.

  • Joe Black

I live in Saigon. This is legit. Other than their large is what the whole family would share in Vietnam. Lol Murica!

  • Jess M.

Great little place for lunch, always busy, but super delicious! We love their pho and the charbroiled pork dishes.

  • Falcon Darkstar

Ginger sauce is shipped with the pho. It is delicious. Moreover, the lunch special (to go only) is a great deal.

  • Carl Springer

Quick food service, and larger than necessary portion sizes. Good food option in the south end of downtown.

  • Joshua Sneed

Pho, 10/10. Not pho, 3/11. Do recommend the soup, just go. Yes, it's that good. Stop reading, just go.

  • Jason Wallace

I just discovered how delicious pho can be. I've always liked pho a lot but now I'm going to crave it.

  • AK V

Got the number 9 at the Dexter location and they forgot my quail egg! Broth and meat were good.

  • Alvena Willis

Cheaply made. Not the best but I ate it. Leaves me looking for a better pho spot in the area.

  • PRATEEK GUPTA

Awesome food, helpful staff and great ambiance. Probably a good decent eatery in the area :D

  • Tim Schultz

great sandwiches and fast service. been coming down here for years and its always consistent
