Phoenix Rentals deserve 6 stars. When my car broke down and was sent for repairs, I called around the big name hire companies who didn't have availability or charged a huge rate. Through a Google search I found Phoenix, a local rental company in Rowville. Initially I was hesitant about renting a car through a small unknown business with a basic website, but after reading their good reviews on Google, I gave them a call. They answered the phone straight away and advised they could provide me with a quality vehicle immediately. They had absolutely flexible terms on hire duration (which was really valuable to me, as I didn't know when my vehicle would be repaired) and most importantly had an extremely competitive daily rate. I popped into their office without having confirmed the booking and was greeted by Keith, whose business it is, and Lynn - his longtime friend who had stopped in for a chat. Knowing the ropes, Lynn was able to step in to help Keith process my booking while he quickly readied the vehicle. The car was in great condition, clean and very comfortable. On the day I was supposed to return the rental, I was advised that the repairs were delayed on my car. Luckily I was able to extend my rental booking with only two hours notice. After arranging this and paying for the extra days, I received a surprise call from the garage to say my car was in fact ready for immediate collection. I called Keith at Phoenix and explained I didn't need to extend the booking after all, he was true to his word on flexibility, said no problem, and refunded me the unused time when I returned the rental. I would recommend Phoenix to anyone who needs a rental vehicle and would make it the first port of call. Thanks to Phoenix, a great company.

I had the most amazing experience of dealing with Steve at Phoenix car rentals, I was welcomed at his office and he was very courteous to offer me several car options with very competitive prices. I also met with Nadine who works with Steve and she finally did all the paper work so quickly that I was out in minutes. I have dealt with car companies before and you hardly get the service with a smile, it is all very transactional and loads of paper work. I would recommend Phoenix for their caring attitude and going above and beyond to make their customers happy. I would always go back there again and definitely recommend them as the best car rental company.

I've had a continuous ongoing rental through this company and its been nothing but amazing customer service and understanding of life's curve balls. Great service, good price. I was able to drop my car off 4 days early and received a refund when my own car was fixed early. Really nice people, stayed back after hours for me and even helped me carry my luggage across to my own car. Car was great too and available at short notice when my own car broke down.
