I am a new transplant to Phoenix. My husband and I moved her just over a year ago from Minnesota. We both used to belong to franchise massage services and we wanted to find massage services here in Phoenix. I am typically the guinea pig so I tried out a franchise massage business, and 2 independent businesses. PTM&B was by far the best for skilled therapists and we are both very satisfied with the massages we receive there on a regular basis. I have probably had every therapist that works there (just to experiment) and they are all great! Carl saw Susie for his first massage and has never wanted anyone else. That says a lot! All the therapist are caring individuals whose goal is to leave you feeling better than when you walked in. As someone else mentioned in their review, the "not so retail" space was a concern as a first impression, but after the massage, it was forgotten about. I highly recommend PTM&B!

I try to keep a fairly active routine while balancing being self employed. As such, things like pulled muscles and stressed joints can be pretty disruptive. I pulled a muscle in my neck at one point while visiting my family in Phoenix. Normally I'd try to ride it out; rarely do I book massages for myself (by the way, don't be me. Get massages regularly, love yourself ) However, this pain prompted me to search for a massage therapist, and man is it fortunate that I found Kelly. Very knowledgeable, wonderful presence, and the low-key yet professional atmosphere reflects her way to be. Her services were a great jumpstart to what was likely much more efficient healing.

I was so blown away by my massage today by Kelly! I have had Phoenix Therapeutic Massage saved in my "Want To Go" places for a while, and I am so glad I booked! Kelly was incredibly attentive, listened to my needs, and provided a beautifully well rounded experience! I can't wait to book my next session with her! Definitely the best massage I've receieved in my life (and I've had many!). I've been searching for a massage therapist for nearly 4 years since I moved to Phoenix, and I am glad to say I finally found mine! Highly recommend, and will be a repeat client guaranteed!

Kelly!!! I haven’t met someone so thorough and detailed. Been around the world and I’ve had many massages my whole life. Although i enjoy a good deep massage, she suggested i get some stretch work done. She was right!!! I needed it and it felt awesome after. I usually don’t like to get stuck with one massage therapist but I’m coming back to see her again very soon. I need to figure out a way to take her everywhere i go. Lol. Thank you so much kelly!!!! Ok so first of all I don't usually write reviews, for anything. I had to let the world know however that I've had one of THE best scrub/massage today w/Kelly. One of the most peaceful, relaxing massage experiences I've had. Kelly and Susie were very warm, hospitable, professional and beyond AMAZING at their jobs. My son and I had a lovely time and whenever in the area will visit Phoenix Therapeutics. Truly can't say enough about how we enjoyed our time there.

Today I received a massage from Brook. It was absolutely amazing. She has the perfect touch. I'm currently going to school to become a massage therapist so getting a massage was part of my assignment for the course so I didn't expect much. She totally delivered relaxation and an amazing massage with the hot hemilayan salt stones. Several hours later and I feel sooo relaxed. Thank you again, Brook! You are so awesome!

I wanted a massage while I was in Phoenix, and made my way to this business. Kelly was amazing! One of the best massages I've had, hands down. Customer service was excellent - very personable, and when she found out I was visiting town, she gave me a bunch of recommendations on places I've never been. Will definitely make my way back whenever I'm in Phoenix again. Highly recommend!

Kelly was absolutely amazing. I am a person who is always a little anxious with things like this, but she really did a great job of making me feel comfortable. Her knowledge and skill was very apparent. Physically I put my body through a lot on a daily bases and I dont remember the last time it has felt this great. I will 100% be a return customer.

If you are looking for a pre-natal massage you have to book here. The therapist Kelly has a method that makes it possible to lay face down while protecting your bump! I am 8 months pregnant and this was the most relief I've felt in months. loved every second <3

Kelly is a angel among us mortals. The whole time I couldn't tell if I was falling asleep or ascending into heaven. All jokes aside, it is clear she has spent years honing her craft and she is damn good at it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Amazing! Not only was the massage the perfect amount of pressure and they knew their stuff. They have extras like hot towels, super comfy tables and great blankets and sheets. I highly recommend.

The only place I go in Phoenix anymore. All of the therapists are excellent. Nice, heated beds. Warm towels, etc. No need to spend resort prices to get an amazing massage in a great atmosphere.
