This place is terrible when it comes to buying cars, don’t do it or your going to be in a big financial hole. My car check engine light has been a problem since I bought this car 3 and a half months ago. Already needs a whole new catalytic converter replacing that part is around 1,000 dollars not including the labor fees. I repeat save yourself the stress and don’t buy a car off this used lot. The car had a leak the first night I drove the car to work and that took forever for them to get it fixed. They don’t even own a tow truck that tells you a lot about the type of business they’re running. Second weekend my car 02 sensor blew out that took for ever to fix and they never try to give any paper work on the vehicle after they supposedly fix it sounds fishy already you think? So now I’m here sitting can’t drive my car because the transmission is on the verge of collapsing. My back taillight was missing lights I wrote an email about getting it replaced and they only response when I asked to fix it is it cost too much for them. So now I’ve been ignored after writing several emails. Do me a favor and do yourself a favor and turn away from this auto dealer they’re a straight scam. If you think drive time sucks wait until you get in business with these amateurs. Update June 5th 2021: total cost to repair everything including my back light ( as seen in the picture) $4,700 I repeat don’t shop with Tim and Sam they’re just there to make money not sell quality cars and the warranty they say they give you for 3 months is a lie I have paperwork of the warranty and dates I’ve taking the car to them to be repaired and the problem was never fixed just hidden. Update June 8th 2021: filled my complaint with the Better Business Bureau

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! SHADY SNAKES!!! Found out car was purchased from auction with rain and frame damage! Claimed it was clean. Please make sure your car is checked out before buying from az auto time. I have had multiple problems with this car and I haven’t even had the car a month yet. To start my Hyundai sonata had these following problems (AFTER PURCHASING): - front end was in an accident and it was covered up. -steering wheel was lose but they found out it was a recall. They acted like they did me a favor driving it to Hyundai for me. Yet refused to address the tire issue I brought up prior to taking it to Hyundai and said just deal with it yourself. - tire was poorly patched and now I have to spend $200 out of pocket to replace it, discount tire said it was not patchable anymore. Az auto times selling point was that the tires were run flats but the patch was poorly done. When I addressed how much a new tire would cost me, I was ignored. -coolant had a leak -both tail lights went out in the first month and now one of the front ones just went out today. All these problems should have been fixed prior to purchase. When they did the inspection prior to offering it for sale. The mechanic they have on duty is at least 70 plus years old. No wonder nothing was caught. Their customer service seemed insincere sometimes because you could tell it was only for a Good review. They literally asked me for a five star review multiple times but I can’t give a 5 star because this car has been nothing but a headache since I’ve had it.

So my wife and I quickly needed and upgraded sized vehicle since are smaller vehicle which was worth nothing stopped working. While at work my wife looked around many different shops. For some reason the shop kept coming back to us. Perhaps the prices. But the reviews have been incredible. And one of the only few shops it seems the owner response to the reviews. So we tried it out found the most perfect SUV for us at a price that simply did not make sense at first being so low. But after I spent time with the vehicle looked at it and understand that their business model is great cars for good prices we simply could not pass this up. Then paired with the incredible customer service of the three guys that I found working the front office was simply incredible. They want to make sure you are taken care of even way after the vehicle has been purchased from them. By the way they even included an additional 3 months warranty that is not required by law for these used car shops. They got online and paid the extended warranty right in front of me. All I can say is I can understand why all the five stars now and I'm happy to be part of that collection of reviews now. I thank them for the wonderful experience. Oh and by the way I had been to many many dealers throughout my years. No pressure and simple here.

Where do I even start!? Auto Time is the real deal. Yes they have great prices and great vehicles, but what sets them apart is the people you get to work with during your car buying process. They felt like family. No pushy or undercover motives, they just wanted us to be satisfied. I came in not knowing what to expect and hesitant to make any decisions on what car to buy my wife. I even went back and forth on different vehicles and expected that someone would be frustrated with me, but their team made me feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for. After two days of working the numbers and seeing what fit us, we walked away with a new-to-us Toyota Highlander and we are ecstatic! Never would I have thought that I would see us in this nice of a vehicle at this point in our lives. Sam is an amazing human and him and his brother in-law Eli was willing to go above and beyond to make this purchase special. Shout out to Sam and everyone over at Auto Time for coming through on my DREAM vehicle – the 2015 Infiniti QX80. Graphite Shadow outside. Black inside. 4 captains. Absolutely gorgeous. I looked for this thing all over Houston and found nothing this clean, this well-maintained and at such great terms. I had concerns going in, because I’d never purchased a vehicle REMOTELY. But those concerns were IMMEDIATELY laid to rest, once Sam and I discussed the process. On top of the immaculate vehicle, Sam went to great lengths to ensure the process went smoothly – from the financing arrangements (at a percentage less than HALF than BOTH of my personal banks offered), to the out-of-state delivery (I live in TX). Sam gave me a FaceTime tour of the outside and inside of the vehicle, pointing out all of the details, made sure my vehicle was picked up and delivered safely, and it even arrived a day early! Communication was flawless throughout, and all of my questions were totally answered. Look people! When I tell you that Sam is the truth, BELIEVE ME! Fair warning to all, my experience there was not good at all. I drove over 1 hr to get to the dealer, i was told if i went in they would work with me on a deal. I showed up and they tried to give me the exact same deal that was already on there website. Within 10 minutes of seeing the car i spotted alot of concerning details with the car, after i was told all my concerns were going to be addressed on the car, we met with sam to discuss financials. Me and Sam came to a conclusion on price and i informed him i was willing to pay for it cash. He told me he had to get approval from his manager and the only way to get that is if i gave him my credit card. That to me was very concerning and i told him i was not comfortable with that. He said he needed to show commitment from me to get it approved. Which i really dont understand how driving an hour and offering to pay for the total of the car isnt that. Needless to say i did not purchased the car and immediately left after he keep insisting he needed my credit card to proceed any further. Seemed really fishy to me. The whole experience felt like a scam to me.

Couldn't say anything less then what an amazing experience. I looked at a car there and decided to buy my next car from them. Because of my procrastination and unprepared to buy that day my car was sold to someone else . But like I said I will never buy a car anywhere else in the future. Their customer experience is more then you could possibly hope for Sam was my contact at auto time and so very accomidating and caring about customer experience. Everyone from owner...finance...sales...and even mechanics all so friendly. No one is pushy or bothers you you as you look at their great selection of cars in an enclosed showroom. But if you are interested In A test drive They are right on it. Can't say enough about what a great experience I had there mostly due to Sam. But again everyone is like family and were all very nice. Cars all go through an extensive checklist and detailed to look brand new. I didn't buy the car that day I looked at and regretted it because it was sold before I back there. I will definatly buy my next car there from Sam. Won't go through anyone again after that experience.

Was looking for a a car to replace my wife's old minivan. After days of online looking, contacting dealers and test drives I was pretty discouraged. I ran across Auto Time and had never heard of them before. They had a minivan that was clean and just what I was looking for. In fact, I noticed all their inventory was top notch. The price was very fair and the service was unmatched. I dealt with Sam and there was absolutely no pressure. He was honest with me over the phone and was true to his word when I came in for a test drive. No hidden fees, no gouging the customer. Just an good deal from an honest business. Even my 17 year old son who had been with me for other test drives from another dealer mentioned what a pleasant and genuine experience he had with Auto Time and working with Sam. I'm sold on Auto Time. They will be getting return business from me. It's refreshing to find business you can trust who puts their customers first.

So after 2 weeks of shopping around for minivans from every major dealer in Phoenix, I had enough. I was bitter and just plane tired of dealing with the bs dealers/dealerships were feeding me i just wanted to give up. Then i found a minivan I liked for a really good price online at Autotime, a place I've never heard of. The customer service I received from Sam and his team was unbelievably unmatched. They were absolutely transparent and honest with everything and to be honest I was shocked by how genuine and down to earth they were. No bs fees, no trying to be my best friend to make a sale, just straight up and to the point. They even managed to get me approved at a rate significantly lower than the bank i currently have a car loan through! I've bought many cars and have never and I mean never been so impressed by a dealer. Check em out, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Spent a bit of time helping my elderly parents find a car. It’s a stressful event for people their age and when we found what they were looking for at Auto Time they were a little hesitant because AT wasn’t a “Mega Dealership”. After our experience, I’d call them a “boutique” dealership except, instead of pretentiousness, you get down-home kindness and honesty. They treated my parents with genuine warmness, were sure to speak loudly so my folks could hear, and were patient with the many questions asked. To top it off, the quality of their used vehicles was top notch and their pricing was awesome. When my folks decided to pull the trigger, the paperwork was quick and the only wait was while AT topped the tank off with gas before driving off of the lot! A pleasant experience any way you cut it. Sam is a very personable and engaged salesperson. I've never had to prequalify for a car before I test drove it, but I guess that keeps people's time from being wasted. That was really the only thing that was kind of different to me. I had an issue with the car that I reported the day after the sale. Sam took the car back in right away and had it fixed immediately. I have to say this was a pleasant surprise because I really wasn't in the mood to be jacked around about the situation. There was no jacking...they just fixed it. They had it fixed so fast that I wasn't even ready to pick it up because I had left on vacation. They held the car for me until I could have someone pick it up for me. I will say it was a great experience. I think the dealership has a very nice selection of cars as well.

I usually don't bother leaving reviews, but I had a great car buying experience with these Roman and his staff. They were completely transparent about the vehicle I was looking at. There was no pressure to buy, simply offered what they had. What really sold me was their finance person, Tim did his best to get the best rate possible. I actually found a slightly better rate with a credit union (-.2%), but decided to keep the business in house with them. Because I did so, they matched the APR which was not warranted but definitely appreciated. No hassles, just straight to the point. I'd recommend them if you're in the market for a new (used) car. Also, it didn’t take all day. Maybe a total of 1-1/2-2 hrs. I knew what I wanted and they helped me get it.

Definitely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! As soon as I got there Mike welcomed me in and we got right to it. He asked me a few questions then he let me test drive some cars. He was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He also didn’t pressure me at all like the salesman at Nissan pinnacle I visited a day prior. I bought a 2020 Nissan Altima there at Autotime for $7000 less than at Nissan pinnacle plus I got to keep my current car! Guys don’t go to big name dealerships, go to these little mom and pop owned business. You’ll get a way better deal, no hidden fees, and you won’t feel pressured at all. They have a very wide selection in cars as well, I’ll definitely be coming back and referring family/friends here.

Blow away by Sam's professionalism and friendly demeanor! NO PRESSURE sales! The cars here sell themselves. Quality vehicles for great prices. I'm very very pleased with the SUV I purchased, beautiful vehicle. Runs great! The car buying waters can be quite dark and choppy, but not at this establishment, it was nothing but smooth sailing. I was pleasantly surprised by the 3000mile warranty driving off the lot. All cars have CARFAX reports. They are very transparent and listen to what the customer wants and do their absolute best to match you with the right vehicle. I would say my experience was good. I literally saw the car I wanted talked to Sam about a good price, he wasn't able to give me what I asked for but he still brought it down some to what he could in which I knew the 2014 vw passat tdi was already priced about right, he still did brought it down some to earn my business which I appreciated his efforts, paid em cash, got my car and he even assured me if I have any issues with it just to come on back and they'll help me out. He had a very courteous attitude towards me and I believe him when he said if I have any issues to bring it back. I don't think I'll have any issues with the car but it's good to know he offered a helping hand if problems were to occur.

Roman and Eli are very honest and accommodating. I saw the car online and Eli went out of his way to describe the condition in detail and I trusted him enough to commit to purchase over the phone. After that, Eli suggested I FaceTime with him to see the car. He was very detailed in showing blemishes. I flew out from California to pick up the car and there was a slight complication that they couldn’t have foreseen. They offered multiple solutions and let me decide what I wanted to do. I highly recommend them for their customer service and their honesty. If you’re looking for a vehicle, give them a chance. In a works of questionable car salesmen, these guys stand out as some of the good guys.

About mid-afternoon I found a used car I was interested in on their website and submitted the request form. My request was forwarded to a sales rep Sam that was scheduled to have the next Day off. His boss max reached out on the first day but when I returned the call about 30 minutes later he wasn't available and he didn't return my call the remainder of the day. On the second day I didn't hear from anyone so I started looking for another car. When the sam finally returned to work, I had purchased something else. I can't understand why they'd pass an inquiry to someone who's scheduled to take the day off and not provide him any support.. but I imagine they simply didn't want the business.

Sam and Eli were both incredible! I have always dreaded the car buying experience and decided to try Auto Time this time around. I ended up buying the first car I test drove this buying process. Sam made everything very easy to comprehend and the process was quick and smooth. One thing I did notice was we all thought the back up camera just needed a good deep clean but it turned out it needed to be replaced and Sam ordered it for me and offered to ship it to my house at no cost to me. They also gave me a great trade in amount! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for their next car! 10/10!! These guys are great and keep their word!

This place was the BEST! Got a great condition 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport, financed with an amazing interest rate. All handled within 2.5-3 hours of walking onto their lot. Sam the salesman we worked with was very friendly, relaxed and no pressure. Tim the finance manager understood our parameters for a monthly payment and was able to find something else on their lot when the 1st one looked at was a little higher then we wanted to be. They let us guide them to what we wanted and did not push or pressure us into anything that we didn't. Top notch experience, very nice little hidden gem of a used car dealer!

I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from Auto Time, but I had a great experience with them. They were not pushy, they worked with my financing options and were super attentive to my concerns. Sam was awesome and made sure to secure the vehicle I was interested in. They were also very understanding when I ended up going with a different vehicle at a different dealership. Bought a used 2008 Infiniti M35S from Auto Time with super low mileage- around 55K miles. The interior and exterior of the vehicle was in excellent condition and the car's engine was well maintained. The whole buying process was hassle free. Didn't need to haggle, as the price was definitely around what I was willing to spend (especially for all the bells and whistle that are included with the sports package) Overall great experience for getting a vehicle I love --and even named :D Highly recommended!

Sam and Eli were AMAZING! My Dad and I drove 4 days from DC to move me into a new apt in PHX and where do we go first? To visit Sam and pick up the perfect used truck! Been looking for a car for a while and went to multiple different dealerships. When I walked into Auto Time, Mike made me feel so welcomed. Sam came out to help me and from the second I walked in, I felt at home. They were so amazing and helped me pick the perfect car for the perfect price. I recommend everyone to buy from Auto Time. The whole team is awesome and I am Definitely sending my friends and family there to buy their cars.

Sam was extremely helpful and not pushy. He worked within all of my financial constraints to find the right mini van for me. Overall, I'm very grateful for these guys and my experience there. Something to note; they have some of the lowest prices around in part because they work to get the lowest trade-in value. I traded my car to them and had to push back a bit to get a trade-in price that would have been similar to other dealers.

Would rate it 10 stars if i could. I was unable to purchase a car due to some medical bs but even though i was unable to purchase, Sam was the absolute best with customer service. He made sure he got me the cheapest deal on the car at the best rate possible before finding out i couldnt purchase the vehicle. Also provided proof of a full inspection and detail of the car. Will be going back when everything on my end is figured out.

I highly recommend visiting Sam at Auto Time if you're looking to buy preowned. I went with my daughter and grandson to see a car he was interested in. These people are not used car salesmen: they are salesmen who sell used cars and I can recommend them without hesitation. They stand behind what they sell and when they say they'll take care of it, they really do. Sam answered all my questions and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. It's almost too bad I like the car so much I won't be needing another for a while. When I do, this is where I will be headed.

Mike showed me the car and test drove it with me. I wasn’t ready to buy it that day. No pressure from him or anyone and I left. I looked at other places and the cars I looked at were not right and the other places tried to sell me cars I didn’t want. I found that the price here was more than fair and came back Sunday morning and bought the car. Sam made the whole process extremely easy and painless.

Right after I bought the vehicle, one of the tires went flat. They immediately attempted to fix the tire and ultimately replaced it for me for free. We found Auto Time in Phoenix, Arizona and had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle for our family. The seller was very helpful, and when we noticed details in the cleaning in-between the seats they offered an additional detail car wash of the vehicle. The process was very quick and easy and they even waited for us past closing time to help us get our documents coming from Tucson, Arizona.

Bought a 2015 Fiat 500L Urbana in stick shift, one rare car to find. It was in basically showroom condition even though it was 5 years old. Staff was very friendly and didn't feel intimidating.
