Let's take the one star disgruntled patient's review at its face value. That person has complained about multiple providers and as one review states "for 4 years". This is a practice that acts as Central Station for multiple independent providers who do housecalls. PS recommends patients to the providers and the medical providers decide whether they will follow and when. It is very difficult to find doctors and mid levels who do housecalls, it is a service in high demand and providers are swamped. BE PATIENT. I command PS for trying to help as many homebound patients as they do.
