Merisa is a miracle-worker! I went to her 2 weeks post partum with the most excruciating back pain - so bad I struggled to walk, and picking up my baby was impossible. After just 3 sessions in under 2 weeks, Merisa had successfully got my back to a point where I had almost no pain. She also set up an exercise program for me that was effective but manageable, and that I could do while my newborn napped.
