I don’t typically leave reviews, but when a place does as good as Picture This does I feel obligated. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Excellent service from start to finish. I didn’t even know where to start when taking in a picture to get framed for my wife. We talked about where this was going in the house, what style we decorated in and everything was even helpful when I brought a few pictures of our home. When went through tons of options and in the end I could not have been happier. It turned out just perfect and my wife loves it! They also got it done just in time for Christmas, which was a tight window. If you are having any debates about where to go for your framing needs…. stop right now and choose Picture This. You will definitely not be disappointed.

Excellent! Premiere service with top notch fabrication. The pieces that I had framed here were done to perfection. And the quality of the customer service was fantastic. Everyone was extremely thoughtful, kind and friendly., not to mention patient. They obviously really care about what they do. I myself was in the industry for almost 20 years and I can say without reservation that this team is among the best. Kudos!!! PS this business is under new ownership which predates the negative reviews.

An old mirror of mine, hand painted by my grandmother, fell off of my wall. The hangers basically fell apart and frame broke. “Picture This” was so kind and understanding. The mirror didn’t have much value, but they understood how much it meant to me. They we’re able to repair both the frame and secure a new hanger. I’m so grateful to be able to keep this family heirloom on my wall.

This place and staff is great! I brought Christmas cards from my son and grands in along with my 8 yr. Old granddaughter's Origami and a note from my son. All hand written!!! They have an excellent eye for color and arrangement. If you have been hesitant to try them don't be! And they care unique items from local artists. Including local authors! Go and enjoy!

I had two picture box frames that needed to be repaired. The people at Picture This offered me great solutions and suggestions and the repairs turned out to be better than the original framing. Not only do they provide excellent, professional customer service but the shop also has art, jewelry, and pottery by local artisans. This shop is a truly great find!

I had an unusual item that I wanted framed and they did an excellent job. I collect knives and anyone who has this hobby knows there are some knifes you buy for function and some for their aesthetics. The frame they put together was in itself a work of art. I now have this exquisite piece to admire when I come home each day. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Picture This provided excellent customer service. They took quality time with me when selecting frames, matting etc for my daughter’s senior portrait. Such a beautiful variety of arts in this gem of a shop that I just happened to see when I was at a business next door. The pottery, glass, paintings and prints, plus framing , plus so many other items. What a nice surprise for me. I went on to get a couple of prints framed and they look great.

I needed several things framed for a professional office. The staff did an excellent job of picking mattings and frames that really drew from the colors of the certificates, diplomas, and pictures. A lay person would have never known all these options. Great work and a nice staff.

Laura was absolutely excellent to work with and her crew did an amazing job. Laura helped me source and frame art for a new office building and we could not be happier with the results. They also have a great store front with local art and a good gift selection.

Easy to work with, give sound framing advice, and offer very reasonable prices. My go to when I need framing work! They also make high resolution prints of my artwork, as well as have several pieces of my art on their gallery wall in a dedicated space!
