I had previously used corporate places like CVS & Walgreens. But after repeatedly dealing with poor service I went looking for another pharmacy & found Pikes. I like that they are a local family business. I have always been pleased with their service. On my last Doctor's office visit when the Dr. asked if I was updating any info I told her that I wanted to switch to Pikes as my default pharmacy. She smiled & told me that she really liked Pikes a lot. I felt that was a great compliment to them. I have a close friend who also uses Pikes & he has always been pleased & recommended them to me..

Is just called this place for a price and they tell me that they don't quote prices of "controlled" substances over the phone. Well, I hate to tell them, that they lost my business for just about anything. How is it that they think they can be competitive if they refuse to tell someone what it is going to cost? I like the idea of a personal experience, but if this is any indication of their policies and practices, then be warned....the personal experience at Pike's is likely to be one you don't want to remember.

I had been going to pike's since 1990's and i went there after my eye surgery and my eye doctor gave me my glasses to wear so i went to pikes to buy some items it was a white older lady in front of me with the same kind of glasses they buzz her in. When it got to me they lock the door and told me to take mine off before i can come inside. My wife called and told them what happened. I will never go there again have done bussiness for that many years to get treated like that.

i just have to give back in some way, so here's a review. i recently moved to the next county, and when calling about a refill Jennifer explained that the current shortage of my med is so bad, they're earmarking doses for regular clients! because of this, pike's still has my business despite being 45+ minutes drive away from me now. this is a great example of my experience with pike's staff. absolute lifesavers, thank you all for what you do! <3

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They don't deserve one star! Pike's Pharmacy merged my husband's information with another man with the same name, without verifying the other man's address or insurance information. Delayed my husband in getting his DOT physical. When we tried to talk to the pharmacist at Pike's they would not even listen, stooped as low as calling us names and hung up on us.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable Pharmacist, on how things work. And go out of their way to acomadat clients. Old-school pharmacy, while you wait you may peruse some of the early equipment used way back when pharmacys started, amazing to view. Walk through history.

My first visit was a while back to get some Sweets Elderberry Syrup and it was a good experience. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They have all kinds of old school remedies to the left of the register. I try to stick to those vs prescriptions whenever possible.

Y’all not only is this place a mom and pop kind of shop. But these folks are professional, kind and go to great lengths to keep you safe if you have multiple doctors prescribing meds. I’ve been with them over twenty years and I will never go to any other pharmacy.

I've only been here a handful of times but they're always knowledgeable and helpful when I'm feeling under the weather. If you live in the Midwood/Country Club area, this place is way less stressful to visit than the CVS on Pecan.

Pike's Pharmacy is the best pharmacy ever. This is a family business offering excellent customer service. It is terrific to be greeted by name when you walk in the door. I highly recommend this pharmacy to all of Charlotte!
