I had a Brazilian blowout treatment. I am pretty sure it was not done by one of hairstylists/colourists because this person did not know what she was doing. Hairstylists know that you should start brushing hair towards the bottom and this person kept brushing it towards the top, and apologising that she was yanking my head because of the product. She almost burnt me several times and said it was because she has to get very close to the scalp with the blow dryer and straightener. Sure, you need to get close but not to the point of burning my scalp or having the straightener touch my ear. When she gave me the aftercare instructions, she gave me ones for a keratin treatment, which are quite different, and this confused me so I asked what treatment I received to make sure it was indeed a Brazilian blowout. She had to ask another employee what treatment she had just done! Furthermore, my hair was so oily for a couple of months afterwards because she didn't washout the product enough before sealing it. I had to actually wash it more often than I usually do; it never felt clean and would get very greasy quickly. So, yes, I am sure I did not have a qualified person perform the Brazilian blowout and that's not okay.

I have really struggled to find a hair salon that can manage my hair (I have long thick wavy hair, so not the easiest to cut) and it's been a problem for over a year now. After several failed attempts elsewhere, I gave pink hair and beauty a go and I am so pleased I did! The online check in service was clear and easy to use, providing accurate pricing and time (it would take to complete) based on type of service and length of hair. I went for an early evening appointment and prepaid. On the day I turned up and was greeted by Oana, who was lovely. She was friendly and professional and knew exactly how to deal with my hair, which instantly put me at ease. Just over an hour later I left with a great hair cut and a new salon I can call my local.

Great stylists. Happy I finally found a place to do my regular color and haircut. After moving here from US, and trying few places in the area, I think I found my salon. Oana was excellent at picking the right color, offered advice, didn't feel rushed, same as customer service in US, hard to find it here seems like

A lovely blonde lady did my hair for prom, she did an amazing job and she was really kind. She gave me water when I was feeling thirsty and she complimented my hair throughout the service. She also took amazing care of my hair and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to get their hair done.

Excellent haircut nd hairstyling as well as eyebrows shaping! The girls from the salon are lovely, use the best products from Nashi for my dry hair. Not to mention the salon is near the train station and has parking space nearby

To make it short, my best experience in a salon in London I have been. The kind of care and attention and extra time which was spent on my crazy hair to make it look beautiful blow my mind. 1000% recommendation

Wow what a rude lady. Turned up and salon wasn’t open - no surprise. I accept rules of patch testing but learn some customer skills and your salon might be busy.
