I have been living in Alberta for one year and it is very very difficult to find a family doctor. I have 5 children and am a single mom. I made an appointment for 9 am and they had me juggling around I was confused as to which day I was to come in. I knew it was Friday morning at 9 so I figured I would just go. Thursday night I got so so so so sick I couldn’t move from around the toilet and am still currently in my bed. I asked my sister to take the kids because I just could t move and because of that they were late between getting kids ready for school and the appointment and me being sick. She went only to be told that because I was not able to access my phone while throwing up to call them and advice of them being late that the doctors has decided they do want to take on my family for wasting their time! Dr. Bilal Ahmed I’m still without a doctor In Calgary for who knows now and my son needs special needs testing my 2 year old is past her shots and this doc states that me being sick is not a good enough reason to waste their time when I couldn’t even get up off my bathroom floor Thank you for not caring about your potential patients over your time Dr. Bilal Ahmed

I called a week ago to have my daughter scheduled for a check up this week with our family Dr and receptionist told me that my daughter doesn't have a record and I told her how could that be when way back in the previous clinic she had been checked, we all have been checked. Receptionist told me we'll it usually got transferred but there's none but I'll put her in Wednesday 2:45pm pending approval from the doctor and with the assurance they'll call me back. Come Wednesday, no follow up calls with me trying to arrange my work schedule to fit for my daughters medical needs. Called them and they told me they found my daughters record but she wasn't in the schedule for today and it's fully booked! So disappointed and receptionist told me again that they'll call me back anytime today to ask my Dr if she could see my daughter, guess what they are close now, no calls, no follow up! Seriously?! Thanks for a one of a kind service!

Fantastic clinic to have a family physician. Such a wife range of doctors to choose from. Front desk is busy but always friendly, nurses are really awesome at greeting you, taking you to your waiting room and making sure you're comfortable. Never a long wait before the Doctor arrives. Dr.Randeeva is my favorite doctor I have dealt with in my 35 years. He is very compassionate, patient and obviously intelligent. He is not one to quickly dispense prescription pills, he would much rather find another solution, and I highly respect that. I was amazed that a schooled physician would speak with me about certain aspects of naturopathy healing and some ways I should explore certain things to address Gastrointestinal distress. Overall, fantastic experiences at Pinnacle Walden.

I have known Dr. Naoom for more than ten years and I respect and embrace her compassion and knowledge. I am grateful that she cares deeply about her patients. Thank you Dr. Naoom! My problem is with the office staff! Early December, 2023, I made an appointment to see Dr. Naoom for a physical check-up on January 2, 2024 at 9 AM. Nobody bothered to remind me about the appointment (standard procedures from my dentist and physical therapist), either through e-mail or home phone. Someone could have contacted me at 8:45 AM this morning because I live only 5 minutes from the clinic. I thought the appointment would be at 9:30 AM. To the office staff: your help, cooperation, and communication would be sincerely appreciated if you had taken just one minute to contact me!

I have a great relationship with my Dr. and I never have to wait very long when I've made an appointment. Every issue I've ever had has been resolved. I'm generally able to get in the next day or within two days if it's a more urgent matter. Everyone is very friendly and prompt when I visit. One annoyance is looking on the website for hours to book an appointment and the website instructs to call the clinic for hours, but the automated message after hours doesn't say the hours of the clinic. The latest appointment I seem to be able to book during the week is 2:00 PM but google says they are open till 4:30 PM and the automated message (during business hours) says they are open till 4:00 PM. It's a bit confusing. All in all a good experience.

After my F/P of over 15years retired and despite being with this hamptons clinic from the begining I was told very " unceremoniously" that cannot book an appointment with another physician at this clinic and should go elsewhere. This is not only very disappointing but more importantly lack of respect and totally unprofessional. They had time to anticipate this retirement and find a replacement even before covid hit. (The Physician that retired was long before past retirment age so don't think was a surprise that eventually he did). Hope others take note. P.S. do not want to be contacted by this clinic.

Dr. Oosman us AMAZING, I've seen him for 15 years and I'll mourn then day when he retires! Actually, all the doctors here are really great, but the clinic is poorly run...wait times are long; even with an appointment you usually have to wait a long time. They are also hard to get a hold of over the phone...they don't answer and you end up stuck in a loop of automated messages that never seems to lead to speaking to an actual person. The doctors are worth the hassle though, and they are part of the primary care network, which is helpful when you need after-hours attention.

My family has been with Dr. Tao for years, and she is always so nice. My mom felt dizzy last week and we got appointment booked right away. When Dr. Tao checked with my mom, she was so patient to ask the questions, test the balance in different ways, exam the ears etc. and the most amazing part is she was listening to my mom the whole time. Our appointment ran way longer than normal. We got clear explanation on what might cause the dizziness and what tests my mom will need to get. I feel so lucky and grateful to have a family doctor like Dr. Rannie Tao.

Tried to book in to see a GP here as I JUST moved to Calgary. Booked no problem. They call me back a day later telling me that they were transferring charts from a walk in clinic and that I didn't need a meet and greet as I had already met the doctor at a walk in clinic. I had never met this doctor or ever been to a walk in clinic in Calgary. I told them this and they brushed it off. I got concerned as they had me confused with another patient. With how easily they dismissed this it threw up huge red flags for me, as I work in a clinic myself.

I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room where I heard the receptionist tell someone on the phone that my Dr. was retiring. Nice way to find this out. Then I waited an additional 45 minutes in the exam room when I finally admitted defeat and left without actually seeing the locum Dr. I was suppose to see. I have always waited at least 45 minutes for appointments here but an hour and a half was my limit! I won't be back to this location. I have wasted too much of my life sitting in the waiting room.

Find another doctor. My doctor from Pinnacle Hamptons retired. Nobody could be bothered to let patients know, nor are they interested in refilling Rx or providing alternate solutions in the interim. Their attitude is pretty much get lost - you don't have a doctor anymore and Pinnacle could not possibly care less!

Excellent doctors here. When i could not get into see my Dr. there was always an option to see another. Wait times vary like most offices and yes sometimes longer. But worth the wait here. Very thorough and they listen to every concern. Thank you to this amazing team during covid they all need our support.

I call on behalf of my mom sometimes (I’m not a patient there) and all I can say is reception is really bad. Why am I on hold for an hour just waiting to talk to a receptionist? Would be extremely helpful if I could at least leave a voice mail so they can call me back

Dr Naoom is nice and all but waiting an hour?? my appointment was at 11.15 and i showed up on time, didnt see her until 12.05 and this lateness wasnt even acknowledged. i understand there is a high volume of patients but i dont appreciate others disrespecting my time

Center service is similar to other medical centers, adequate 3 starts. Dr. Naoom has been my family doctor for over 4 years. She is professional, responsive, curtious and demonstrates geniune care. She is a 5 out 5 stars. Rated the center 4 stars due to Dr. Naoom.

My entire family is at this practice. Dr. Kennedy is really excellent and I am very thankful for her. The clinical staff are also nice and the facility is well lit and clean. The administrative staff members are more genial in person than they are over the phone.

Dr.Stevenson has been my doctor since I was born and now she is my daughters doctor as well! She feels like family and I love coming in to see her. Yes the waiting is lengthy but when you're a great doctor you have alot of patients to see. What can ya do?!

I am so happy I found Dr Tao and Robyn at Pinnacle Health. They are both excellent, as is the nursing and front end staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful and I am so thankful at how quickly I can get in to see my doctor.

Great clinic! My personal doctor Dr.Kennedy is here and she is AMAZING! If you don’t want to wait a long time like others I’ve said MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes to see the doctor.

They do not call if there is an issue with paperwork that needs to be changed. You must call them and then they will inform you that there is information missing so they did not send it away.
