My first order was on Oct. 1, 2020 at 5:00pm for my dad's birthday meal at work. I have it ordered via Deliver-Eats since their online ordering website does not work (still does not work right now). I got the online deal, 4XL pizza with 2 toppings your choice, for 47 CAD having it ordered the day prior so the staffs have time to prepare for it. Oct 1st came and I checked the tracking but it does not work. At 4:30 pm, I called the branch to confirm the order since I'm getting anxious already thinking since there's no tracking the order didn't go through but we're already charged. I got into the phone and the lady helping me is very nice and patient. Order was confirmed and ready to go. I texted my dad to confirm if they got the pizza alright and yes they did. They're happy so I didn't mind the anxiety of the first order experience. Today, Oct 15, 2020. At 11 AM, my dad asked me to order again the same set to deliver at 5:15 PM. I placed the order, didn't look at the tracking because it's useless. 2:00 PM came and the order we placed is still pending, didn't receive any confirmation email at all. I contacted them for confirmation. It took some time for the lady to confirm the order but it's there. She apologized for the inconvenience which I don't mind as long as we'll get the pizza then. Right after the call, we received the confirmation email. All good. I'm happy. After 5 or 6 minutes, my dad received a call. They have the pizza deliver to the workplace already! I'm so very disappointed. The delivery time is supposed to be 5:15 PM. They took the pizza back and will have it deliver again later at 5:15 PM. Here's to hoping it's still hot and fresh pizza but I doubt it... Poor service and lack attention to details. The problem might be from Deliver-Eats because it's their app but Pizza Hotline is using their service. They chose to partner with them and this didn't only happen once to me. Didn't I mentioned Pizza Hotline's website for online ordering is not working? Yeah... I'm not happy with the service.

My relatives and I have been ordering from pizza Hotline for more than 20 years. And they always came in pretty handy when it came to big family get togethers because of the good price and taste. I had no complaints when I lived in the maples but since I moved into fort Richmond area I have nothing but problems with the customer service and it’s all due to language barriers at the pembina Killarney location. And customers always right does not apply to these guys. What happened was my family I were coming back from swimming and we’re to tired to cook so we decided to drop by and pick up some pizza. I went in told the guy my order and I said to wait for me I have confirm with my wife outside in the car. My wife said everything is fine except instead of spinach get banana peppers. Ok I go inside now there is a different guy on the till taking orders and I told him of the change and this guy didn’t really speak English and was confused so the guy who took my order before told him in Cantonese which order it was I told them of the change at least 4 times and thought they got it. So when I got to the car I saw spinach on there. My wife went and explained we did not want spinach and the guy did not understand he said it is spinach and then when he finally got it he said with an attitude it will be another half hour. So we took the refund and left and placed a complain when we got home and all they gave was a $5 credit for next time. $5 for all that waiting waste of time and for hungry and disappointed children. Don’t know if I’ll even use the $5 credit or even deal with these guys ever again it’s happened so many times before but today it was a major let down. Next time Gotta go with good ole Dominos

Wow. I ordered four pizzas yesterday. I gave special instructions for thr pizza to be delivered at 5pm. It was my daughter's birthday. The pizza came right on time and the delivery guy was polite. When all my daughters guest started to eat they said the pizzas we all dry. I inspected the four pizza and found that none of them has any sauce. One of the pizzas ordered was a bbq sauce and bbq chicken and onions. No bbq sauce,and no pizza sauce on any. The other topping were ok but also tasted dry. Luckily my wife thought fast and added sauce and rebaked a couple of them. Will never order from here again. Threre debit machine forces you to fork out a 20% tip.

So I look online for a simple Menu and tge website is so glitchy and doesnt work properly at all. I finally find a flyer thats apparently 4 years old but its the only menu they have for the public online......so I call make a querey about A deal....they confirm its pick up only....so I go to the Store just to get questioned and find out its years old and not honoured. FIX YOUR INFORMATION AND Hire English canadian workers !!!!!! stop dicriminating

So we were there few weeks ago, and I happened to see this so I snapped it on my phone. And I actually said to the worker , that you never gave me a receipt, he laughed and said yes I said no and he then gave it to me just then !! Wanted to phone and complain but been super busy and never had the chance, but my order should if been FREE if course ✓ Right do be sure if you don't receive the receipt then make sure it's FREE for you.

At least the overall taste is good. This location in particular doesn't seem to understand sauce expectations. If you want a normal amount of sauce, you need to order extra sauce. If you want extra sauce, order from somewhere else. This is a constant complaint I have with this location. And now they have someone who failed shapes in kindergarten! Look at attached pictures for what they think it means to cut into squares

Very poor customer service. Found a hair in my pizza and called to tell them about it, so they sent out another guy and said no can’t give you the pizza. And then started yelling at us saying he will not give us the pizza. And got in my friends face. On hold for about 10 mins. Not very happy. 0/10. Wings were cold and were all fatty, they did not look cooked.

Last order was cold upon delivery. Was told 20 mins for delivery called at 50 min mark and was told it was on way. Live 2km at most away from locatio and it still tool 25 mins to get here. Drive said he just oicked up 5 mins earlier. Called to get answers why and was given a bunch of excuses and left us wondering if they really cared about customer service

The lady didn't want to bother with my order, so she lied and told me the store was closed at 1AM on a Saturday, despite what the official website said, that I checked before going, and even despite what the "open," sign that she was standing next to, with store-hours printed on it, said.

Went for a 10:30pm pizza. The door was already locked so I tried to make eye contact with them to kind of let them know that the 3 pizzas waiting on the counter were mine but it didn't clue in till I repeatedly knock in the glass so they would come take my money and give me the za!

Ordered and paid for extra vegan cheese on the pizza, there was barely any cheese or sauce on it. The driver was rude and would not come to the apartment to deliver. Very unhappy that I spent so much on pizza and there was barely anything on it.

Regular price of 1 small pizza with 2 toppings is 7.99 and no drinks and in student offer same pizza it says 55% off but got charged same and just got 2 drinks free. So, 7.99 for 2 cans And and and taste of pizza is bad “bad”

Prices are cheap but it shows. Got a 4 topping pizza the other day. I've seen more toppings on a delicio pizza. It's like being told you're going camping in a forest only to have a tree popup every mile.

FANTASTIC thin crust pizza, lots of cheese & toppings. The girl working cash doing double duty making pizza is outstanding - a real pleasure. Cloutier Auto Service down the street gives 2 thumbs up!

Horrible tasting pizza. It basically tastes like cheese melted on cardboard. Tried from them a few times but was always disappointed in the food and customer service and realise its a lost cause.

Its actually better than Pizza Pizza and dominos, its cheaper than other places but still upholds the taste. Their sauce is the best in town....OH MARONE! Tip- get the thin crust, ALWAYS

The manager is very calm and perlite but the asian girl, she is very aggressive and doesn't know how to talk to customer, from now I wont go to this location or recommend it

I've never gotten a pizza here that was good. Order from the cordon location. I walk in for pick up and no one is even in the store. Everyone was hiding in the back...

Good service and price.point for what you get. Worth a visit for the quick service. I have other favs in town but PH never fails in a pinch or large party time!

Ended up getting a sick stomach after eating a few slices from here. Ordered last night, it's not food poisoning but the pizza is way too greasy.

They gave me regular crust when I wanted thin and he couldn't understand me. Can you please hire someone who can understand the customers.

The Best Cheap Pizza. Price is really good for the pizzas. The topping are fresh and delivery is pretty fast as well. Keep it up.
