My family ordered 5 pizzas and wings totally approximately 180 dollars worth of food to be delivered. Upon delivery, it appeared that the entire order has been dropped on the floor. All the pizza's were smushed and deformed. Upon calling for a refund, I was refused and all that they were willing to provide was a credit for the future. Really think about whether you order from Pizza Hut Greely. Update - money was refunded after a long battle with the store manager. It took well over 1 hour on the phone. Initially only willing to offer future credit and not a refund of the actual order.

Wow! We were so excited to have an Pizza Hut in the area but it was just amazing. Not only was the pizza delivered in 30min (when I saw 25-35min I laughed because usually everywhere else is 40-1hr), all of the food was hot. We also got breadsticks and that giant cookie Very impressed with the freshness, price, and speed of it all. Will certainly be ordering here again ! ------ It's been three months since the above feedback and I just had to come back and add to it. Every single time we've ordered from here, it's been amazing. I'm shocked and pleased of how consistently awesome this location has been. Great staff, great food, fastest delivery ever for us !

I ordered 2 of the triple treat boxes and I get a seed on my pizza and I badly chipped my tooth the guy on the phone offers me another box and I asked if I could get a refund and he said I should’ve checked the pizza after ordering olives and then I proceed to ask for the pizza after he told me I can’t have a refund and he tells me what would that solve and I should see a doctor, then he goes on to say he will send the pizza and proceed to call me a weirdo and slam the phone in my face. Terrible customer service I order from here all the time and these guys just lost a weekly costumer. If you want pizza order from another location cause this is just sad.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I made an order for delivery and they said it would take 30 - 40 minutes to be delivered. I live not even 10 minutes away, after 40 minutes I call and they say the driver should come shortly. I wait another 20 minutes.. still hasn’t arrived. I call again and then he says the driver will be at my house in 10 minutes I just cancelled my order and they didn’t even offer any sort of credit. I also had visitors over and it was very embarrassing to say the least. Very bad service I will never order from here again.

They were OK when they opened but now the service is horrible. It took almost an hour to get a basic order filled on a slow Tuesday. If you can't make it work on a Tuesday you shouldn't be in business. I don't normally leave reviews but that's how mad I was at the service. I will not go back and will advise anyone else I know to do the same.

We would order 2x a week. Was one of our go to's. Today we placed a $100 order, one of our chicken bite packages arrived completely destroyed. Called the store and they said they'd sent another one. Nothing was ever sent. Needless to say they just lost $800/month due to their poor customer service. Will never order from this location ever again. Hopefully the $10 you saved on having to make those chicken bites is worth the lost revenue.

Everytime we order our pizza from this location it is made to perfection - and we order a lot. There have been a few incidents where the pizza was not cut all the way but that really doesn't effect the quality of the food. The people behind the counter are really friendly and our food is always on time. Really glad they opened up in Greely. Highly recommended!

Ordered 2 times from this place. Their pan pizzas are undercooked and soggy. 2nd time I ordered I asked for well done and it wasn't well done. They also messed up one of the pizza toppings and other items were missing on a pick up order. 1 star cause they remade the pizza but I had to go back and pick it up (still undercooked too). There are way better local pizza places, wont be back there.

Ordered from this Pizza Hut a few months back and it was the BEST Pizza Hut I've had in a very long time. The staff were friendly and it's the only Pizza Hut in the city that will deliver to the Findlay Creek area. It's become one of our go-to pizza places. Keep up the great job guys!!

This place was BUSY, do yourself a favor and order early online with a future pickup time. Service was excellent and friendly despite being as busy as it was. Prices are very competitive, and the taste frankly blows everything local out of the water. I couldn't be happier.

Forgot pineapple on my Hawaiian pizza...like who forgets pineapple on a Hawaiian. Almost F'ed up my whole day, but tall guy in the back fixed my pie and gave me a discount. 10/10 would order again.

The food is always hot, ready quickly - it was delivered to our door in 20 minutes! We've ordered several times already and have been very happy each time. Would definitely recommend.

Tried a Pizza Hut pizza tonight, first time I've had one in years, service was hot fast and friendly, it wasn't the best pizza I've ever had but it was quite tasty.
