Pizza tasted great and delivery driver very nice. I wrote the above review 7 months ago. But last week I ordered the edge so excited it was back. First pizza came with some kind of spices on it that I was not told about. These spices contain garlic which I'm allergic to. I called the store and they promised to make it right by sending out another pizza and some extra wings to make up for it. I got the second pizza and it had the spices on it again. I accepted a credit to my account for future use. Tonight, I figured on a Monday night it should be not near as busy and no problem getting an order right. I got the pizza and it didn't have a spices on it, but it was burnt. The crust was burnt, the cheese was burnt and so were the toppings. It was so tough I couldn't even eat any of the crust. The wings were good as usual. I guess I won't be ordering pizza from Pizza Hut anymore. Just wings. I'm not even going to call them and tell him how bad it stunk because clearly they don't care much about customer service. Although I will give the girl on the phone credit she did say she would make it right. She was very nice, but it didn't go from the phone to the pizza. So I'm changing my five stars to one.

I ordered delivery on November 5th this year. I received a text message saying that the delivery driver had hand delivered my order to me. This was a huge lie. The finally arrived 15 minutes later. The food was cold and my drink was warm. The food was just in his trunk not even in a warming bag. I've called DoorDash and Pizza Hut. Their customer service line they keep telling me the same thing over and over and over again and still nothing has happened. And of course when you try calling this individual store no one ever answers. All I want is my refund. I will never ever ever order from Pizza Hut again. The customer service rep suggested maybe I just drive to the store and ask them. Why should I have to? I am just so thoroughly disappointed with Pizza Hut they had always been my favorite chain. Not only did they not show up with the nearly 60$ of food I ordered, when I called they left me on hold for 12 minutes and then told me I'm a liar, that the delivery was at my place I just never got my food because I didn't come outside for it. Not only did the cameras prove that no one showed up but the staff and other residents confirmed there was no delivery present or attempted. Btw the next time you say your at a location to deliver food....and you're not there...you might want to pick a place that doesn't have one entrance in and cameras. I still have not been refunded nor did I get my food.

My first time with the family dinning in to sit and relax. But we waited at the counter to order and employees were just walking by without say sorry for the delay! Finally after 15 minutes they took our order, which was faster then standing around in front of the dine in counter. Anyways, seems like they need to be trained on customer service attitudes to keep business flowing. Downside for this place is the drive thru Window which looked like it was more priority then inside orders. This pizza hut needs to evaluate their plan to fix the damage control. This was the most ridiculous experience ever! I ordered a pizza quotes 1hr 10 min.. still waiting at 1hr 40 minutes. Called and was given 3 different excuses! #1 pizza is dispatched and out . Second time I called.. I’m not sure let me check where it is?!! Really cause you just told me it was dispatched. Then called a third time and the manager told me he “canceled the order and making a fresh one” and it will be 15 minutes. Still waiting 25 minutes later. Customer service.. horrible. So I usually have decent service, I order alot. Tonight was a mess though. First I ordered my pizza at 6:13, got a notification at 6:56 that it was out for delivery then waiting over 30 min for it to arrive. I LIVE 3 MIN AWAY. When I finally got my food it was barely warm, I was missing an item and my 8 piece mozzarella sticks showed up cold and incomplete ( who doesn't know how to count to 8...). For being cold the food was still edible bit I was very disappointed..... Update: Was told she would be back with my salad 25 min ago, still waiting....don't think she's coming back.

My group ordered a couple of pizzas and three drinks while staying at a nearby hotel. The order taker was very slow. I was given a total after having to repeat all information several times. I was told the order would take 45 minutes to deliver. An hour passes. No pizzas. I call back to see what's going on. New order taker says there's no record of my order. Place a new, identical order. Wait 40 minutes. Order arrives, but no drinks. Driver is out of the hotel before he can be stopped and asked for drinks. This business is a joke. Call someone else.

Terrible wait time. I ordered a pasta that said it’d be ready at 9:50, I got to the drive through at 9:55 and had to wait seven minutes in the drive through and was not attended. I gave up and walked to the door only to find it locked and when I tried to knock no one acknowledged me despite the fact that there where three employees in plain view. I called to ask what was going on and they said to go through the drive though again only to be told I had to wait more since my order still wasn’t ready. Complete waste of time. Never coming here again.

I ordered a 2 pizza carryout with a 1205am pickup time. When I got there the door was locked and the employee inside wouldn't even turn around to acknowledge that I was there. I got back into my car and drove to the drive thru. There were 3 people hanging out by the back door and after sitting at the drive thru window for 5 min without seeing an employee I drove down the street and got dinner from Raising Cane's. Lately this spots been reliable for me. Had a few issues in the past like having to wait because they accidentally dropped my pizza and had to make it again. Haven't had any issues this year so far. Had an interesting experience where I was leaving and got T-boned by a drunk driver who was going roughly 50mph through a red light. Launched my 3 Pizzas across my car and they all somehow stayed intact. Pizza Hut was able to help me with security footage of the accident and I couldn't be more thankful. Came in for a family sized pasta that I always get although now it's oven baked. The lady up front charged me 20 dollares for this so called family pasta that "isn't sold anymore" and I only get one pasta. According to the manager who can't even zip up or button his pants "that's what you ordered" and I had to pay 10 more dollars for the other pasta. Tell me why i ended up paying 30 dollares for two pastas that are always 13.99. Also if you're going to pretend not to sell something make sure your menu isn't layer out front.

Waited three hours for the order. Called the store, but they didn't answer. Eventually, got a hold of customer service to cancel the order. Absolutely rubbish from the crew top to bottom. Would NEVER order from here again. Period. Dominos delivers within 35 minutes consistently, and there are actual good pizza options in Phoenix. Just go with them. This place is the WORST.

If I could, I'd give it 0.. if I could.. took an hour to get my order of wings, it was dead in there..5 employees milling about, then, they told me they forgot about my order.?! Normally would have a good experience but this time it was horrible, ordered 3 carry out pizzas and was told it was gonna take 30 minutes which was fine, 40 minutes later I drive up to pick it up and they said the order gas not been started and was never placed. Food for the most part is good. I called to place an order, was told about 30 minutes. I went to go pick up my order and was told that my order could not be found. Couldn't find it by my name nor phone number. Had to reorder & wait again. To top it off, never got an apology for their screw up. Bad customer service. We were looking for a last minute delivery for dinner, the process of ordering online was seamless. The past three times ordering, they have forgotten to put on the crust flavor we ordered. Tonight, I put in the special instructions "Please remember crust flavor" and when we received the pizza, it had a grossly large amount of flavoring on the crust like it was done out of spite. We had to scrape most of it off. It seems like a bunch of immature children work here, and I'll be choosing a pizza hut further away from now on.

I always liked their pizzas but was on the pricey side. Now they introduced there medium, one topping pizzas for $5.00 each, (but you must buy two). Not only is it a great deal, but the pizzas are much better than your economy pizza establishments. I got the pepperoni pizzas with the hand tossed crust. Kids loved it. Ordered over the phone and picked up at the drive through. It was ready when they said it would be ready.

don't know the guys name but he young looking, He had a nasty attitude towards me and my wife made us wait 20 min before he attended us. And refused to service us when I asked if he could be more polite, 30 min later a nice lady attended us and finally got us out of this horribly ran establishment. 50 min just to place an order plus the 40 min wait to get our pizza. I have ordered twice since the new opening and had nothing but great service. The pizzas were wonderful and hot. Both delivery drivers were very polite and personable. Sometimes this location is great with delivery but a few times it's like " what's going on today". Me and my son order from here all the time trying our favorite pizzas. this location sweet and spicy boneless wings are delicious and I'm just a fan of pizza hut. Long story short the owner and his son does a pretty good job running this place and making sure the customer is happy.

Pizza was good. But I waited almost an hour for a plain pie. When I asked if my order was ready, they looked in their pizza warmer thing and it was already done! So I had been waiting for no reason. Up until last night it was it was five stars. I've had a couple mishaps with my deep dish the past few times so I had to reduce my rating down to four instead of five. The overall quality has steadily declined to the point where the pizza is actually terrible. They're pan pizza is not light and buttery. Nor is it thick and crispy on the bottom. Got a 2 rectangle pizzas. It looks like they were running out of pizza sauce because it's only down the center of the pizza and even less cheese. I asked for x y z toppings on 2 pizzas and I only got x. Not even underwhelming just saddened. Don't think I will be going back :/

The order took 2 hours to be made. Then the driver lied about delivering the pizza. He said he knocked on my door but somehow didn't notice the locked gate. My food didn't show up till 4 hours after my order. The lack of professionalism is just astounding. . At least try to communicate with the customers instead of lying.

I ordered pizza from here and I was waiting 2 hours for my pizza to arrive. on top of that the driver took an additional 45 mins to find the address he called several times and as well as I told him my address four different times he still could not find the house this was a very bad experience here I expect better.

My order was short a hot wing. I didn't expect anything but just wanted to let them know. By being consistent in baking your product. There are orders I get that are absolutely perfect, and then there are orders that are cold, take 2 hours to get here, or are missing things. to get the one thing I order anymore HOT, fresh and correctly amounts every time I ordered would get a strongly agree

On my last 2 orders the Pizzas have seemed to be of inferior quality than those I have had in the past. This last one was extremely salty almost not even edible. It seems the quality of the product is deteriorating and make me question whether or not I will continue to get my pizza from Pizza Hut.

Fast delivery, hot food, only issue is they need more cheese on cheese sticks. For years the same amount is used and overcooked in oven. The "powers at be" at the corporate area need to change the recipe to add more cheese including cheddar and mozzarella. The public would order more.

The food was perfect, I ordered a stuffed crust with parmesan sauce, topped with chicken, mushrooms, and onions. I also ordered breadsticks w/marinara and 2 extra marinara sauces...however they failed to deliver the extra sauce, other than that my experience was perfect.
