I haven't ordered in a very long time from this location due to lack of poor customer service, and extra long delivery service times. In fact the last time I was serviced in my home, I had a friend over and she wanted wings and pizza and a drink. The delivery took so long and when the driver arrived at my home, he had forgotten the wings and drink. I had already paid with my CC so I had to drive up there so I could cancel and get a refund. This is the worst store for pizza. So fast forward to today, I called up to order a pizza and I was blocked in their system for delivery. I felt like I was being singled out for their mistakes, but the Mgr. Said they don't deliver to a lot of areas any more back here in the East. Why are they even still open for business?? I was on the phone and the incompetent people in the background were hollering and cutting up and it was hard to hear the phone attendant. They offered to have me come there and pick up my order. The Mgr. said they just started delivering again there. They wonder why whiter folks are always taking over and running businesses. I try to work with my people but it is hard when you have nobody that cares and lack of customer service skills. Then people wonder why the East cannot have any businesses worth having or developing because of foolishness like this. I will report this to corporate Monday, and see what we can do about this store to see if we can get some good management and workers there and get rid of the bad staff. I will be following up with you guys to let you know the results. Change is a good thing....
I called and made a order. when I got there about 8.pm I had my 9 year old daughter with me we both had mask on, I was told only two people could be in the store there was one lady getting her order. I ask could I just pay because I didn't want my 9 year old daughter sitting outside very rudely I was told only two people at a time mind you they had at least 7 employees ALL WHO HAD NO MASK ON AT ALL I then stated I could not and refuse to leave my daughter outside so I had to cancel my order which was ready and on the counter, so I left and called the store manager she Very RUDLY STATED IT IS POLICY ONLY TWO PEOLPE AT A TIME. so what about your employees where was they mask . The two seconds it would have taken to pay for my order with my daughter with me was unfair and if the customers have to wear a mask what about the employees all whom were in the kitchen working I went there on 06/25/2020 I will never go to this ghetto store again My money will not spend there again ..... I'm updating my review As of 2-9-2019, they will now be receiving a 1 star. That very first order yes it was fine. Every single order since this one has been a complete disaster. However I will deal with my biggest problem. My last order. I have no idea who taught them stupid people to count, however if I ordered 2 medium pizzas and 1 large. How did I get an order for 2 large pizzas. How did you also cut that large pizza into 16 stupid small pieces, as if by your hands and goods miracles I wouldn't notice I'm missing a whole pizza. Then you tell me well we cut your large pizza into enough piece to equal 2 medium pizza. You further tell me it woukd have to wait another hour and a half for them to remake my order and I can't get a refund for the other medium pizza. I ALREADY WAITED AND HOUR AND A HALF!!!! Get my pizza home to the crowd of kids waiting, and it wasn't enough of course to feed them. So I had to go and spend more money on food. This is a disgrace, I hope a manager sees this and contacts me because you need to fire everyone and start over with a new crew that cares.

The lack of customer service is disturbing! How could you expect returning customers when employees are playing behind the counter, having personal conversations while the lobby fills up with people, or when you try to order your food and accidentally say the wrong thing when ordering a product and the cashiers say "um um we don't have that", instead of throwing out other suggestions to get you what you were really asking for? Customers use fast food and delivery service for convenience but it's not convient when you have to wait 30+ minutes because they accidentllly gave your order to someone else, or they made it incorrectly!! These are all the things that you should expect when dining here! They don't even try and compensate you, not with a refund, not with free or discounted food, the only thing that you may get in a rare occasion is an apology!
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! HEED MY WARNING PLEASE!!! I ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:15 pm today. They gave me an estimated delivery time of 2 hrs (which is ridiculous) but I still proceeded with my order. It is now 9:16 p.m (3 hrs later) and I still don't have my order. I tried to call the store multiple times to cancel it but I keep getting routed to some dumb out of state customer service line. Then I called the store again but pressed option 2 which is supposed to let you check your order status, all I got was a busy signal or the line would disconnect. ***UPDATE: I finally received my ordered at 9:46p.m. and it was "ICE COLD". My pizza was cold, greasy and soggy. The cheese stuffed garlic knotts I ordered had zero cheese inside of them and it tasted like I was eating raw pizza dough. The driver gave me some sad sop story about they only have 1 driver operating tonight...Well, I think ya'll need to stop offering delivery until ya'll can hire enough drivers....MY FIRST and LAST TIME ordering from here.
The service is terrible here! Two out of three times I ordered a pizza and it never came. They tell me on the tracker that my order is cooking and they never even made it. never sent it out . so I ask for my money back they told me I had to come into the store. they didn't charge me in the store why is it so hard to get my money back? if you wasn't going to make my pizza somebody should have called me and let me know not just do nothing. I waited and waited and waited then they told me I had to come into the store to pick it up luckily in my auntie still wanted the pizza so we went up to the store and waited about an additional hour after the hour they forgot my garlic knots but I did get to look at the pizza and it was the right pizza buy them not finishing the garlic knots they put my pizza back in the heater and when I left I ended up with two pizzas that I never ordered shaking my head I don't know what's going on with this location but I I'm losing faith in my favorite pizza place. Got to do better!
Unacceptable service. I ordered a pizza on a Friday night and was told it would be 45 minutes until it would be ready. That's a long time to wait for a pizza, but I understood that they would be busy on Fridays. However, I got there at 7:48pm and looked at their TV screen showing all the orders and their times to be picked up. It was super crowed, but it showed my pizza was ready 2 minutes ago. However, the lady at the cash register said it would need another 20 minutes. Over an hour to pick up a pizza? No, that's ridiculous. Being busy is NOT an accuse to have poor time management and give misleading pick up times. She said the TV was not right, but again that's not an accuse, especially when you told me other wise. So left without a pizza, placed an order at Papa Johns, and had my pizza in 15 minutes. Unless this Pizza Hut improves their management and can learn to handle a rush of orders I'll be taking my business else where.
Management team needs to me more respectful and willing to listen to customer point of view. To be told - conversation is over and that I need to ensure that what I am requesting is correctly placed in the system without looking at the confirmation order on my phone was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. In other words, basically saying "do not come in Pizza Hut again and certainly do not share any issues with me - is how I viewed the conversation or lack thereof with Leticia. Check my order and you will see that I listed the order request correctly. If your website does not provide the correct information that is not MY ISSUE and the management team should understand such. Having a customer service attitude is important to me. I do not have to spend my money with Pizza Hut for rude, disrespectful personnel. Leticia needs another job. Lastly I want a pizza that is done in the center - googy pizza bread is not for me.
THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! The employees are rude and unprofessional. They are not paying attention to orders and whose it for, especially online orders. I ordered online ,paid 15 minutes early, waited inside, and they forgot my order. Put my pizza in the warmer . Matter of fact several orders went into the warmer. They ran out of large boxes, so they divided the pizza in halves between two medium size box. The health department needs to come inspect the place as well. The ceiling is leaking, which a bucket catches the water . It’s visible and sits where food is being prepared . This place is disgusting! There are few workers. One person collecting money and preparing food. How gross. This is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut in New Orleans! The workers are rude, unprofessional, and lazy. I wish I can give this place 0 stars.
This place is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! I ordered 2 tastemakers and when I got there the cashier reached in the Warming oven and gave me the pizzas Upon arriving home and opening the boxes I soon discovered I had spent $25 on pizza that was fit for the TRASH! Old, Cheese completely Dried and Hard & so was the meat toppings! So freakin disgusting when your hungry & Gas is extremely sky high I immediately called Pizza Hut & they have this new bullcrap where the phone rings overseas! Total Foolishness and gaslighting customers I then was told someone would call me and today is the second day, NO PIZZA HUT phone call! Now they say give it one more day! Worst customer service EVER and the manger was the ringleader. I was flabbergasted by the mangers behavior and how she spoke to the employees. She was loud, obnoxious and RUDE. They ran out of large pizza so gave us to meds, pizza was not what I ordered and well done. The night manger and staff left 15 of us waiting behind the counter while they played around cussing and carrying on behind the counter. Was the sloppest place ove ever been to. Took over 25 min past my time that I was told my pizzas would be done. One employee came around the corner and shouted "damn yall got booboo customers out here" shaver ever the f that means. I placed a delivery order via pizza hut app at 8:30. It says the estimated delivery time was 9:05(which i know sometimes isn’t true). 9:30 came and i called the store five times and no one answered. I then went to the store to get my order, and see what was going on (10pm). The girl at the register told me my order would be 30 more minutes. While consulting with me, she was always arguing with another customer who had been waiting. I then asked for refund because I wasnt waiting anymore, and she told me I would get store credit not the money spent on my card bc her manager wasn’t there. The customer service here is horrible, and i’ll never order here again.
The worst Pizza hut in New Orleans. Your food is never on time and when you get it, it's always something they wouldn't eat themselves. It's either the pizza is just sauce and bread or the pizza is drowned in sauce and everything is falling off. You always wait about 2 hours to get something you ordered 3 hours ago. The manager gave me my money back when I just stood there for all that time when I made it clear that I still wanted my order. The whole staff is unprofessional including the manager! All the customers there when I was there had the same problem. It was just PATHETIC!!!!! I WOULDN'T recommend that location to NOOOOBODYYYYYY!
The store called me and told me they close at 9 pm when my pizza was supposed to be delivered. So I told them to change it for 8pm. 8:30 came around so I called multiple times and kept getting hung up on. So I drove to the store and asked for my pizza and was told "they do NOT have delivery drivers and use door dash" So thats why my pizza was NOT delivered to me even after paying a delivery fee! I asked why they did not tell me that when they called she had NO ANSWER even tho it was the same person I talked to on the phone! She offered a 10 dollar credit thats only good if I call for my next order over the phone.
If there was an option of no stars Pizza Hut on crowder would have gotten it. My food did not come until an hour later which was for a meeting with students. I asked the delivery driver to return it to the store and I would be there to deal with the manager. The manager was unapologetic and all she could say was I was the only one here. I told her that was bad business because no one called me and I was not able to get through on the telephone. She said she turned the phone off in the store. Never ever ever order from Pizza Hut. I did get my money refunded to me but I was really disappointed with her reponse.
2 weeks ago I waited 2 hours for a deliver that never happened. I called and was told the order was at the store, so I go to pick it up. Upon arrival, they could not find my order and I waited for a fresh order to be made. Now it's about 3 hours. No apologies. Last night 6/24/22 I ordered again this time for pickup. I waited about a hour before going to the store for pickup. Upon arrival I was ignored and customers who came in after me was attended to. I left and went elsewhere to purchase food. I WILL NOT be ordering anything else from this franchise. The location was 5700 Crowder Blvd. NOLA
Everything about this location is terrible. The quality of the food , the customer service and last but the least the management staff. Businesses think they can build in New Orleans east and the residence will take any kind of service. Think again. I order a family box meal at 12:03 and I received it and 2:16 and on top of it being late the order was wrong. The staff was unconcerned and told me that there was nothing that they could do but give me a $5 credit. Really $5 after spending $30.00 and waiting 2 hours for pizza. The owner has to do better. We deserve better.
My order was over 1hr and 40 mins late, the driver called to ask where I was and was rude and hung up, he brought my pizza, it was cold as hell, it looked like he dropped it 2 or 3 times, when I opened the pizza box, the whole thing fell apart. He forgot my soda and told me to walk out and go get it!! I wish I could add a pic. It's sad because I'm from California and New Orleans has left a bad taste in my mouth!! Now I've been on hold for over 20 mins on the phn to talk to a manager!! THEY DESERVE NO STARS.. BUT I IT WONT LET ME.. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
If this particular pizza hut would have actually delivered the pizza, that would be the #1 better thing they could do. This crew had no idea what was going on with my order. After being 1.5 hours late, I called and they said it was carryout although it was delivery. They texted me that the delivery driver was on the way 1 hour prior. Then they said he just left. 45 minutes after not showing, I cancelled the order only after speaking to a manager who said his driver claimed to have delivered the pizza. Driver never did.
If i could give a zero star i would. Sometimes they deliver to your location and other time they don't. I've placed an order for delivery and after 1 1/2 hours called to check on it. It took another 30 minutes for them to tell me they don't deliver to my location but no one called to inform me but I called again another day and they said they delivered to my address. Smh.. I've complained to corporate 3 times now and they have yet to fix anything! Horrible customer service and I will NEVER visit this location again!
Order my food at 9:30 only asked for wings and cinnamon sticks the place close at 1:00 am i never got my wings or cinnamon sticks i waited up till 2:30 im the morning for some to come and no one never showed up I tried to call the store to see what was going on with my order and as usual the line was busy I tried sitting on the phone for somebody to answer but after 5 minutes no one came and i hung up i did this 5 times!!!!!!! this pizza hut needs to be shut down! These people are unprofessional. Last night I ordered a total of 3 pizzas from them, not only did the take almost 3 hours for delivery, but placed me on hold several times to speak with a manager in ref to my order taking so long... Never got my discount they charged me full price and only gave me 2 pizzas when I paid for 3. Called to speak with a manager I was placed on hold an totally ignored. I'm pissed off bc this make no damn sense, personal I think they should close they ass down!!!!
By far the worst Pizza Hut ever! I only order here when forced to, like right now because I don’t have a car and it’s Mardi Gras so our usual spot wont be able to deliver. Literally every time I order from them, the wait is way longer than it should, my order is either always wrong or missing something, & when you call the store you will either be yelled at or spoken to as if you are a child. I find it hard to believe there is any management. Seems to be run by the workers to me.

I don’t even know where to start. The pizza was delivered an hour and 20 minutes late. It was cold and was made wrong and they said that I could bring it back or they could deliver them again in more than 1 hour. When I visited the store, both of them ploys were beyond rude and told me that if I have a concern that I could go to online at public storage invoice a complaint but they would not give me any phone number even though I asked for their district manager.

3/15/19 The employees were very disrespectful to one another while customers were in the lobby waiting for orders which were delayed for over a half hour. The manager(s) were just as ratchet as the employees they supervise. When I asked for a contact person over this establishment the manager refused and told me to google it. Just plan disrespectful! I will never again support this trifling place of business and Strongly encourage others to do the same!
Took almost two hours to recive the wrong order of wings and French fries. The delivery driver ate half of one of my wings and half of my fries.. When I tried to call the store to see what happened no one would answer the phones all night... The time before this the delivery driver had her whole family in the car with her screaming and cursing in front my house and you guessed it she had the wrong order too.. This place is HORRIBLE. I ordered cheesy bread sticks and a chocolate chip cookie at 9:30pm and still haven't received anything and it's 12:28am. I would never order from this Pizza Hut ever in life. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. And then they had the nerve to catch attitudes. This place need better customer service or it needs to be shut down. I don't get why it would take 3 HOURS to make CHESSY BREADS AND A COOKIE!!!!!!!
This restaurant should be closed and re-opened under new serious and competent management. Who puts the pans that you bake in on the floor in front of the oven in plain view of customers? Who stores the mop bucket in front of the oven warmer in the middle of the floor behind the register in plain view of the customers? They look like they're having a party back there. Pizzas are dry and taste like dough. Do yourself a favor and skip this location!
Truly awful experience. Ordered online for delivery at 630pm. Did not get a pizza AT ALL. CALLED at 850pm and was on hold for 30mins and still no answer. Hung up and called again and was sent to a call center and transferred back to the local crowder location, no answer. Then someone answered and hung up. Unprofessional. They charged my card and did NOT GIVE ME A PIZZA and online it says DELIVERED ! Still no refund , no answer and it is 930pm.
The service has deteriorated greatly over the last few months. Pizza is rarely ready on time. Last time I went, they kept giving me skinny it up crust when I ordered a hand tossed pizza. When they remade it, the crust still wasnt right and they threw an excessive amount of toppings on the pizza. I absolutely hate this location and looking at the reviews, the other locations aren't any better. Pizza Hut needs to get their act together.
The worse experience that I had ever had. I went online to order only to find out that this location was not delivering today at all. When I called they just let the phone ring.(I let it ring the entire time I drove to the restaurant.) When I got there the cashier was unpleasant and rude with a major attitude. And not to mention that the phone was still ringing and no one answered the whole time I waited on my order. Simply the worse.
Absolutely the WORST experience with ordering pizza. I placed an order at 8:16pm for delivery which was estimated to take 55-65 minutes. At 9:30pm I decided to go to the store myself to carry out the order. They told me that the delivery driver had just left with my order so I went back home and waited until 11pm, the store was closed and still never received my order. I was never offered to have the order remade or a refund.
Hands down worst pizza hut on earth!!! My food is always late and cold which leads to bacteria and food contamination. My order is never right and I never get what I pay for! I have never been so displeased with this franchise ever in my 31 years! The staff is careless with your food! Whoever's running this store needs a training check so they know how to run their store! This place seems to get worst everytime I visit. The last two times my orders was wrong. The first time I had to wait for them to remake it. The second time when I went in the system was down so there was a crowd of people waiting. When orders started being issued out I just paid for it and left. When I got home I had a pepperoni pizza when I should have had pepperoni,beef and ham. That location is very very unorganized.
My order was supposed to be 15 to 30 minutes it took over an hour before I got my food and it was cold. When I called the store to see where it was the lady had an attitude and was very rude. When the driver finally showed up he was also very rude and dressed very inappropriately Pants sagging and very volger music. I want a refund and my order redone for free.Me and my family were traumatized by this.
So I ordered a cheese mozzarella sticks and 2desserts at 3:45pm with a 55-65mins wait time. I called at 5:45pm only for the guy to say they're still working on it. I defrost some chicken and cooked it with fries and still waiting for my order. It's 8:20am the next day and I am still waiting on the simplest order to come thru. This is ridiculousness!!!! I ordered over $ 40.00 of pizza from Pizza Hut on Crowder to be delivered. And it never was delivered. No one answered the phone except to tell me I had to place my order online. And the next day when I called Pizza Hut on Crowder back I was told that there is never a manager ever at that location available. They claim to offer an experience you will never forget, well they got that right.
Order 2 $7.99 Large pan pizzas received 2 Medium pan pizzas. I brought them back and he the manager placed them in the warmer. Now I have to WAITE LONGER for my pizzas because it was their fault. Get home noticed that I didn't have pan pizzas and top crust was dry not buttery like normal and undercooked....wow . Check your pizzas before you leave . Going back to the Gentilly area.
This has been the location we'd usually go to, never really had an issue at first. Now yur being charged for toppings that they refuse to put on yur pizza, pizza half cooked or not fresh. I'll just have to drive a little further because it's clear the staff has changed. I should've stop coming here when I called corporate about a return and I never received my money back. Hmmm!!
I made a order at 6:53 on January 21. And it is now 11:51 on January 21 and still NO PIZZA!!! This Is not the first time this has happened!!! I’m still waiting on a credit from the first time this happened on 12/31!!!! Someone needs to get this together I am NEVER ordering from Pizza Hut ever again!!!!!!! Someone will be hearing from me as soon as they open on tomorrow!!!!
Very very very horrible, the pick up time that was given was false. Upon my arrival the store was in a uproar. None of the crew member was on the same page, a lot screaming and fusing. The lobby was full customer who was angry and upset. Orders was back as 2hrs. Just made it simply an cancel the order, took the easy way out. I went 2 domines 15min. no problem over there
I placed my order at 6:19 pm and as of 8:34 pm I still don't have my order. It took over an hour to get in touch with the restaurant and when I did they told me it was out for delivery. 20 minutes later, still no pizza. Then I get a message from DoorDash at 8:35 saying that they are just now making my order because it was never put into the system. A complete disaster.
Worst location. When they get your order wrong, which they will, when you call to ask for a refund they will yell at you and hang up in your face. If you are so lucky to get a manager they tell you you can get “store credit” as if you want to order more food from these people. Or they will lie to get you off the phone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
This is by far the worst Pizza Hut in the world!!! From management on down to the delivery driver! I wish I had the owners number so I could curse him/her out for not being more involved in the running of his/her business!!! The only reason for the one star is that you have to select it to leave a review. Like it be none that sub zero stars is how I actually feel.
Pizza good. Customer service poor. Cashier told me 5 to 6 minutes but it took 25 minutes. I waited an additional 15 minutes while my pizza was in the warmer. People came in after me and got their pizza out of the warmer before me. I want to do business in my community but this Pizza Hut needs to teache them simple manners or get a new crew to work the counter.
Ordered online. And pizza was ready upon arrival, 15 minutes later as ordered. Lite sauce as specified. The price was right and placing the online order was easy-peasy!!!!! We were happy. We were able to pull up, pick up the order and keep it moving. Thanks to the manager that was helping to keep the flow moving!!!! Yay and yay!!!! Happy. Happy. Joy. Joy.
The customer service was horrible. The driver expected me to come to his car to get my order. The order was wrong! Then when I called back they had a problem with satisfying my order. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they put me on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up. Thereafter I called back, they claimed there was no manager or supervisor.
Not even a 1 star. This place literally took 1 hour exact to deliver my pizza. When they had said 40 minutes. Also, what Pizza Hut doesn't have parmesan cheese?? Apparently this place... I get my pizza and it looks like it's been done about 3 hours ago. It was even stuck onto the carton. Never again buying from this place again. Just horrible.
Horrible services. The workers are so unpleasant and unprofessional. They make your orders wrong then have a problem with fixing it. They claim they don't do refunds they can only give store credits. They were cussing and fussing in front of a lobby full of people. They are very unorganized. They couldn't find certain orders after made.
The worst service Ever!!! I have always upheld this location no matter what EVERYONE said and thought. The manager was almost non helpful. I wont go into detail, but I hope it gets better or at least like it was before (for me). May ride to a futher location . Trying to keep the money in my area....but service is Everything and Respect
I placed an order for a big box and cinnamon rolls but, when my order arrived this Pizza Hut sent me cheesy bread sticks inside of the cinnamon rolls box. When contacted I was assured that they would bring more but, two hours have passed and i have heard nothing. Don’t go here! The people are polite however, the service is horrible.
If I can give this Pizza Hut no stars I will they tell you your order will be an hour you want get you food until 2 hours later and order will be incorrect they will put you on hold and you hear every conversation in the back ground. I really feel this place was not ready to open they really need to get their team together
Worst pizza hut ever. Took an hour to deliver which I can forgive since it's a Friday night but the pizzas themselves were garbage. They looked and tasted like they were just taken out of the freezer and thawed before delivery. These pizzas make Digiorno look like a 5 star restaurant. At least the Pepsi was good
I ordered a pizza online at 6:30, it’s 9 pm and I still haven’t received it. Every time I call someone picks up and hang up. At this point I realize I’m not getting my food but I can’t even speak with someone to get my money back or anything. This is so unprofessional. Will NEVER buy from this store again

The service was horrible I waited an hour and half for my order. then with my order arrive I didn't received my hot wings .Then I couldn't get in touch with anybody .One pizza was cold And one was cook all the way. This need to close down. And it 2 hour later and still haven't received my hot wings.

Friday could not get pizza at all doors locked 1 and 1/2 hr. back up. Tried Saturday took 70 minutes to get 2 pizzas for me, hubby and the kids to watch the game. I had to pre-order one hour before the game and it still took 70 minutes. Hello Management! Just awful. These people are just lost.
I've seen poor reviews of this Pizza Hut, but I have not had a problem here. I order a pizza and pick it up. My order has always been correct. Only once did I have to wait a minute, but it was understandable because they were really busy. Everything has been smooth outside of that one time.
My 1st time going to this location on crowder and I must say the food was fixed correctly and it was good and hot. As I worked for pizza hut myself for a couple years and they definitely made sure the food was the way I would have if it was for someone else. You never know who's watching.
I ordered my pizza and wings at 6:14 pm and received my order at 8:36 pm. I was told I would receive my food by 7:00pm. My food was cold and nasty. Me and my family was very hungry and aggravated. This very unacceptable bc we order from pizza hut all the time. Very unsatisfied customer.
You all need to make sure the order is correct before sending it out for delivery and when people call you all need to answer the phone!!! This happens too often and I will never recommend anyone to you all. I want my refund for my incorrect order that you all refused to correct!!!
We ordered pizza at Pizza Hut. I always order a supreme personal pan pizza for myself and my friend ordered a medium meat lover's pizza. They were very fresh and hot when we go back to eat them. Pizza Hut pizza is always good. The employees and customers were great to people watch.

I ordered a pizza at 12:00pm. Called at 1:42pm asking if it was still out for delivery. Keep in mind this isn’t the first time it happened. The lady on the phone blamed DoorDash. I never reserved my order and when i called Pizza Hut. They kept hanging the phone up on me.
The manger on Crowder wasn't very customer friendly last night. She Could have just paid attention to what I was saying. Instead of just telling me how the online order are different from what comes up on her screen. I was upset and just gave all of it back to her.
This location has gone through some challenges. They seem to have a leader that is interested in making it a great business. It would be great if the owner could look at moving it to a stand alone giving an opportunity for in store dinning, like there used to be.

Hello I placed an order with Pizza Hut. I went to pick it up. The 2 pizzas were fresh and well made. The tops were placed over the entire pizza and was oh so good.....there was only 1 person working in the front and she was doing an excellent job.
I love the taste of the pizza. The sauce is always fresh. The pizza never greasy. Always served hot fresh out of the oven. I have been enjoying Pizza Hut as a child, through college, marriage and now with my children. The best pizza in the world.

They move slow with taking your order and I experienced some workers with an attitude but this is the BEST tasting pizza hut in nola! Worth the wait and attitude.
